GTA VCS Special Vehicle Guide

Special Vehicle Properties Legend:

BP = Bullet Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed by Bullets.

DP = Damage Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed from Collisions and will not dent from Crashing.

EP = Explosion Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed from Explosives.

FP = Fire Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed by Fire.

AP = All Proof - BP/DP/EP/FP = AP. AP Vehicles can only be destroyed by tipping them upside down, using the Blow Up All Cars Cheat, or if a Tank bumps into the Vehicle.

EC = Exclusive Color - The Special Vehicle has a Special Color or Color Combination that can't be obtained from Pay and Spray or Traffic.

EC2 = Exclusive Color 2 - This Special Vehicle has a Special Invisible Secondary Color only viewable by Save Editors.

Unique = Unique - The Special Vehicle is Unique when it can only be obtained from a Story Mission or Side Mission, the Vehicle itself is Special as it's not possible to find it Parked or in Traffic.

H = Heavy - The Special Vehicle's Mass is increased and it can move anything out of its way with Ease.

PP = Pop Proof - The Special Vehicle's Tires can't be popped.

TP = Tip Proof - The Special Vehicle can be Tipped upside down and it will not catch Fire and blow up, it only works if you're not inside of the Vehicle and when it's upside down.

WP = Water Proof - The Special Vehicle falls in Blue Hell when it falls in Water. This Property is only present on H Bikes.

UH = Unique Handling - The Special Vehicle has Superior or Inferior Handling and it can only be tested on Bikes.

TD = Triple Damage - The Special Vehicle can take about 3 times more Collision Damage until it blows up compared to a Normal Vehicle.

NE = No Extra - The Special Vehicle is missing an Object which is Part of the Vehicle. It's actually a Glitched Property that can be done anytime.

Garages:

101 Bayshore Avenue - Maximum Capacity is 4, unlocked after Conduct Unbecoming.
The Compound - Maximum Capacity is 4, unlocked after D.I.V.O.R.C.E.
The Clymenus Suite - Maximum Capacity is 4, unlocked after From Zero to Hero.

Every GTA VCS Save can have a Maximum of 12 Vehicles.

WARNING FOR PSP USERS!!!! Vehicles stored in Garages can easily disappear. That happens due to a Bugged Mechanism which results in the Vehicles loading inside the Garage, even if the Player is not standing in front of them. The Vehicles will load when you exit an Interior, when you purchase a Vehicle using Padlocks, when you start a Mission, when you fail or cancel a Mission, and when you complete the Mission Leap and Bound. If one of those Conditions are met near a Garage, the Vehicles stored inside will load and be kept in Memory, so if you engage in a Mission or Activity, they will eventually vanish. To counteract and prevent the Vehicles from vanishing, every time you do the Activities previously listed, before you do anything else, go and check the Vehicles inside by opening the Garage Door and letting it close again. This way, the Vehicles will be stored back in the Garage. You need to only check the Nearest Garage, and not all Garages in Vice City. Also, do not buy the Little Willie on the Roof of the Clymenus Suite Safehouse at all if you're on PSP, since then you'll risk losing the Vehicles in the Garage. Not only that, but if you buy the Little Willie without entering the Safehouse, meaning that you use a Helicopter to get to the Roof of the Safehouse, you will have a Glitched Infinite Loading Screen. If you're playing on the PS2 Version, you have nothing to worry about.

1.0. EC Yellow Green Streetfighter
Mission: Conduct Unbecoming (Pass)
How to Obtain: Welcome to Vice Mainland, Vice City, 1984! The first Special Vehicle in VCS is Martinez' Streetfighter in a Special Unique Color. It's used in the first three Missions in the Game where Vic is in the Army and during the first three Missions, this EC Streetfighter will always spawn next to Martinez' Barracks in the Army Base, but after Conduct Unbecoming it won't be available there anymore. Also, during that Stage of the Game, you won't have a Garage and you'll unlock the first Garage right after this Mission, which is the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage. To obtain this EC Yellow Green Streetfighter, start the third Mission in the Game, Conduct Unbecoming. Get in the EC Streetfighter nearby and complete the Mission like normal using it, until you get to take Mary to the Fort Baxter Army Base. If you drive too close using your Streetfighter to the Gate, a Cutscene will play out and when Vic gets kicked out of the Army, you won't be able to retrieve the EC Streetfighter back. So, when you get near Fort Baxter while driving Mary there, park the EC Streetfighter near to the Gate but not too close. Park it there, get out of it and go to the Gate with Mary on Foot. After the Cutscene, Vic will be kicked out of the Army, but if you parked the EC Streetfighter nearby like in the Video, you can go back to it and drive it to the Safehouse to pass the Mission. Now you can use the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage and store the EC Yellow Green Streetfighter in the Garage. Pretty easy to get.

1.1. PP Cholo Sabre
Mission: Cholo Victory (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a PP Cholo Sabre that is worth obtaining, but it's more of a Trophy because shooting at the Tires, even if they're PP, in VCS damages the Vehicles, unlike in LCS. Before getting this PP Cholo Sabre, you need to have a Flamethrower in your Inventory. You can get one by glitching yourself to Vice Beach and collect it from Prawn Island at an Alleyway near the Burrito Spawn, or you can get it from popping 70 Red Balloons. Either way, you'll need to glitch yourself to Vice Beach. Use the Yankee Trick or BMX Trick or Leaf Links Teleport Trick to glitch your way to Vice Beach. Once you have the Flamethrower, go and start the Mission Cholo Victory. Now, drive with Phil to the Police Station and then to the Hospital as instructed. After the Cutscene, drive to the PP Cholo Sabre that you'll see in front of you, then as quick as you can try to do a PIT Maneuver on the PP Cholo Sabre, quickly get out of the Walton and make the PP Cholo Sabre catch the Fire from the Flamethrower. The goal is that you catch the PP Cholo Sabre with your Flamethrower. When the Cholo Sabre caught the Fire, the Cholo Gang Member will get out and try to run away. Now, simply kill the Cholo and double drive the PP Cholo Sabre and Phil's Walton to Phil's Place. To do that, get in the PP Cholo Sabre, drive ahead of the Walton and then get out, run to the Walton and get in it, drive the Walton in front of the PP Cholo Sabre, then get out of it and run to the Cholo Sabre, repeat the process until you're near Phil's Place. Don't drive too far away from the Walton or else the Mission will fail for abandoning Phil. When you're near Phil's Place at Viceport, drive to the Boatyard Dunking Location and put the PP Cholo Sabre in the Water. Make sure the PP Cholo Sabre is deep enough in the Water so the Game recognizes it as being destroyed. Then get the PP Cholo Sabre out of the Water and park it inside your Safehouse Garage, but not too far away from Phil's Walton. Get back in the Walton and you'll be instructed to use Pay and Spray. Drive it into Pay and Spray and then to Phil's Place. Once the Mission is passed, drive back to your Safehouse Garage and confirm the PP Cholo Sabre being in the Garage by opening, closing, opening and closing the Garage Door. If you don't do that, the Garage isn't actually recognizing the Mission Scripted Vehicle. If you put a Special Vehicle from a Mission and it was put in the Garage while the Mission is still running and not failed or passed, then the Garage isn't actually acknowledging it, so you'll always need to confirm the Vehicle when you do that. If you don't confirm it and save the Game and reload it, then it will disappear. You can convert this into a PP/EC Black Cholo Sabre using the EC Black Conversion Trick.

1.2. FP/PP/EC Light Brown Walton
Mission: Cholo Vicory (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is an Inferior Vehicle, which means you can find a better Version of this Special Vehicle somewhere else. It's a Walton with FP/PP Properties and the EC Light Brown Body Color, though the EC Light Brown Walton always appears. You can obtain a better Version from Marked Men and just obtain the H/EP/FP/PP/EC Light Brown Walton instead as it's that much better. To obtain it, start Cholo Victory and drive it to the Viceport Boatyard Location nearby, just dunk it into the Water until the Mission fails, after that drive the FP/PP/EC Light Brown Walton out of the Water and store it in the Garage. Just make sure that it's dunked in deep enough while the Mission is failing, to preserve its Properties. As already said, this is Inferior and pointless to get, just get the H/EP/FP/PP/EC Walton instead.

1.3. FP/EC Light Brown Walton (1 of 2)
Mission: Boomshine Blowout (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is an Inferior Vehicle, which means you can find a better Version of this Special Vehicle somewhere else. It's a Walton with the FP Property and the EC Light Brown Body Color, though the EC Light Brown Walton always appears. Interestingly, you can find this same Inferior Walton in Over the Top too. You can obtain a better Version from Marked Men and just obtain the H/EP/FP/PP/EC Light Brown Walton instead as it's that much better. To obtain it, start Boomshine Blowout and drive it to the Viceport Boatyard Location nearby, just dunk it into the Water until the Mission fails, after that drive the FP/EC Light Brown Walton out of the Water and store it in the Garage. Just make sure that it's dunked in deep enough while the Mission is failing, to preserve its Properties. As already said, this is Inferior and pointless to get, just get the H/EP/FP/PP/EC Walton instead.

1.4. BP/PP Barracks OL
Mission: Truck Stop (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Barracks OL with BP/PP Properties which makes it quite Special. Make sure that you have a Flamethrower or Molotovs before starting the Mission. I suggest getting a Flamethrower as Molotovs act literally like Grenades with Fire and can easily destroy Vehicle with one hit. Start the Mission Truck Stop and drive to the Hotel to pick up some Backup. After the Cutscene, you will be instructed to find this BP/PP Barracks OL. Simply drive to the Location, but ahead of the Barracks OL. When you get there, get out of the Perennial and either use a Flamethrower or Molotovs on the Barracks OL to force the Driver out of it. If you use Molotovs, make sure to not directly throw them onto the Barracks OL because it would blow up due to Molotovs behaving like Grenades. Just throw them in front of the BP/PP Barracks OL so that it drives over the top of the Flames on the Ground. The Driver will stop and get out of the BP/PP Barracks OL and you can easily get inside it now. Be careful as the Doors are actually Locked on this BP/PP Barracks OL, so if you want to get out of it, leave the Door open by exiting the Vehicle and quickly walking forward immediately. When you've taken control of the BP/PP Barracks OL, drive to the Boatyard Location in Viceport and dunk the Barracks OL in the Water, making sure that it stays in the Water while the Mission fails, otherwise it won't preserve its Properties. When the Mission fails, drive out of the Water and store it in the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage. You will need to force close the Garage Door with another Vehicle. After that, confirm the Properties.

