Actually, its just a cheap way to let the guy watching the Fleeca hostages know that he's staying on top of things (like over-using narrative in a movie to convey most of the plot). lol

 

One of my favorites though is the imitation Ed Wynn heard sporadically in the Pillbox Hill area:

 

"Goodness gracious!"

 

Sad that none of the NPCs actually look like Ed Wynn...

 

Am I the only one that talks back to these NPCs with one-liner retorts of my own? (as I'm filling them with lead)

 

e.g. NPC: "Looks like somebody had a little too much incest last night."
