Does the time taken to complete a mission affect RP? can't say i've ever noticed myself. thought it was just cash payouts that were impacted by time.

Yes, it does... HOWEVER it is not increased in the exact same way the money payout is. For instance, I played Satellite Communications with 3 friends, got it done in 5 minutes (4min payout point) and we got 2760ish RP. Then we did it again about 20 minutes later, it took us about 6 1/2 minutes and gave us 3170 RP. I've also seem the same thing on other missions. The RP bump can be 5-15% more or less for each increment, instead of consistently 10% like the payout, I think.

^ Yeah if you want a proper grind then 16 x CCO3 making sure you allow 4 minutes per mission is probably the optimum at this point. Not sure playlists still let you play through though, last time I tried I got a voting screen each time.

Remember that Peg vehicles remain spawned in these missions so you can actually start the mission right next to your Buzzard* if you kill the last guy from the right spot.

* Showing my GTA age - use a Savage or whatever these days.

Here's a few of my playlists you can add to game (choose your platform top right).

http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/xboxone/playlists/playlist/5-dkLq06P0GoDb0njD2icg- 10 x CCO3 + Potshot.

http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/xboxone/playlists/playlist/vHUWh1qDJEuylWfbLd0p-g- 5 x Potshot

http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/xboxone/playlists/playlist/5-dkLq06P0GoDb0njD2icg9 x Potshot + Coveted

http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/xboxone/playlists/playlist/i7QFi3fpjUaISyNzv9-BMA4 of the 5 playlist able missions, Dirt Road is missing

Finishing the mission in 4 minutes pays out 2515 rp while doing it in 2 minutes pays 1715 rp. That's 628 rp per minute for 4 minutes and 857 rp per minute for 2 minutes. Doing the entire playlist and finishing each mission in 4 minutes gives you a total of 40,240 rp and doing the entire playlist and finishing each mission in 2 minutes gives you a total of 27,440 rp but considering that takes half the time you can do it twice and get 54,880 rp (14,640 more) in the same amount of time. 2 minutes is better.

Buy a modded account so you can get console banned lol. Like I said before just play the game and have fun, and eventually you'll level up.

4 minutes pays ($10,200) exactly double what 2 minutes does ($5100) so they're both equal in how much money they pay out, but with the extra rp you earn for doing it in 2 minutes (around 800) you might as well do that every time.

^ As someone reminded me on another thread, you get a 25% RP bonus for Free Aim so if you're grinding CCO3 in a chopper, do that too.

A very fast way that I really don't recommend are those trap deathmatches. They give you a lot of rp plus a bonus at the end but only if you win. Playing these though are a very sleazy way to rank up at other people expense. I'd rather play missions solo or with friends.