1.5. H/PP Barracks OL
Mission: Truck Stop (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Barracks OL with H/PP Properties, which makes it quite Special. However, it's a bit Inferior compared to the H/FP/PP Barracks OL from From Zero to Hero, but that one uses OM0, meanwhile the H/PP one does not. Before starting the Mission, get a Flamethrower or Molotovs, but I suggets getting the Flamethrower. Start the Mission Truck Stop and drive to the Hotel to get some Backup. After picking up the Backup, drive to the Location of the BP/PP Barracks OL and allow your Backup to shoot at the Enemies in the back of the Barracks OL, then block the Road using your Perennial so it comes to a stop. After the Cutscene, Phil will be driving the H/PP Barracks OL and you will be protecting him against any Enemies that show up. Follow Phil and protect him like normally, until you get near Stonewall J's. Usually Phil crashes at the Wall there which makes this a good Opportunity to steal it. At that Place, get out of your Perennial and then use your Flamethrower or Molotovs on the H/PP Barracks OL so you can force Phil to get out of it. If you use Molotovs, make sure to not directly throw them onto the Barracks OL because it would blow up due to Molotovs behaving like Grenades. Just throw them in front of the H/PP Barracks OL so that it drives over the top of the Flames on the Ground. When the Barracks OL catches the fire, Phil will get out and leave the Door open. Now get in the H/PP Barracks OL and be careful as the Doors are Locked on it. Now, drive it away from Phil, the Mission will soon fail due to abandoning Phil and the Perennial. After that, go to the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage and store the H/PP Barracks OL in it. You'll also need to force close the Garage Door. When it's stored, confirm the Properties.

1.6. PP Admiral (1 of 2)
Mission: Truck Stop (Fail)
How to Obtain: Eventhough this PP Admiral is Inferior compared to the BP/PP Admiral which can always be obtained after 100% Completion, you can obtain this PP Admiral and convert it to EP in Got Protection? to have a EP/PP Admiral, which can later be converted to a EP/PP/EC Black Admiral. That will make it a pretty good Prize. Before starting the Mission, get a Flamethrower or Molotovs, but I suggets getting the Flamethrower. To obtain this PP Admiral, start Truck Stop, get in the Perennial and go to the Hotel to pick up the Backup. Get to the Barracks OL and get it to stop as you normally would do. Once Phil gets into the Barracks OL, some Enemies will show up in a PP Admiral. Drive ahead of Phil and then throw a Molotov nearby of the PP Admiral or use a Flamethrower onto it to scare the Enemies out of the PP Admiral. Then get into it and drive away to fail the Mission. Once the Mission is failed, take this PP Admiral to the Garage and store it.

1.7. FP/PP/EC Pink and White Perennial
Mission: Truck Stop (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a FP/PP/EC Pink and White Perennial which is quite worthy to obtain. Start the Mission Truck Stop and get into the FP/PP/EC Pink and White Perennial provided to you for the Mission. Now, all you have to do is to pass the Mission while still sitting inside it. Once the Mission has been passed, just drive the Perennial to your Garage and store it. Very simple. Confirm the Properties afterwards just in case. There were reports that this Perennial can't be obtained with Pass, because once you pass the Mission with it, the FP/PP Properties will be removed. If that happens, then you'll have to fail the Mission with it. If that is the case for you, start the Mission and get into the Perennial, just drive it into the Ocean at the Boatyard and get it out, make sure it's deep enough in the Water so the FP/PP Properties get preserved. Then take it out of the Water. Interestingly enough, you can use this FP/PP/EC Perennial to make a FP/PP/EC Black Perennial using a EC Black Conversion which will be explained later in the Guide. Also, you can make this Perennial EP too using he EP Conversion Trick, so you can have a EP/PP/EC Pink and White Perennial, or even a EP/PP/EC Black Perennial. The EP Conversion will remove the FP Property but will preserve the PP Property.

1.8. FP/EC Light Orange and White Bobcat
Mission: Shakedown (Fail)
How to Obtain: This one is very easy to obtain. Start the Mission Shakedown and drive the FP/EC Light Orange and White Bobcat that you are sitting inside after the Cutscene back to the Garage. Park the FP/EC Bobcat inside, get out of the FP/EC Bobcat and shoot and kill Marty to fail the Mission. Once the Mission fails, allow the Garage to close down on the Bobcat and it's stored. Also, confirm the Property just in case. Take note that the EC Light Orange and White Bobcat spawns during Marty's Missions, but this is the best one you can get in terms of Properties on the same EC Color. Also, you can use this FP/EC Light Orange and White Bobcat and make it a FP/EC Black Bobcat using a EC Black Conversion Trick which will be covered later on in the Guide.

1.9. EP Conversion Trick (Four-Door Vehicles Only)
Mission: Got Protection? (Fail for every Vehicle converted)
How to Obtain: VCS has three Conversion Tricks, the first one is a EP Conversion, and the others are an AP Helicopter Conversion and EC Black Conversion. The EP Conversion only works on Four-Door Vehicles, and when using this EP Conversion, keep in mind that the BP/DP/FP Properties all get deleted in the Process of converting. Only the TP, PP, NE, and EC Properties, which can be obtained in this Stage of the Game, will remain. Before starting this Process, have your desired 4-Door Vehicle parked already in the Garage. Start the Mission Got Protection? and head to Marty's Brothel. After the Cutscene, immediately get the nearby Oceanic or Polaris V8 and drive it back to the Garage to fetch your 4-Door Vehicle that you want to convert to EP. Once you get inside of your desired Vehicle to convert to EP, drive it to the Boatyard at Viceport. You will need to dunk your 4-Door Vehicle in the Water before the Girls' Health Meter runs all the way down and the Mission fails. When you see the Meter almost empty, back up into the Water until you see Vic's Health go down. His Health going down indicates that the Vehicle you want to convert to EP is deep enough and flagged as destroyed which will preserve the EP Property. Remember, you need to be in the Water in your desired 4-Door Vehicle while the Mission fails, when the Meter gets to zero. As soon as the Mission fails and before Vic dies, drive your EP 4-Door Vehicle out of the Water and back to the Garage to store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards. Also, be sure that you don't get a Vehicle which is already EP and with other Properties on the Special Vehicle List, because the converted EP Vehicle will be Inferior. For example, you can make a EP Landstalker by using a normal Traffic Landstalker, but it's Inferior as you can obtain a EP/FP/TP Landstalker from Firefighter, which is far better. Here is a full List of Vehicles that you can make EP at this Stage of the Game and that won't be Inferior: EP Polaris V8, EP/PP Admiral, EP Greenwood, EP Oceanic, EP/PP/EC Pink and White Perennial, EP Regina, EP Sentinel, EP Stretch, EP Washington, EP Patriot, EP Boxville, EP Burrito, EP Moonbeam, EP Pony, EP Cabbie, EP Securicar, EP/NE Taxi, EP/PP Ambulance, EP Gang Rancher, and EP VCPD Enforcer. Make note that the Majority of these Vehicles can be made EC Black later on to get their Ultimate Special Form. The Polaris V8, Patriot, Cabbie, Ambulance, Gang Rancher, VCPD Enforcer can't be made EC Black though. The EP/PP Admiral is the PP Admiral from Truck Stop, converted to EP, so this way you can obtain a EP/PP Admiral, which will be Truly Special and won't be Inferior to any Vehicle in VCS. The EP/PP/EC Perennial is the FP/PP/EC Pink and White Perennial converted to EP, the FP Property gets deleted and the PP remains, thus a EP/PP/EC Pink Perennial. It can also be converted to EC Black though, so two different EP/PP/EC Perennials. EP/PP Ambulance is the FP/PP Ambulance from Paramedic, but converted to EP. EP/NE Taxi is the NE Taxi from Free Roam converted to EP. You can make it a EP/EC/NE Black Taxi to have it in its Ultimate Special Form. The Patriot needs to be obtained during Conduct Unbecoming in the same manner as the EC Yellow Green Streetfighter, so consult 1.0. to know how to get a Patriot for the EP Conversion, as it's the same exact Method for the EC Streetfighter. The Gang Rancher and Street need to be obtained from the Vice Beach Island, which is Locked Territory at this Stage of the Game. Use the Yankee Trick, or BMX Trick, of Leaf Links Teleport Trick to glitch your way into Vice Beach. You can find Gang Ranchers driving around Prawn Island, and the Stretch is parked in Ocean Beach by a Hotel. Once you get the Vehicle which you want, drive it to the Marina and push the Vehicle in the Water, now push it using a Boat back to Vice Mainland Island at the Dunking Location in Viceport, which is the Boatyard. Once you pushed the Vehicle there, get it out of the Water and store it in the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage. You can make a EP VCPD Cruiser too, but it would be useless since you can obtain a AP VCPD Cruiser with OM0 during The Audition, still the EP VCPD Cruiser will be the best VCPD Cruiser if you don't use OM0 Methods. Same thing for the EP VCPD Maverick, which would be useless compared to the AP VCPD Maverick converted to AP using the AP Helicopters Conversion Trick. Though, the EP VCPD Maverick involves a slighty different Method to obtain. Glitch your way to the Vice Beach using one of these three Methods, then go to the Washington Beach Police Station Roof and get the VCPD Maverick and fly it to the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage. Now you will need to push the VCPD Maverick inside the Garage so it'll be stored there for the EP Conversion. Start Got Protection? and go to Marty's Brothel like normally. Then use the provided Oceanic or Polaris V8 to pick up all three Girls. Picking up all the Girls will remove their Health Meter, so the procedure won't be limited. When you've picked them up, drive to your Garage, but be careful as some Cholos will be after you and may be annoying. When you're at your Garage, take your VCPD Maverick out and fly it to the Downtown Beach with all three Girls sitting inside. Now, you'll need to put the VCPD Maverick in the Water so that it's flagged as destroyed. Get out and kill one of your Girls so the Mission fails. After the Mission fails, push your EP VCPD Maverick out of the Water and store it in your Garage, confirm the Property afterwards. Just so you know, you can also convert the Glendale, Sentinel XS, Rumpo, and Landstalker to EP, but as already said, these Vehicles would be Inferior if converted to EP, since there are already a EP/FP/TP Glendale, Rumpo, Landstalker, and two AP/EC Sentinel XS's already. Cool Conversion Trick, but it's still limited as only 4-Door Vehicles get accepted. Happy converting!

