Yeah, no OM0 need, its there after mission pass but i think you HAVE to skip cutscene in order to boat not drive intro the dock becouse doors close there.

By UH i mean that Boat turn very very slowly, like barely does it.

I have edited video, its should be music-free in a few.

//Saved game and Loaded and Boat still has it properties.

Also im unsure if its possible to take boat out of Garage, its really really hard to move it around since its very big and heavy...

I use a H/EP/FP/PP/EC Infernus to take out the AP Yola in The Clymenus Suite Garage and push it right behind the Safehouse into the Ocean and then just jump into the water and aboard the Yola to use it. I am sure you can get it out SOMEHOW...

Btw, I have VCS in my PS3 right now and been trying to get used to the Controls again, but I suck so bad now. Always hitting R2 for gas in Vehicle, yet that is drive-by. f*cking V always f*cks me over. I got used to V Controls and now suck ass at the 3D Era. With IV, TLaD, and TBoGT, I was able to use the SAME Controls as 3D Era other than switching weapons when on foot and in a Vehicle. But with V, EVERYTHING was different and since I was playing it the past 3 weeks, I got so used to it and now suck major ass at the 3D Era Controls. It's gonna take a bit of time getting used to everything, but once that happens, I will start the VCS Starter Save. I loaded up my current VCS Starter Save and just looked at Mission Attempts: 11 and sighed. It's the ONLY reason I am doing it over...For 1 LESS Attempt as the MINIMUM is 10 and I have 11. Once it's done, however, I will then look into the 4th Save File and go for new Special Vehicles, etc...

So yeah im currently at "The Colonel's Coke"

I'll continue tomorrow to get Flatbed and probably next day I bust/confirm Bike.

 

Also, im 95% Sure that Sentinels XS from So Long Schlong (The AP Sentinels) are UC2, both of them, not sure why they aren't listed as UC2 in guide?

I don't get why there is nothing found in the code about that Jetmax. I didn't see you test Heavy in the Video, though. You sure it's also Heavy? About UH, Boats move so damn slow in VCS that it's incredibly hard to see it be agile and fast with turns. Idk if it's actually UH, either. However, this Jetmax does seem to be at LEAST BP/EP/FP. I'd imagine DP, too, but you don't really have a good way to test that unless you collide with other Boats in the water...

 

Nobody found it probably since nobody decided to look back in the water after passing the Mission. This is a damn good find and also no OM0, either. It'll go into the Guide, soon!

 

I wasn't aware of any EC2. Invisible? I use the EC Black Conversion on it to make it AP/EC Black.

 

If anyone else can check on the Jetmax, that would be great. Because the Code says nothing makes me wonder about that, though...

It very_heavy 1 clearly in scripts.

 

Sentinel XS's UC2 are these back window shields or however you want to call them, they are visible colors.

Ah, ok, I must of missed it when looking at the Script. Still, though, the Script is strange as there doesn't seem to be anywhere it says about it being AP, either...Very good find and discovery, though! :D:p

 

I guess if I made my AP Sentinel XS converted to EC Black then I would already have these Black Window Shields.

No, since Black version is not UC2, the one that spawns in mission are, they are:

Ok, I will surely make the changes. I got the H/PP/TP/EC Sentinel XS from "From Zero to Hero" as well as the Bobcat...In fact, both at the same time to avoid an extra Mission Attempt in the Stats. Took a good 90 minutes to obtain them, though, but was worth it. I gotta look at my Sentinel XS from From Zero to Hero since I didn't touch it, whereas the one from So Long Schlong, I made EC Black with Conversion. So what you are saying is Black Window Shields are NORMAL for a Sentinel XS and any other Color is EC2?

Probably garage eat one property (thats not savable in garage) and thats the result, its just how it looks after saving and taking boat to water again, you barely can move it left or right but it goes forward without problems just slowly.

 

Yeah, Sentinel seems to have Black Window Shields all the time.

I spawned around 40~ or so to make sure if its not luck or something, but all of them had Black Shields.

so in conclusion anything else than Black is UC2, i think?

(I'm not sure if Black from Black Conversion is not UC2 as well, i don't have ability to check that)

carcols.dat doesn't exist/is not reachable on psp/ps2 files, thats why i can't check if Sentinel spawns with anything else than black shields.

So we need to wait for Mobile port, becouse they added carcols.dat to Mobile version of LCS

It looks so strange, lol...Victor is under the water, literally...Boats are horrible in VCS to say the least as is Helicopters. Everything is so slow and sh*tty...

 

Yeah, I'd say so. If the Window Shields aren't Black, then it's probably EC2, then. I never noticed such a small detail. Good eye.

 

Man all this makes me want to start the 4th Save File NOW! But I just can't yet until I update the Guides and finish my Starter Save. Not to mention I need to get used to all the buttons again.

I might as well post my recent discovery to make Heavy/UC Boxville 1★ Difficulty.

 

Its just alternative, just to save lot of struggle and time, its very easy, but 2 Missions Attempts are added.

