Wouldn't it just disappear after you switch sessions?

I would think this weapon became a permanent addition to Ammunation but I could be wrong. A "special version of the flashlight"? No; I don't think R* ever released that. If you mean the one from the Halloween-themed minigame, that should just be a regular flashlight.

 

Furthermore, the flashlight is not a Taser, so I don't see why it wouldn't "stick" if someone dropped it. This is all mostly speculation though.

You can buy the Flashlight from any Ammunation store if you purchased it during the Halloween surprise event as it disappeared once the event was over. You may be thinking about flashlights for guns which you can buy for many weapons from Ammunation also.

Yes it can be dropped and picked-up. It's the only limited release weapon that can be dropped.

 

Not sure if it will stick.

 

I tried to give CE weapons to friends on LG but it only lasted till they signed off or switched sessions sometimes.

Can't help, sorry, but interested in seeing the results now.

Heard ages ago that doing a survival or mission helped to save it. No idea if that was true or not, though. To be super safe you'd have to save an outfit or something that would save your game in some way. Best chance of this to work.

No, I'm not thinking about weapon mods. It's the flashlght right below the Machine Pistol on the Ammu-Nation DLC weapon wall. And unless the event lasted until just a couple weeks ago, I wasn't on then, as I was still on the 360, which didn't have any Halloween stuff this year.