2.0. H/EP/FP/PP/EC Light Brown Walton
Mission: Marked Man (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a very easy Special Vehicle to obtain. This is Phil's EC Light Brown Walton with H/EP/FP/PP Properties. Start the Mission Marked Men and after the Cutscene, you will be sitting inside a H/FP/PP/EC Walton. It won't have the EP Property when you're sitting on it after the Cutscene. However, if you exit the Walton and then get back in it, the EP Property will be added and you can obtain it in H/EP/FP/PP/EC Form. So always remember to get out of the Walton and get back in it after the Cutscene, that's very important. Now drive around to the Boatyard Dunking Location, drive it in the Water and make sure you're in the Water in the Walton while the Mission fails, in other words, make sure that Vic's Health is going down while the Mission fails, because otherwise the Properties won't be preserved. When the Mission has failed, drive back onto Land, drive it to your Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards, especially confirm the EP Property. If it doesn't have the Properties then you haven't driven it deep enough while the Mission was failing. By the way, the Body Color of this Walton can be found parked at Phil's Place in Viceport, but you can't get this Color from Pay and Spray or Traffic, so the Color is EC. Also, you can use this and make it a H/EP/FP/PP/EC Black Walton later on using the EC Black Conversion.

2.1. H/FP/PP/EC Light Brown Walton
Mission: Marked Man (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is the same as the Special Walton from above, but without the EP Property, thus it's Inferior. To obtain it without the EP Property, start Marked Man and get in the Walton, then drive around to the Boatyard Dunking Location. This time, if you want the Inferior Version of this Walton, don't get out of it until the Mission fails. Once there, get it into the Water and make sure that Vic's Health is going down while the Mission is failing, once it failed get it back onto Land. Confirm the Properties for all time's sakes. As already said, this H/FP/PP/EC Light Brown Walton is Inferior to the same Walton just with the added EP Property. I highly suggest obtaining the EP Variant since it's much better.

2.2. H/TD/EC Black Stallion
Mission: Marked Man (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Stallion with a EC Black Body Color, plus is possesses the H/TD Properties. It's quote a Special and worthy Vehicle to obtain, plus it can be obtained with Pass. Start the Mission Marked Men and drive Phil to the Lockup as instructed and drive into the Pink Marker. After the Cutscene, some of Martinez's Men will come to ambush Vic and Phil. Simply kill them all and get back into the Walton. After that, head to the Boatyard at Viceport near the Pink Marker while some of these H/TD/EC Black Stallions follow and chase after you. When you get closer to the Destination, look behind you and make sure you are still being tailed by a Stallion or two. Simply park the Walton close by the Pink Marker which passes the Mission after going into it and run out into the Street where you should find a H/TD/EC Black Stallion just sitting there, not moving and with a Red Arrow above it. Now, all you need to do it jack it and then park it somewhere safe and close by. After parking the H/TD/EC Stallion nearby and in a Safe Place, get back into the Walton and drive into the Pink Marker to pass the Mission. After the Mission is passed, the H/TD/EC Black Stallion should still be there where you left it, now get in it and drive it to your Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards just in case.

2.3. FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Black Quad
Mission: When Funday Comes (Fail)
How to Obtain: During When Funday Comes, you can obtain three different FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Quads, plus one EC Bright Red Quad with pass. The FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Quads comes in a Black, Sky Blue, and White Color, so pick the one which you want the most. All of those Quads are EC for sure. To obtain the FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Quad of your Choice, start the Mission When Funday Comes and drive to the Trailer Park with Louise and into the Pink Marker. After the Cutscene, a Quad Race will begin. All three of the Opponent's Quads are the FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Black Quad, FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Sky Blue Quad, and the FP/PP/TP/TD/EC White Quad and any of them can be obtained. At the Start of the Race, simply do like you see in the Video and simply block off the Area of the Race so that when the Opponent's Quads come around, they will get stuck. You can use your own Quad as well as the nearby Regina and/or Bobcat to block off the Area. It's pretty easy to do it and you have enough time. However, don't stay off your own Quad for longer than 30 Seconds or else the Mission will fail. When the three Opponents come by, they will get stuck and if they get stuck for about 10 Seconds or so, they will stop racing all together and just sit there. Most of the time, you will get all of them stuck anyways. After one of the them gets stuck, all you have to do it shoot the Driver dead and immediately get onto his/her Quad and accelerate forward a bit before the Mission fails and the Screen turns Black. After that, you will be sitting in your FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Quad of your Choice, now all you have to do is drive it to a Garage, store it and confirm the Properties afterwards.

2.4. FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Sky Blue Quad
To know how to obtain the FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Quads, which all use the same Method anyways, check 2.3. Make note that you need to fail the Mission for each FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Quad that you choose.

2.5. FP/PP/TP/TD/EC White Quad
2.6. EC Bright Red Quad
Mission: When Funday Comes (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is just a simple Quad in a EC Bright Red Body Color. Unlike the FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Quads, this EC Quad can be obtained with a Mission Pass. So simply start the Mission When Funday Comes, and just pass it by going to the Trailer Park with Louise and simply coming in First Place in the Quad Race. After the Mission has been passed, the EC Bright Red Quad will be right in front of Vic, so just get onto it and drive it to the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage and store it. Simple at that.

2.7. H/UH 2.0 Bobcat
Mission: Takin' Out the White-Trash (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Bobcat with the H Property, but it's an Inferior Special Vehicle considering that we already have a H/PP/TP/EC Bobcat which can be obtained later on in the Game. However, this H Bobcat also has an UH 2.0 Property on it, which makes it more Special. However, the UH Property on Cars is invisible if the Player is the Driver. So in the end it's just a H Bobcat and not worth to obtain. If you want to obtain this H/UH Bobcat though, start the Mission Takin' Out the White-Trash and go to the Trailer Park and kill the Trailer Mafia Goons while Louise is in Marty's Trailer. When you're instructed to go back to Louise's House, you will be chased by a few H/UH Bobcats. Before entering the Pink Marker, make sure to kill the Occupants of the H/UH 2.0 Bobcats and then take one of your Choice. After that, simply enter the Pink Marker to pass the Mission, then take the H/UH Bobcat to your Garage and store it. You can convert this into a H/UH/EC Black 2.0 Bobcat using the EC Black Conversion Trick, this way you will have a H/EC Black Bobcat without an extra Mission Attempt, though for the better H/PP/TP/EC Black Bobcat, you will be forced to have one extra Mission Attempt since you have to fail the Mission to obtain the H/PP/TP/EC Bobcat.

2.8. FP Bobcat
Mission: D.I.V.O.R.C.E. (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Bobcat with a FP Property on it, however, it's completely useless to get since there's a better FP/EC Bobcat in VCS from Shakedown. If you really want to obtain this FP Bobcat, start the Mission D.I.V.O.R.C.E. and go to Marty's Trailer, chase after Marty and kill him like how you normally would. After killing Marty, kill Louise, get in the FP Bobcat and store it in a Garage. Simple, but useless. Also, you can use this FP Bobcat and make it a FP/EC Black Bobcat using a EC Black Conversion Trick which will be covered later on in the Guide.