 

Its up to you if you add this to guide as its Alternative :)

@Bender., yeah, I watched this yesterday when I went to your Channel, actually. I don't like that it uses OM0, though, especially since it's quite easy to get without OM0. It literally only takes 20 minutes of real life time to push it into the water nearby. Sure, this Method is shorter, but it's not "needed" like the other OM0 Vehicles are needed since OM0 is the ONLY way to get them at this time. However, stay tuned. I did some updating of the GTA III Guide last night and today will finish updating it. Then I will move to updating VC, SA, LCS, VCS, IV, TLaD, and TBoGT. III and CW Guides will be done and fully up to date with the most accurate information and best Methods.

 

@Gabriel_175, I read what you said on Page 2 of that Topic, but I am still a bit confused as to what makes them EC2. All I got out of it was that the H/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Sentinel XS from "From Zero to Hero" is surely EC2 and only one of the AP Sentinel XS's is EC2. What if I made my AP Sentinel XS converted to EC Black, as well? Wouldn't the entire Vehicle, including those Window Shields, be EC Black, then?

I don't understand what is going on with that Jetmax. In Gabriel's Topic, he also makes note it's only H/EP/FP or something, but it's clearly H/AP. I also don't get why it's so glitchy after you obtain it, as well.

 

Nice! So the EC Maverick and H/EP/FP/PP/EC Flatbed work for sure. I guess the H/AP Jetmax also works, as well. Now just the H/AP/PP/WP/UH Biker Angel to find out about. It sucks the Jetmax is so big. Maverick? Flatbed? Jetmax? Impossible to store in The Clymenus Suite all together...Can't even get all 3 in the same Save...

 

III is fully up to date now on the Forum. Now fixing VC. That's next.

It is durning the mission but after the mission it gets new proofings it seems.

 

(Also Alternative for Boxville works on PS2, just obtained Boxville for my save)

Well, that sucks! That was the main reason I wanted to do a 4th Save File in VCS. The Jetmax is surely awesome, though. I don't know what to do at this point. I'll decide once I update the Guides and start the VCS Starter Save.

@Bender., I am in the process of updating this Guide and almost up to 3.0 already. The EC Grey and Pink Maverick is in the Guide, but not explained as well as the H/EP/FP/PP/EC Navy Blue Flatbed. I'll surely be explaining those when I get to the Entries in the Guide, but I should add in the H/AP Jetmax from The Colonel's Coke, as well, right? You tested it with a real PS2 or PSP and it's legit? You tested ALL Properties, H included and even DP by crashing a lot? Since the Code doesn't say anything for this Vehicle, I am not sure what it exactly has. I won't call it UH since it doesn't seem like it would be UH and I don't even think Boats can have UH, even if the Code says it has it, similar to that of Cars/Trucks/Vans. They can be Heavy, though, as well as Proofed. So you're absolutely sure this Special Vehicle is obtainable for everyone on all Platforms and it's H/AP and just pass the Mission to get it, skipping the cutscenes, and it'll be sitting in the water after passing, fully H/AP?

 

Also, explain to me the Rampage and Empire Site OM0 Method as I am confused and you have such Method for both the Maverick and Flatbed. If you want me to explain them in the Guide, then I need to know what is happening. I understood the Taxi and Rampage Method, but you don't use such Method for these other Vehicles...

You don't need to use Empire Site OM0, its again hit or miss like 70% of time i get it right, where Taxi + 2 Rampages i get everysingle time, its just about to get Rampage going with OM0 where you can start Story Mission.

Maverick method is little diffrent than Flatbed, Where on Maverick you have to Start the mission and watch cutscene then wait to rampage to fail and as soon as it fails you need to spam X.

Where on Flatbed You need to start mission with 1secound to fail the rampage, what it will do you will step on Mission marker twice (then spam X), becouse this mission has "in-game" cutscene where it teleports Vic behind Diaz mansion (So you can't start secound instance when not standing on mission marker, and when you skip the cutscene you will be put in Helicopter with firstperson without being able to move at all)

So you're absolutely sure this Special Vehicle is obtainable for everyone on all Platforms and it's H/AP and just pass the Mission to get it, skipping the cutscenes, and it'll be sitting in the water after passing, fully H/AP?


Not sure about Jetmax but yes it have it properties on both PS2 & PSP, but its clearly UH to me, i compared handling of normal Jetmax to this Jetmax and this has very slow turn like barely have it and also drives slowly.

But yes, all you have to do is complete mission WITH skipping final cutscene and it will be siting there where you skipped cutscene.

Ok. I will explain those the best I can, then. I'll add in the Jetmax I suppose and call it H/AP/UH and explain that it handles differently to that of any other Jetmax. But UH means the handling was increased from 1.0 to 2.0 and has BETTER handling, meaning can turn more sharply and drive slightly faster. From what you are saying, it's the exact OPPOSITE and in fact WORSE handling than a regular Jetmax. To me, that isn't UH, but something strange going on with it. Idk why that happens, but the entire Vehicle itself seems rather glitchy how it's halfway under the water when driving it and such. All of these things aren't exactly normal for it.

