They fight with their gangs and connections as help all weapons from the games etc, not like CJ would drive a hydra and kill him cuz that would never happen in a story they die like in a story and are gone forever.. Smarter then just take a hydra they have their friends too.. But like it could be played in 1998 Toni prime or 2001 Toni leader of the Leones, or 1992 vs 1998 etc who cares.. But CJ has more connections outside his own gang , Toni has alot connections in Leones. They dont like each in 1992 CJ robbed their casino in GTA SA , The leader also says his dead.. So whos better? Alot people hype CJ gangbanger became billionare controlling the city almost with friends, Or Toni a high member of the powerful mafia gang + also protagonist. So they use weapons from their games and all that.._ Think its gonna be close, Toni is kinda forgotten if you think about all the other protagonist people know more about like Tommy and Claude, And even tho he got fat in 2001 and so he still got some skills left. Could had said its Toni 1998 V CJ 1992 and both games 100% all that extra health and "cheats" they get cuz not really cheats.. But CJ is hyped for a reason too. CJ is better at hand-to-hand combat, stronger and more athletic, has more weapons and connections, more skilled at gun combat...so yeah Toni would be a pool of blood pretty quick. CJ owns almost the whole state, has multiple business, connections, money and power, plus he did impossible things like stealing jetpack from Area 69 and such. A gangbanger who learned to do everything including driving a planes, boats, use all the kinds of weapons, knows how to handle his business easily, not to count how strong he is in a hand combat (all 3 styles of fighting), and a lot more. Tony on the other hand also did some ridiculous things but nowhere near CJ's level. As i said and i keep saying, CJ is like a toy and that's why he's the most varied character despite his personality and that's why he can do anything and has everything the other GTA characters don't have (expect maybe Tommy since he runs the VC), and counting all the things he did during the missions is simply unbeatable, especially by someone like Tony, an asskisser who became nothing in GTA 3 events (just a 3 years later). And but i dunno if Vercetti are cool with the Leones.. And its saturday cmon... so im gonna be hype things here Honestly CJ allies is Varrios Los Aztecas , San Fierro Triads and alot others like people, But street gang "with help from others" vs Ruthless mafia with many people in it. CJ did some crazy things stole an hydra from an military cargo ship, and stole an jetpack from area 69 went to Liberty City and killed Forelli members, Toni killed the mayor of the city, killed Avery Carington ,Ending Sindacco familty and Massimo Torino also bombing the city killing alot people..please edit your posts instead of double posting, thanks!