2.9. H/PP Stinger
Mission: Jive Drive (Fail, 1 Suicide, 1 Pay and Spray Visit) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is one of the most recent Discoveries in VCS. It's a Stinger with H/PP Properties, but it unfortunately requires you to kill Vic to obtain it, and on top of it all, you need to use the Pay and Spray in order to fully obtain it. Luckily, the Stinger is not EC, so the Pay and Spray will simply give the Stinger another Traffic Color. The H/PP Stinger requires a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) in order to obtain it. OM0 is a Trick where you fool the Game into thinking that you're not on a Mission, meanwhile you are. Before obtaining it, complete all 15 Levels of Vigilante, so you won't get extra unneeded Mission Attempts in the Stats. You can complete all Rampage if you want, as they're replayable in VCS. Before starting the actual Mission, first get some Molotovs, or Grenades and a Flamethrower. Then get a VCPD WinterGreen and head to Sunshine Autos. At Sunshine Autos, you will find a Rampage and a Padlock which are needed to do the OM0 Setup. Once you get there, activate Vigilante on the Police Bike, get out and go to the exact Location where the Cholo Pistol Rampage is, just between the Fence and the Sunshine Autos Building. Once you are there, cancel Vigilante and you will be doing the Rampage while the Mission Markers are active. Now, get onto the Police Bike and then start Vigilante again. Get out of your VCPD WinterGreen when the Rampage Timer says 0:25. Now wait for the Rampage Timer to deplete so that the Rampage fails. Once the Rampage is failed, pick up the Padlock Icon immediately cancel Vigilante. Once you did everything correctly, you will be in the Padlock Mode, which means that the Padlock Menu is active while Vic can walk around. For this Special Vehicle, we don't need to get too much into Detail on how to move with the Padlock Icon active. For the H/PP Stinger, right after you canceled Vigilante to have the Padlock Menu, don't press X. Just to be cautious, only use the Left Analog Stick to navigate to the Mission Marker at the Airport. Just don't press X until you walk there. At the moment once you get into the Mission Marker to start Jive Drive, press and hold down X at the Cinematic Cutscene to skip it, but remember to hold down X. Right after the Cinematic Cutscene has been skipped, release your Finger from X. Something quite strange will happen now. Normally, a Gameplay Cutscene should be happening now where the Cholos threaten Lance and Vic, but if you do the Padlock Procedure as explained, Vic will be standing nearby the H/PP Stinger and you will be able to walk around while that Gameplay Cutscene is occuring. While you're at this Stage, look right, walk up to the H/PP Stinger and get your Molotovs or Flamethrower out. Throw a Molotov nearby to the Stinger so it catches Fire or use the Flamethrower to flame the H/PP Stinger. If you do this, Vic and Lance will exit the H/PP Stinger. At this Stage, you won't be able to walk around using the Left Analog Stick, you will only be able to jump around to navigate. Wait for the Fire to burn off from Vic and then enter the H/PP Stinger. Now, drive to the Viceport Pay and Spray and respray the H/PP Stinger, you need to do that to be able to get out of the Stinger, if you don't then you can't exit the H/PP Stinger at all. After that, drive to the 101 Bayshore Garage and park your H/PP Stinger inside. Get out of the Stinger and jump out of the Garage. To get the Normal Movement back again, use any Weapon and Free Aim with it to be able to use the Left Analog Stick properly again. Now, you have to kill Vic in a way so that when he dies, the Garage Door closes. Get a good angle on the Left Side of the Garage, and then throw a Grenade or Molotov to kill Vic while the Garage Door is closing. Once you've done this properly, the Mission will be failed and Vic will respawn at the Hospital. Now, very importantly, go back to the Garage and check that your H/PP Stinger is still inside. If it is, then you've just obtained the H/PP Stinger, if not, then reload and retry everything again, since you most likely haven't done the Suicide Garage Part correctly. You can actually make this into a H/PP/EC Black Stinger using the EC Black Conversion Trick so it's much more Special.

3.0. FP Perennial
Mission: Robbing the Cradle (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Perennial with a FP Property, it's pointless to obtain it since you can get a far better FP/PP/EC Perennial in VCS from Truck Stop. However, if you really want to obtain this Perennial, start the Mission Robbing the Cradle. Go to the Welfare Men, kill the Goons which are after him and then threaten the Welfare Man. After the Mission has been passed, use a Traffic Vehicle and push the FP Perennial back to a Garage and have it stored there. The Doors will be locked though, once it's in the Garage the Doors will be unlocked and the FP Perennial will be stored. Simple, but unrecommended to obtain.

3.1. PP Cuban Hermes
Mission: Nice Package (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Cuban Hermes with a PP Property, it's not an Inferior Special Vehicle since, in the whole Game, there is only a PP and FP Cuban Hermes. Eventhough the PP Property isn't that great, it's still Special and worthy to obtain. Start the Mission Nice Package and you'll the sitting inside a PP Cuban Hermes after the Cutscene. All you have to do is complete the Mission like normally, pick up the Package and go to Viceport, all while maintaining possession of the PP Cuban Hermes until the end of the Mission when it's passed. Make sure the PP Cuban Hermes won't get blown up in the Process. After the Mission has been passed, you will still be driving the PP Cuban Hermes if you maintained Possession of it. Now simply drive it to the Garage and store it, confirm the PP Property. Also, you can make this a PP/EC Black Cuban Hermes using the EC Black Conversion Trick, which looks quite amazing.

Video by Lethal Vaccine

3.2. PP Admiral (2 of 2)
Mission: Balls (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is an Inferior Special Vehicle and not really worth to obtain. It's the Second Appearance of the PP Admiral, however, the First PP Admiral is much more useful since you can convert that one into an EP/PP Admiral which will be truly Special. You can't do that with the Second PP Admiral from Balls, still, there is a BP/PP Admiral that can be obtained at any time after 100% Completion, so there's no need to obtain the PP Admiral from Balls. If you really want it however, start Balls and right after the Cutscene you will see this PP Admiral parked across the Street. Get inside it with Umberto's Men following you, now drive it to the Boatyard and put the PP Admiral in the Water and get out. Now, kill Umberto's Guys to fail the Mission and then get the PP Admiral out of the Water and store it in the Garage. Check the PP Property just to be sure. As already said, there is really no need to obtain this Special Vehicle.

3.3. FP Cuban Hermes
Mission: Papi Don't Screech (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Cuban Hermes with a FP Property, it's not an Inferior Special Vehicle since, in the whole Game, there is only a PP and FP Cuban Hermes. Eventhough the FP Property isn't that great, it's still Special and worthy to obtain. Start the Mission Papi Don't Screech and simply pass the Mission. That's all you have to do. So, get in the FP Cuban Hermes provided for you for the Mission, drive to the Stadium to pick up Umberto's Father Alberto and drive to his Cafe slowly and in time so his Stress Meter won't be full. Use the Route around the Junkyard to avoid any Cholos. Once you get there and have passed the Mission, you'll be still sitting in the FP Cuban Hermes, now drive it back to a Garage and store it and confirm the FP Property. Also, you can make this a FP/EC Black Cuban Hermes using the EC Black Conversion Trick, which looks quite amazing.

3.4. PP/TD/EC Green Pony
Mission: Havana Good Time (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a EC Green Pony with PP/TD Properties applied onto it. The Green Body Color on it looks amazing and it's quite a nice Special Vehicle to obtain. To get it, start the Mission Havana Good Time and drive to the Cholo Warehouse. When you arrive there, simply kill all the Cholos protecting it. After the Cutscene, protect Umberto's Guys while they load up the Suns in the PP/TD/EC Green Ponies. After killing off all the ambushing Cholos, another Cutscene will take place and then you will be instructed to get into the PP/TD/EC Green Pony. After getting into the Pony, drive to the Location in Downtown Beach Watch out, as some annoying Cholo Sabres will come and follow and attack you. Don't let them destroy your PP/TD/EC Green Pony. Once you get to the Dunking Location, simply drive the PP/TD/EC Pony in the Water to fail the Mission. Be sure that your PP/TD/EC Green Pony is dunked deep enough while the Mission is failing, otherwise it might not preserve its Properties. After the Mission has been failed, drive the PP/TD/EC Green Pony back to a Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards. Also, you can convert this Pony into a PP/EC/TD Black Pony using the EC Black Conversion Trick later on.

3.5. AP VCPD Cruiser
Mission: The Audition (Fail, +2 Mission Attempts) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is a VCPD Cruiser with AP Properties applied to it. The AP VCPD Cruiser requires a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) in order to obtain it. OM0 is a Trick where you fool the Game into thinking that you're not on a Mission, meanwhile you are. Before obtaining it, complete all 15 Levels of Vigilante, so you won't get extra unneeded Mission Attempts in the Stats. You can complete all Rampages if you want, as they're replayable in VCS. Before starting the actual Mission, get a VCPD WinterGreen and head to a Rampage Location. Once you get there, activate Vigilante on the Police Bike, get out and go to the exact Location where the Rampage is. Once you are there, cancel Vigilante and you will be doing the Rampage while the Mission Markers are active. Now, OM0 will be activated, thus the Mission Markers will be available while you're doing the Rampage. Go to Lance's Hotel before the Rampage Timer expires, and as soon as the Rampage Timer says 0:06 enter the Pink Marker and start The Audition. At this point, it will most likely crash if you're on the PS2 Version, since you need to be a bit lucky to get it right. Don't skip the Cutscene and wait, as soon as you see the Rampage Failed! Message, spam X for just a brief couple of Second and then stop spamming X. Now, hope that the same Duplicated Cutscene takes place. As soon as you see Lance laying on the Couch in the Duplicated Cutscene, start spamming X once again until you hear the Radio of the Cheetah you're sitting in. Exit it, enter it and then press X to drive forward. If you've been lucky and the Game hasn't crashed, then drive to the Pink Marker at King Knuts and skip the Cutscenes. Kill Lance with Manual Aim to fail the Mission and hope that the VCPD Cruisers outside are still sitting there after the Mission has been failed. If the VCPD Cruisers are not outside, then you did something wrong and you must reload and try again. Eventually, it will work out and the VCPD Cruisers will be sitting there in front of King Knuts. They're all AP VCPD Cruisers. Just take an AP VCPD Cruiser and drive it to a Garage and store it. Confirm its Properties afterwards just to be sure it's AP. Now, save the Game and reload the Save File. Good luck! Also, this AP VCPD Cruiser Method requires you to get two extra Mission Attempts in the Stats.

3.6. PP Sentinel XS
Mission: The Audition (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a simple Sentinel XS with a PP Property, it's an Inferior Special Vehicle and not really worth to be obtained, since there is a H/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Sentinel XS in the Game which is far better. If you really want to obtain this PP Sentinel XS, then start The Audition, go to King Knuts in Time, kill the Robbers inside and exit, then go to the Viceport Impound Place as instructed. Once inside by jumping over the Ramp, go to where the PP Sentinel XS is, which is highlighted with a Blue Arrow. Once there, kill Lance and get in the PP Sentinel XS, then drive it over the Ramp and store it in a Safehouse Garage. Simple, but as I said, inferior.

Video by jam8tone

3.7. PP Perennial
Mission: The Audition (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a simple Perennial with a PP Property, it's an Inferior Special Vehicle and not really worth to be obtained, since there is a FP/PP/EC Pink and White Perennial in the Game which is far better. If you really want to obtain this PP Perennial, then start The Audition, go to King Knuts in Time, kill the Robbers inside and exit, then go to the Viceport Impound Place as instructed. Once inside by jumping over the Ramp, the Place will have a lot of those PP Perennials. Once there, kill Lance and get in one of the PP Perennials, then drive it over the Ramp and store it in a Safehouse Garage. Simple, but as I said, inferior.