On both my videos its shown how you properly dupe both "Accidents Will Happen" & "Farewell to Arms" in case you don't understand what i wrote

In case you have any questions regarding these two i'm here to help, but Jetmax is just... i don't know about it.

 

Like i said, When you obtain Heavy/EP/FP Jetmax (The one that is used in mission) with mission duping even if you obtain it, you can't push it very long since it will catch fire after minute or so on land, where "new" Jetmax won't catch fire at all.

As long as I don't need to explain or obtain such Vehicles using a Rampage + Empire Site then I think I can manage. For the Taxi Method, you just activate Taxi Driver and hold down R3 while going into a Rampage? Then get back into the Taxi and activate it while driving to a second Rampage? I don't entirely understand it since you removed the Video that showed it and all I see in the Maverick and Flatbed Videos are the use of a Rampage and Empire Site. I don't know what is going on with that and would rather not have to explain that at all or do that if and when I obtain these Special Vehicles for a new Save File.

 

1.0 to 3.0 are up to date and done with. Will do up to 3.5 today, but later. 3.5 is the EC Maverick Entry so I will need to know what to write for that one. I know what is going on and how to get it AFTER the OM0 Part. It's just getting OM0 that I don't get since all I see is Rampage + Empire Site.

 

Also, does anyone know if you can PASS the Mission and obtain this and it keeps the PP Property:

 

2.5. PP/EC Light Blue Pony

Mission: Money for Nothing

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Money for Nothing, and get into the Sentinel and drive to the decoy. When you arrive, get into the Pony with a blue arrow above it and drive to the warehouse. After the cutscene takes place at the warehouse, get inside the PP/EC Light Blue Pony with the blue arrow above it and drive it slightly out of the warehouse and then get out, turn around, and shoot and kill Lance sitting in the other Pony. Once you shoot and kill Lance, run back to the PP/EC Light Blue Pony and get into it before the Mission fails. After the Mission fails, you will be sitting in the Pony and can just take it back to a Garage. Alternatively, and I am not positive this will work, but you may be able to pass the Mission and obtain this Pony at the same time. At the end of the Mission when Lance tells you to lose the cops, pick up some Police Bribes instead of going to a Pay and Spray and once the wanted level is cleared, the Mission will be passed and you will still be driving this Pony, however, I am not sure if it will retain the PP Property. If you try this Method and the Pony retains the PP Property, let me know.

You start first rampage, let it run out of time (while doing so, find another "not active" rampage and stand on where spawn point is, when you reach 0:00 on rampage you will instanly pick other rampage, there is like 2-3secounds where rampage don't start so you cant enter Taxi or any Sub Mission vehicle and Start Sub Mission after than Rampage will overwrite and start while Submission is going, then just cancel sub mission and you will have rampage with om0 and you ready to go.

Its basicly LCS method.

I'll just explain what happens in the Video for the Maverick and Flatbed. I am literally ON 3.5 right now as I type this. Just watching your Video of the Maverick now and then writing the Entry for the Guide. It looks easy, actually. Idk why I didn't understand it before. All you did was blew up the Empire Site Vehicle and RIGHT AFTER the explosion of the Vehicle took place, you picked up a Rampage. After picking up the Rampage, you just left Empire Site area to fail the Attack while the Rampage was still on and at this time, went to the "R" on the Map to start Accidents Will Happen. It looks easy enough, so I should be able to write it all out. Again, if you ever decide to make a new Vehicle Video, show a "better" Method for OM0 and use it to obtain the next discovered Special Vehicle.

 

I'll include the H/AP/UH Jetmax eventually, as well. All in all, I should be done updating the Guide tomorrow or the next day at the latest. Then all I got left to update is TLaD, TBoGT, SA, and IV. TLaD and TBoGT are rather short, but SA and IV will take quite some time. TLaD, TBoGT, and IV also need some terminology changed like adding "Luster" to the Legend and telling what the SPECIAL Lusters are. Most of the Vehicles I call EC in those Guides aren't actually EC, but the LUSTER on the Vehicle is what makes it special. For instance in your Video for the Schafter. It's not EC Black. What makes it special is the Silver Grille and also the Luster. The Black Color and Rims are NOT special...I have a lot of fixing for the HD Era Guides and a lot of fixing for the SA Guide since I will be adding all OM0 Vehicles into the main Guide and rewriting some of the Entries, too...

Guide Updated! I added in the Description to obtain the EC Grey and Pink Maverick and the H/EP/FP/PP/TP/EC Navy Blue Flatbed. I also rewrote a lot of the other Entries in the Guide with better wording. I added in the H/AP/UH Jetmax, as well, and gave a Description on how to obtain it, despite no Video available for it.

 

Time to move on to updating TLaD, TBoGT, IV, and SA Guides next.