3.8. FP/EC Cream Pony
Mission: Money for Nothing (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Pony with a FP Property, plus it has a EC Cream Body Color which makes it very worthy to be obtained. It almost looks like the FP/EC Cream Rumpo from LCS. Obtaining it very simple, but it costs a Mission Failure. To get it, start the Mission Money for Nothing, get in the nearby Sentinel with Lance and Forbes and drive to the FP/EC Cream Pony. When you arrive, you will see a Blue Arrow on the FP/EC Cream Pony. All you have to do now is kill either Lance or Forbes to fail the Mission and then get into the FP/EC Cream Pony, drive it back to a Garage and store it. Confirm the Property afterwards.

Video by Lethal Vaccine

3.9. BP/FP/TD/EC Light Blue Pony
Mission: Money for Nothing (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is the best of the Ponies which are obtainable from the Mission, it's a Pony with a nice EC Light Blue Body Color, plus it has BP/FP/TD Properties applied onto it. To get it, start the Mission Money for Nothing, get into the Sentinel nearby and drive to the Decoy Cream Pony with Lance and Forbes. Get into it and drive to the Warehouse like normally. After the Cutscene in the Warehouse, you will see two Ponies sitting side by side. The BP/FP/TD/EC Light Blue Pony is the one that Lance and Forbes are sitting inside. Walk up to the Side of the Driver's Side Door and simply shoot and kill Lance. As soon as the Door opens and Lance's Body falls out, quickly get inside the BP/FP/TD/EC Pony and accelerate forward a bit before the Mission fails. If done correctly and quick enough, the Screen will turn black and the Mission will be failed, after that you will be sitting inside the BP/FP/TD/EC Light Blue Pony. At this point, just drive it to a Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards. Also, you can use this Pony to make a BP/FP/EC/TD Black Pony later on with the EC Black Conversion Trick, though I find the EC Light Blue Color much more Special.

Video by Lethal Vaccine

4.0. PP/EC Light Blue Pony
Mission: Money for Nothing (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is the same EC Light Blue Pony as the one above, but instead of the BP/FP/TD Properties, it only has a PP Property. Eventhough it sounds useless, it's different since you can never get a Pony with such a EC Color with the PP Property together, thus it's Special and not Inferior at all. Start the Mission Money for Nothing and just complete the Mission up until you're instructed to lose the Cops. So, just get to the Decoy Pony with Lance and Forbes, then drive to the Warehouse and have the 3 Star Wanted Level while you're driving this PP/EC Light Blue Pony until the Progress Meter gets full. Now, when you need to lose the Cops, don't go to Pay and Spray or else you will lose the Special EC Light Blue, instead pick up Police Bribes until you lose the Wanted Level and the Mission gets passed. Once you pass the Mission, you'll still be driving this PP/EC Light Blue Pony and now you can take it back to your Garage and store it, confirm the Property afterwards.

4.1. FP Stinger
Mission: Caught as an Act (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Stinger with a FP Property on it, but completely pointless since there's a FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Stinger in the Game, which is far better to be obtained. If you really want this FP Stinger, start Caught as an Act and get into a Vehicle nearby and chase Forbes, making sure that you leave Lance at the Stadium. The Mission will fail for abandoning Lance, now the FP Stinger will be there for you to take it. Make sure that it's in your Sight when the Mission is failing so it won't vanish. Alteratively, you can kill Forbes or Lance to take the FP Stinger. Simple, but completely pointless since there are far better Stingers in VCS.

4.2. Unique/H Speeder2
Mission: Leap and Bound (Fail, +2 Mission Attempts) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is a Special Boat which I call the Speeder2, you could also call it a Super Speeder or Ambassador. It's a Boat which looks exactly like a Speeder, but its Performance is very different and much better. Also, when you enter it, it won't have a Vehicle Name, proving that it's not a Normal Speeder, and surely is Unique. It also has a H Property on it, which makes it much harder to obtain, plus it's incredibly Luck Based to obtain. The Unique/H Speeder2 requires a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) in order to obtain it. Go and start the Mission Leap and Bound before the Rampage expires, skip the Cutscene, and now wait for the Rampage Timer to go to zero. Once the Rampage Timer has expired, Mission Markers will be available during the Mission. Go to the Pink Marker on the Building and instructed and look over the Deal. The Boat parked there on the tiny Pier will be the Speeder2. Once the Game tells you to go to Lance, do so and skip the Cutscene. Now, get in the EC Comet or any Vehicle you came with and rush to the Mission Marker to activate Leap and Bound again, during the Chase Part of the Mission. Make sure you don't fail the Mission for losing the Speeder2. Once you're at the Mission Marker, you need to activate it in a Specific Way, or else you'll get an Endless Loading Screen and the Game will just freeze. You need to park your Vehicle at the Pink Marker, so that when Vic gets out, he will immediately start the Mission off. Once you did this, it's adviced not to skip the Cutscene, but it wouldn't make a difference if you skip or don't skip it. After starting Leap and Bound a second time, go to the Blue Blip on the Radar and you'll see the Unique/H Speeder2 somewhere in the Ocean. It will either be tipped upside down, stuck somewhere, has been blown up, driving in a weird angle, or even driving normally but very quickly. If you see it stuck or tipped upside down or driving in a weird angle, you failed, you need to reload and try again. This is why it's incredibly Luck Based, since you'd only rarely get it to not be upside down. I once managed to get it to drive around in a Number Eight Pattern just a bit north of the Starfish Island Bridge, so it hit the tiny Pier near Louise's House and Bank. It sometimes got stuck there, sometimes it was stuck but couldn't be moved there. If you manage to get it stuck there, you need to jump onto the Speeder2 and have Vic stand on the Interior of the Speeder2. If you manage to do this, the Shark Gang Member will exit the Speeder2, though Lance will still be sitting there. Lance will actually be unsolid, but the Real Driver of the Speeder2 will be that Shark Gang Member. Once you manage to get him out, get inside the Speeder2 using Triangle. If you manage this, you went past the Luck Based Part, but here comes the difficult Part. Park the Speeder2 somewhere safe, now go and complete Leap and Bound as you'd normally do. Once you pass the Mission, go back to the Speeder2 and get inside it. Now, immediately drive the Unique/H Speeder2 to The Clymenus Suite Beaching Location at Vice Point. You need to beach the Speeder2 there, but unfortunately, it will catch Fire most of the time. What I suggest doing is to park the Speeder2 near the Land, and then go and get a Taxi or Cabbie at Vice Beach. Once you find one, drive it to the Grassy Area where you're going to beach the Speeder2 and park the Taxi or Cabbie there. Go back to the Speeder2 and beach the Boat there. Once it catches Fire, immediately get out and get into the Taxi and activate Taxi Driver before it catches Fire. This is very difficult to do, though sometimes I had the Speeder2 getting beached without getting caught on Fire. If you managed this Part, push the Speeder2 a bit up to the Road towards the Garage. During this Stage, The Clymenus Suite won't be unlocked and the Garage won't open, so you'll need to leave the Speeder2 near the Garage. Make sure that you don't get any Police or Gang Attention while pushing it there, and make sure that it doesn't blow up. If it catches Fire, you can start Taxi Driver and it will get repaired. I suggest pushing it very slightly since it's very fragile. If you managed this, go to Vice Mainland using a VCPD Maverick and do the remaining Missions until you pass From Zero to Hero. You will notice a Blue Blip on the Radar during all this time while you're completing the Missions, the Blue Blip will be the Speeder2 since it always has the Blue Arrow on it. It's actually Marked and won't despawn so easily. Also, make sure that you do not save the Game while doing the remaining Missions, since if you reload, the Speeder2 will vanish. Once you pass From Zero to Hero, the Blue Blip won't be on the Radar anymore, but the Speeder2 will still be there. Run on Foot to The Clymenus Suite and push the Speeder2 into the Garage using a Vehicle, very carefully. Once you got the Unique/H Speeder2 inside the Garage, you have fully obtained it and managed the Hardest and most Luck Based Task in all of VCS. Congratulations! Save the Game and reload immediately. Make note that if you try and get the Speeder2 out of the Garage, it will catch Fire soon enough and blow up. So if you want to get it out for a Spin, you will need to use hundreds of Health Cheats, since it's extremily Fragile. When you finally get it out onto the Ocean, it will act like a Submarine, though with its Performance, it will dance and spin around like crazy and can even get you Wasted. Before storing it in the Garage, it's a Beast of a Boat, it's incredibly quick, actually it's so quick that if you drive it South, it will drive vertically. That's because the H Property can only be shown after storing it in the Garage.

4.3. EC White Comet
Mission: Leap and Bound (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Comet with a EC White Color which looks Cream White. You may see some White Comets around in Traffic, but if you compare those Traffic White Comets with this EC White Comet, you will see a good difference between them. It's for sure EC, so don't worry about it. To obtain it, start the Mission Leap and Bound, drive to the Vantage Point to overlook Lance making the Deal with a Shark Gang Member using the Binoculars. Eventually, Lance will be kidnapped and you will be instructed to chase after the Boat, at this point jump off the Roof and get inside the EC White Comet provided for you. Now, chase the strangely swift Speeder using the Comet until it comes to the Freighter in Viceport. Once you arrive there, after the Cutscene, take the EC Comet to a Garage or leave it nearby in the Grassy Area as it should remain there after making it off the Freighter. Once that is done, use another Vehicle to jump onto the Freighter or just jump onto the Freighter on Foot near some Utility Boats at the Freighter. Go through the Mission like how you normally would by saving lance and getting the Drugs around the Freighter. After that, get off the Freighter to pass the Mission. Once the Mission is passed, get in the EC White Comet if you left it nearby and take it to a Garage and store it. If you've stored the EC Comet while on the Mission, go to the Garage after you pass the Mission and open, close, open the Garage Door so the Game acknowledges that the Vehicle is inside. If you take a Vehicle from a Mission and store it while the Mission is on, the Garage is not actually acknowledging the Vehicle, so if you would save and reload without checking it first, it would disappear. So open and close and open the Garage Door when you come back after passing the Mission.

4.4. UH 2.0 Freeway
Mission: The Bum Deal (Pass)
How to Obtain: During the Mission The Bum Deal, you can obtain a Freeway, WinterGreen, and Ventoso, all in a Special UH 2.0 Property, plus you can get a UH Ventoso with an UH Value of 1.8, which is lower than 2.0, but different. It's very worthy to obtain these UH Bikes, but for the UH 1.8 Ventoso, you can obtain it if you want, eventhough there is no need to obtain it since you can get a UH 2.0 Ventoso in the same Mission. To obtain them all, start The Bum Deal and go to the White Stallionz Bar and kill the Bikers outside. You will see the UH 2.0 Freeway, UH 2.0 WinterGreen, and UH 2.0 Ventoso just outside the Bar, however, don't get onto them just yet. Get inside the Bar and kill the Bikers inside, then exit the Bar as instructed. Upon exiting the Bar, you can get onto the UH 2.0 Bikes which are laying just ouside the Bar and take them all to the Compound Garage. Once you've put the UH Bikes which you want in the Garage, go to the Abandoned Building where Forbes is kidnapped in and will escape. You will see Forbes escaping in a UH 1.8 Ventoso, so kill him, be sure to take his SMG Gun and then get onto the UH 1.8 Ventoso if you want it, then take Lance back to his Hotel using the UH Ventoso from Forbes. Once the Mission has been passed, be sure to check the UH Bikes which you stored in the Garage. Be sure to do that, so open, close, open the Garage Door so the Game acknowledges that the Vehicle is inside. If you take a Vehicle from a Mission and store it while the Mission is on, the Garage is not actually acknowledging the Vehicle, so if you would save and reload without checking it first, it would disappear. So open and close and open the Garage Door when you come back after passing the Mission. It's also very important to take the Bikes after exiting the Bar, if you take them before entering the Bar, they will disappear in the Garage. Make note that there is no need to make the Freeway into EC Black as it always spawns in a Black Color.

4.5. UH 2.0 WinterGreen
Mission: The Bum Deal (Pass)
How to Obtain: Check 4.4. to know how to obtain the UH Bikes found in The Bum Deal. Make note that there is no need to make the WinterGreen into Black using the EC Black Conversion, since it won't become EC when converted to Black. The WinterGreens in Traffic always spawn in a Black Color so there is no need to bother with making it Black. In the Mission, it's sitting outside the Biker Bar like all the other UH 2.0 Bikes from the Mission.

4.6. UH 2.0 Ventoso
Mission: The Bum Deal (Pass)
How to Obtain: Check 4.4. to know how to obtain the UH Bikes found in The Bum Deal. In the Mission there is a UH 2.0 and a UH 1.8 Ventoso, you can obtain both or any of them, whatever you like, though I suggest only getting the 2.0 one since it has more Superior Handling. Still, if you like to have all Special Vehicles in all different possible forms, then you can obtain the UH 1.8 Ventoso too, which is the one driven by Forbes, while the UH 2.0 Ventoso is sitting outside the Biker Bar like all the other UH 2.0 Bikes. If you want, you can upgrade the Ventoso into EC Black using the Conversion, thus you will have a UH/EC Black 2.0 Ventoso.

4.7. UH 1.8 Ventoso
If you want, you can upgrade the Ventoso into EC Black using the Conversion, thus you will have a UH/EC Black 1.8 Ventoso.

4.8. FP/EC White Sentinel XS
Mission: From Zero to Hero (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Sentinel XS with a FP Property, plus it has a EC White Body Color with EC White Louvers on the Back Windows. The Louvers being White is very Special since Traffic Sentinel XS's always spawn in Black Louvers. To obtain it, start the Mission From Zero to Hero, and after the Cutscene, you will already be sitting in the FP/EC White Sentinel XS. All you have to do now is drive it to the Downtown Beach Location and dunk it in the Water to fail the Mission. Dunk the FP/EC White Sentinel XS deep enough so the FP Property won't get removed, but not too deep. When the Mission fails, get it to a Garage and store it. Confirm the FP Property afterwards just to be sure.

4.9. H/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Sentinel XS
Mission: From Zero to Hero (Fail)
How to Obtain: In this Mission, it's possible to obtain both the H/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Sentinel XS and the H/PP/TP/EC White Bobcat at the same time with one Mission Failure. In fact, getting both of them is less time consuming than getting one and then failing, then getting the other one, so I highly suggest obtaining both at once. This will be an Explanation how to get both of them with only one Mission Failure, instead of two. Take note than these are probably the most time consuming Special Vehicles in the entire Game and if you don't have Patience, then you probably won't succeed at getting them. The Sentinel XS has a Special EC Sky Blue Body Color with EC Sky Blue Colored Louvers on the Back Windows. The Colored Louvers are very Special since all Traffic Sentinel XS's have Black Louvers. The Bobcat in this Mission is Pure White, so it has a EC White Body Color with a White Stripe along it. You may see some White Bobcats in Traffic, but the Secondary Color of the Bobcat is different. The Traffic one is White as the Primary Color and Beige-ish Light Brown as the Secondary Color, thus confirming that the one from From Zero to Hero is for sure EC. To obtain them, start the Mission From Zero to Hero and drive to the Docks in Little Haiti. When you arrive, kill all the Enemies while protecting Lance and the Barracks OLs. After the Cutscene, you will be instructed to follow Lance. Follow him until you are nearing the Location by the Entrance of the South Bridge right before turning left onto the Bridge and then get out of your Barracks OL. Don't drive to close to Lance at the Bridge Part, as the next Cutscene will come up and you'll lose your Opportunity to get these H/PP/TP/EC Vehicles. If you exit the Barracks OL before turning left, Lance will stop at the Start of the South Bridge and remain there. However, turn your Attention to behind you as a Sentinel XS and a Bobcat should be following you. Now you'll need to jack the Sentinel XS or the Bobcat and kill the Driver and Passenger and do the same to the other. Once both Drivers and Passangers are dead, you'll be in possession of both the H/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Sentinel XS and H/PP/TP/EC White Bobcat. This next Part is where it gets tricky. Drive either the Sentinel XS or the Bobcat onto the Ledge next to the Bridge and then use Vic's Body to push one of them into the Water, but it needs to land in the Water right side up. If it lands upside down, just reload and try again. You will need to do this for both the Sentinel XS and Bobcat. Once both Vehicles are in the Water, then it's time for the Time Consuming Part. You'll need to push both the H/PP/TP/EC Sentinel XS and H/PP/TP/EC Bobact through the Water all the way until you come to the Viceport Boatyard Dunking Location which was used for some Special Vehicles before. The Mission will eventually fail as you get farther away from Lance who is still on the Bridge. Since the Sentinel XS has more Surface Area to push, make sure the Bobcat is in front of the Sentinel XS. This will surely take you over an hour, so have as much Patience as you can. Push them both at the same time with the Sentinel XS. Depite having two Vehicles to push, it should take practically the same exact time as if you were only pushing one Vehicle. Also, don't worry about the Oxygen/Stamina Meter dropping as all you have to do is swim on Top of the Sentinel XS to make it regenerate to full again. When you finally get both of the Vehicles to the Docks in Viceport, push both of them out of the Water and then double drive both the Vehicles to a Garage. To double drive them, drive one of the two Vehicles up a road a bit, then run on foot back to where the other Vehicle was left and drive it to where the first Vehicle was driven to. Repeat this Process until you get both of them in the Garage. Be careful not too drive too far away from the second Vehicle as it may disappear. When you've reached your Safehouse Garage with both Vehicle while double driving them, then congratulations! It's one of the greatest Tasks in the entire Game. Store both the H/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Sentinel XS and the H/PP/TP/EC White Bobcat in the Garage, save them and confirm the Properties afterwards. Good luck! Also, you can get both of these Vehicles and make them EC Black using the EC Black Conversion which will be explained later on, so you'll have a H/PP/TP/EC Black Sentinel XS and H/PP/TP/EC Black Bobcat if you do this.

5.0. H/PP/TP/EC White Bobcat
Mission: From Zero to Hero (Fail)
How to Obtain: Check 4.8. to know how to obtain the H/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Sentinel XS and the H/PP/TP/EC White Bobcat at the same time while failing From Zero to Hero only once. You will need a lot of Patience for this Task though. Also, you can get both of these Vehicles and make them EC Black using the EC Black Conversion which will be explained later on, so you'll have a H/PP/TP/EC Black Sentinel XS and H/PP/TP/EC Black Bobcat if you do this.

5.1. FP/PP Barracks OL
Mission: From Zero to Hero (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is just a simple Barracks OL with FP/PP Properties. Despite the disappointing Properties, this is yet another very time consuming Special Vehicle and it's basically the same Method as for the H/PP/TP/EC Sentinel XS and H/PP/TP/EC Bobcat. You can actually obtain a H/FP/PP Barracks OL from the same Mission, but with OM0 only. To obtain the FP/PP Barracks OL, start the Mission From Zero to Hero, drive to the Docks and kill all the Enemies. After the Cutscene, you will be driving this FP/PP Barracks OL. Follow Lance and when you get near the South Bridge, quickly accelerate onto the Ramp into the Water before Lance turns left and drives on the South Bridge Entrance. It's very important that you accelerate quickly before Lance turns left, because the next Part of the Mission will occur and you will lose the Opportunity to obtain the FP/PP Barracks OL. You also need to land it right side up in the Water, which isn't too hard. Once it lands in the Water, immediately get out of it before the screen turns Black. After the Screen turns Black and the Mission fails, you will be teleported back on Land. However, the FP/PP Barracks OL will still be in the Water. Just jump back down in the Water abnd push the FP/PP Barracks OL to the Docks in Viceport. It will take you some time to swim-push it all the way there. Be very patient while pushing it to the Location as it will take a lot of time. Also, don't worry about your Oxygen/Stamina Meter as when it drains down, you can simply jump onto the Barracks OL to regenerate it quickly. When you get to the Viceport Location, push it out of the Water and drive it back to a Garage and store it. Also, confirm the Properties. It's practically identical on how to obtain the two H/PP/TP/EC Vehicles from the same Mission. Also, theoretically it could be possible to obtain both of the H/PP/TP/EC Vehicles along with the FP/PP Barracks OL by swim-pushing all the Vehicles to Viceport and then triple driving them to the Garages, but nobody has yet done this. If you're looking for a Challenge, you can try it out.

5.2. H/FP/PP Barracks OL (PSP only)
Mission: From Zero to Hero (Fail) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is a Barracks OL with H/FP/PP Properties. As for now, this Special Vehicle is exclusive to the PSP Version, but even there it's a Luck Based Vehicle. The Reason why this won't work on PS2 is because activating Taxi Driver during the Procedure would always crash the Game, this happens even on PSP, but sometimes Taxi Driver won't crash on PSP and then you'd be in Luck. The H/FP/PP Barracks OL requires a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) in order to accomplish it. OM0 is a Trick where you fool the Game into thinking that you're not on a Mission, meanwhile you are. Before obtaining it, complete all 15 Levels of Vigilante and complete the Taxi Driver Side Mission, so you won't get extra unneeded Mission Attempts in the Stats. You can complete all Rampage if you want, as they're replayable in VCS. Before starting the actual Mission, get a VCPD WinterGreen and head to a Rampage near Lance's Apartment. Once you get there, activate Vigilante on the Police Bike, get out and go to the exact Location where the Rampage is. Once you are there, cancel Vigilante and you will be doing the Rampage while the Mission Markers are active. Before the Rampage expires, go to Lance's Apartment in Downtown and start the Mission From Zero to Hero. Skip the Cutscenes and you will be sitting in this Sentinel XS, now simply drive Lance and the Crew to the Hyman Memorial Stadium or to the Road near your 101 Bayshore Avenue. While you drive there, the Rampage Timer will expire and the Rampage will fail, so the Mission Markers will be available again on the Radar. Once there, you will need to find a Marked Taxi. A Marked Taxi is a Taxi that drives around on the Roads of Vice City and it doesn't disappear. For such a Marked Taxi to spawn on the Road, you will need to wait a few Days in-game until the Traffic gets glitchy, meaning that it gets reduced. The Traffic could get so reduced that only the Marked Taxis can spawn on the Roads, so then you'd for sure know which Taxis are Marked. A way to test if a Taxi from Traffic is Marked or not, is that you exit the Sentinel XS and get in a Traffic Taxi drive it around and park it nearby. Go back into the Sentinel XS and drive it around, look away from the Taxi and then look back at the Taxi. If the Taxi has disappeared, then it's not Marked, if it hasn't, then it's more than likely Marked. Anyways, once you're finally in Possession of a Marked Taxi, drive it to a Grassy Area next to the Print Works and park it there. Once you've done this, run back to your Sentinel XS, don't use any Vehicle to run back to it, and drive the Crew to the Docks at the Junkyard. Do the Shootout Part like normal and then follow Lance's H/FP/PP Barracks OL. Make sure that the Sentinel XS and Bobcat spawn while following Lance. Once Lance drives near the Print Works, you will see your Marked Taxi still there where you parked it. If it's not there, then you'd need to reload and retry everything again. Get out of your Barracks OL and then get inside the Marked Taxi and activate Taxi Driver, but do that while the Sentinel XS and Bobcat are still on the Screen. Sometimes the Game might crash now, but sometimes it won't. If the Game hasn't crashes, then From Zero to Hero will be killed and failed, while Taxi Driver is running. Drive to the H/FP/PP Barracks OL while the Sentinel XS or Bobcat is following you, and cancel Taxi Driver. Near the H/FP/PP Barracks OL, make sure that the Goons in the Bobcat or Sentinel XS shoot at Lance's Barracks OL, resulting in Lance getting out of the H/FP/PP Barracks OL. Now, simply enter the H/FP/PP Barracks OL and drive it to a Garage and store it. Save the Game and reload to get rid of the OM0 Side Effects like the Damage Bar on the Screen. If you managed this, congratulations, as it's pretty Luck Based to get this Special Vehicle. You could obtain the H/FP/PP Barracks OL along with the H/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Sentinel XS and H/PP/TP/EC White Bobcat all at the same time. For that, you need to triple drive the three Vehicles back to Garages, making sure that none of them disappear in the Process, and then store them all. It's not worth getting this H/FP/PP Barracks OL honestly, since you can just obtain an H/PP Barracks OL from Truck Stop and a FP/PP Barracks OL from From Zero to Hero, so you'd practically have this Barracks OL.

5.3. H/UH/WP 1.5 Ventoso
Mission: Brawn of the Dead (Pass)
How to Obtain: Welcome to Vice Beach! This is one of the Newest Discoveries. This is a Ventoso with H/UH/WP 1.5 Properties. Make note that the UH Ventoso from The Bum Deal are not Inferior as it's 2.0 UH and 1.8 UH which is Forbes' one, while this H/UH/WP Ventoso is 1.5 UH. To obtain this H/UH/WP Ventoso, start the Mission Brawn of the Dead and drive with Lance to the Vice Point Mall. Now, simply do the Zombie Shotgun and Katana Parts like normally. After you've done this, you'll be teleported outside of the Mall with Lance, at this point get a Helicopter. You can use the VCPD Maverick on Top of the Washington Beach Police Station, then simply fly to the Rooftop of the Mall. Land on the Northwest Leg of the Building and you'll see the H/UH/WP 1.5 Ventoso parked with the Woman that helped you kill the Zombie Actors. Get rid of her and then get on the Ventoso, drive the H/UH/WP Ventoso to the Garage and park it inside. Now, drive Lance back at his Mansion and the Mission will be passed. Drive back to the Garage to confirm the H/UH/WP Ventoso being saved by opening, closing and opening the Garage Door. It's very important that you do that as otherwise it would disappear if you save and reload without doing it. If you get a Special Vehicle from a Mission while the Mission not passed or failed, then the Garage isn't actually acknowledging the Vehicle inside, thus you need to confirm it when the Mission ended. It's important that you don't enter the Final Pink Marker that passes the Mission with this Ventoso, as that will make the Ventoso vanish. Make note that on PSP this Ventoso seems to be stuck on the Rooftop, but you can still get it unstucked by sitting on it and trying to accelerate and reverse, on the PS2 Version it's not stuck. Also, you can make this into a H/UH/WP/EC Black 1.5 Ventoso later on using the EC Black Conversion Trick explained later.

5.4. AP/EC Light Grey and Pink Maverick
Mission: Accidents Will Happen (Fail) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is a Maverick with a Light Grey Body Color and has Pink Stripes, plus it's AP. The AP/EC Light Grey and Pink Maverick requires a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) in order to obtain it. Go to the Film Studios on Prawn Island and start the Mission Accidents Will Happen, skip the Cutscenes and then get inside the Infernus. Drive near the Pink Marker, but don't enter it just yet. Get out of the Infernus and go to a Police Station and find a VCPD WinterGreen. During this time the Rampager Timer will expire. Once you find a VCPD WinterGreen, drive it to where the Third Pink Checkpoint in the Checkpoint Race should be, in the Grassy Area, near the Empire Building. Once the Bike is there, get off from it and run to the Infernus on Foot, get inside it and then drive into the Pink Marker. The Checkpoint Race will start, now follow the Route as you normally would as fast as you can, until you pass through the Third Pink Checkpoint. Don't run into any of those Red Arrow Infernuses on the way, because if you do that then the AP/EC Maverick will just teleport away to the next Area. Once you pass the Third Checkpoint, immediately get out of the Infernus now and got onto the VCPD WinterGreen, making sure that the Maverick is in sight. You will hear it hovering above nearby. Once on the VCPD WinterGreen, activate Vigilante while accelerating forward as soon as you can. It's very important to accelerate forward as otherwise the Game will most likely crash, but it still might crash anyways. Sometimes the Game will crash, sometimes it won't, so this Special Vehicle is very hit or miss. You could try to activate Vigilante when the Timer says 0:04 or around so, but it's unknown if that plays any real role in the crashing or not. If the Game hasn't crashed, you will be on Vigilante and you will see the AP/EC Light Grey and Pink Maverick just above you. Deactivate Vigilante now and get off from the Bike. Now, use your Sniper Rifle to shoot directly at Reni to kill him or her. Once you kill Reni, the Maverick will be set on Fire, so once it catches Fire, quickly hop back onto your VCPD WinterGreen and activate Vigilante as soon as you can. Activating Vigilante this time will put the Fire out on the Maverick. After that, deactivate Vigilante again and the AP/EC Maverick will slowly descending down while Reni is still inside. Reni won't have a Head now, but will still be alive. Thankfully, the Doors of the Maverick are unlocked, so when the Maverick descends down and hits the Road, yank Reni out and fly it back to a Garage and store it. The Maverick will be heavily smoking now and you won't be able to tilt forward at all, but all of that will go away once you store it. To store it, you will need to use a Vehicle to push the Maverick inside the Garage, though be careful when pushing it in, since if it tips over on its Side, it might catch Fire and blow up. Once it's inside the Garage, immediately save you Game after that and reload. Saving and reloading will remove all Side Effects that occured because of OM0, which will be the Action Meter on the Screen and the Ramp Locations on the Map. When you reload, check on your AP/EC Light Grey and Pink Maverick and confirm its Properties. Good luck! The Method explained works on PS2, though on PSP you could immediately go to the Police Station and start Vigilante on the VCPD WinterGreen, as soon as you start the Checkpoint Race.

5.5. EC Light Grey and Pink Maverick
Mission: Accidents Will Happen (Fail, +2 Mission Attempts) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is the same EC Maverick as in the previous Entry, just without the AP Properties. It has a Light Grey Body Color with Pink Stripes. Both the AP/EC and EC Variants require OM0, so it's just better obtaining the AP/EC Maverick instead, since the EC Maverick is Inferior. However, you could also just get the EC Maverick and then convert it to AP using the AP Helicopters Conversion Trick, but that gives you more Mission Attempts than by just obtaining the AP/EC Maverick. The EC Light Grey and Pink Maverick requires a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) in order to obtain it. Go to the Film Studios on Prawn Island and park your Police Bike right next to the Pink Mission Marker, before the Rampage Timer expires. Once the Rampager Timer says around 0:08, exit the Bike and have Vic standing on the Pink Marker, starting Accidents will Happen. Don't skip the Cutscene with Reni and wait, once the Rampage has failed, start spamming X and then stop spamming X, then spam X again. What will happen is that the Mission will duplicate and two EC Mavericks will spawn right there at the Film Studios. Most of the time, however, the Game might crash, or the Mission won't be duplicated. To get it duplicated correctly without crashing, you'd need to exactly know when to spam X and when to not spam it. If you did that Part correctly, you'll regain control of Vic again and the EC Maverick will be just standing there next to you. Blow up the Infernus to fail the Mission. Once the Mission is failed, get in the EC Light Grey and Pink Maverick and simply fly it to a Garage and store it. You'll need to push it inside a Garage using a Random Traffic Vehicle. Push it in carefully so it doesn't tip over, or else the EC Maverick might blow up. Once you get the Maverick fully in the Garage, let the Garage Door close on it so the Maverick is stored. Again, it's just much better getting the AP/EC Maverick instead of the EC Maverick, since AP is better than no Proofings, plus the AP/EC one doesn't give you two Mission Attempts in the Stats, unlike the EC Maverick.

5.6. H/EP/FP/PP/TD/EC Bright Red Infernus
Mission: Accidents Will Happen (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is an Inferior with a very nice EC Bright Red Body Color, plus it has H/EP/FP/PP/TD Properties applied to it. Start the Mission Accidents Will Happen and get into the H/EP/FP/PP/TD/EC Bright Red Infernus with the Blue Arrow on top of it which is provided for you to use during the Mission. As soon as you get into it, just drive it to the Docks in Viceport. All you have to do is dunk it in the Water, however, making sure it's rather deep into the Water. Make sure to stay deep in the Water until you get the Mission Failed screen and at that time, drive it out of the Water before Vic dies. Once it's out of the Water, drive it to a Garage and store it. Most importantly, confirm its Properties. If it doesn't have its Properties then you haven't put it deep enough in the Water or you had the Infernus out of the Water while the Mission is failing. Again, it's very important that you have the Infernus in the Water deep until the Mission fails. Also, you can use this H/EP/FP/PP/TD/EC Bright Red Infernus to make it a H/EP/FP/PP/TD/EC Black Infernus later on with the EC Black Conversion, which would be a different Special Vehicle.

5.7. EC Bright Red Infernus
Mission: Accidents Will Happen (Pass)
How to Obtain: Inferior Special Vehicle... Will be written later.

5.8. AP Yola
Mission: Unfriendly Competition (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Yola Boat with AP Properties, it's very worthy to be obtained as it's only one of two AP Boats in VCS. In VCS, the DP Property works on Boats too, unlike in VC, SA, and LCS. Start the Mission Unfriendly Competition and drive to the Drug Runner and his Bodyguards. After taking them all out, continue on to the next Drug Runner and Bodyguards which will be at the Standing Vice Point Hotel. After the Cutscene, be careful as as best as you can, take out all of the Bodyguards behind the Hotel. They all have AK-47's and can very easily kill Vic. It doesn't help that they not only spawn once in their place, but up to three times, so try and kill them all without dying. You can easily kill them all using a M249 from 99 Red Balloons and with that Weapon this part of the Mission becomes very easy. After killing them all, a Cutscene will take place where the Dealer is getting onto a Quad and will make a run for it on the Beach. Get onto the other Quad as shown in the Video and follow the Dealer closely, but don't get too close or his Bodyguard will shoot Vic. Eventually, a Maverick will show up with more Bodyguards handing off the side with AK-47's. You'll need to time it just right where you can get off the Quad and quickly kill all of them off the Maverick and then get back onto the Quad to continue following the Dealer. If the Dealer gets too far away, the Mission will fail, so you have to be very quick and efficient with this part. If you manage to take out the Bodyguards on the Maverick, then it won't be a threat to you anymore. Also, if you kill the Dealer's Bodyguard on his Quad, then the Dealer will drop Grenades, so be careful. Conitnue following the Dealer and eventually you will get a Message saying to not let the Dealer reach his Seedboat. That is the AP Yola. Follow the Dealer until he gets off his Quad along with his Bodyguard. At this time, kill both of them like shown in the Video and the Mission will be passed. The AP Yola will just be sitting near the shoreline in the Water. Aboard the AP Yola and drive it to the Location near the Clymenus Suite as shown in the Video. When you arrive at this Location, you're going to have to beach the AP Yola, so drive as quickly as you can to the Veaching Part Location and make sure the AP Yola stays on land. Now you will need to push the AP Yola with Vic's Body to the Road. When you get to the road, quickly jack a Random Vehicle from Traffic to push the AP Yola to the Clymenus Suite Garage. Make sure you have the AP Yola at sight at all times because it might disappear. Also, don't get a Wanted Level because the Cops can be a pain during this Procedure. Push it back to the Garage as shown in the Video. Once it's inside the Garage, you will need to force close the AP Yola if you parked it straight, so use the Sanchez to force close it while having the AP Yola and two other Vehicles in the Garage. You can also park the AP Yola sideways if you want to thus you won't need to force close it, but this way there will be less room for other Vehicles in the Garage. Once it's inside the Garage and once it's saved and stored for sure, just get inside and save the Game. Reload and check on the AP Yola in your Garage, also test the Properties. If you managed to obtain it, then congratulations. It's one of the more tricky, but very awesome and worthy Special Vehicles to obtain in VCS.

5.9. PP Quad
Mission: Unfriendly Competition (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Quad with a PP Property, however it's completely pointless and Inferior to the FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Quads found in When Funday Comes. If you really want to get it, start the Mission Unfriendly Competition. After the Girls with Guns Part of the Mission, get onto the PP Quad and kill the Deal to pass the Mission. After the Mission has been passed, you will still be driving this PP Quad, just drive it to a Garage and store it. Simple, but very useless.

6.0. PP/TP/TD Sentinel XS
Mission: High Wire (Fail) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is one of the most useless Special Vehicles in VCS. It's a Sentinel XS with PP/TP/TD Properties and it's basically Inferior. There's a better H/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Sentinel XS in VCS, but it lacks the TD Property, which is pointless anyways. Plus there are two AP/EC Sentinel XSs which are both DP obviously, thus having a better Property than TD. The PP/TP/TD Sentinel XS is only good because it has the PP/TP and TD Properties together on one Vehicle. The PP/TP/TD Sentinel XS requires a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) in order to obtain it. Go and start the Mission High Wire before the Rampage expires, skip the Cutscene, and now go to Beacher's Yard as instructed. On the way, the Rampage Timer will go to zero and expire, resulting in the Mission Markers being available during the Mission. Once you're there, get in the Maverick with the Magnet and go to Viceport, pick up the Container and transport it to the Cargo Bay. After that, get the Container from the TD Flatbed and deliver it to the Cargo Bay too. After that, you will be instructed to save Diego on Vice Beach from the Bikers. Fly to Vice Beach and pick up Diego's PP/TP/TD Sentinel XS using the Maverick Magnet as you normally would. Once that is done, do not deliver him to the Parking Lot, but instead fly to the Orange BF Injection on the Beach. Once there, park the Maverick with the PP/TP/TD Sentinel XS attached to its Magnet on the Sand, get out and get into the BF Injection to start Beach Patrol. Starting Beach Patrol will kill the Mission and also add a Mission Attempt in the Stats, whether you completed Beach Patrol Level 15 or not, but you'll still have the PP/TP/TD Sentinel XS there. Cancel Beach Patrol and get back into the Maverick and fly the PP/TP/TD Sentinel XS to the Garage. You will need to get the PP/TP/TD Sentinel XS into the Garage while the Magnet is still attached to it. Park the Maverick close to the Garage Door and then use another Random Traffic Vehicle to push the Sentinel XS into the Garage. You will notice some weird Behaviour of the PP/TP/TD Sentinel XS while the Magnet is still on it. You can try putting a Random Traffic Vehicle inside the Garage and then use another one to Force Close the Garage Door while the Sentinel XS is inside, this way the Magnet will fall off from the PP/TP/TD Sentinel XS. Once it's stored, save your Game and reload to get rid off the OM0 Side Effects like the Glitched Damage Bar on the Screen. Check on your PP/TP/TD Sentinel XS and that's it. As already said, it's not really needed to obtain this Special Vehicle as there's a better H/PP/TP/EC Sentinel XS already in the Game, plus that one does not require OM0. If you really want to get the PP/TP/TD Sentinel XS, then obtain it. Also, you can use this Vehicle to make it a PP/TP/TD/EC Black Sentinel XS later on with the EC Black Conversion.

6.1. TD Flatbed
Mission: High Wire (?)
How to Obtain:

6.2. H/AP Jetmax
Mission: The Colonel's Coke (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is actually a pretty weird Special Vehicle, it's a Jetmax with H/AP Properties. The H Property makes it have a weird Behaviour, after storing it in the Garage and putting it out, it will act like a Submarine, half of the Boat will be Underwater. Start the Mission The Colonel's Coke and do it like you normally would up until the Final Cutscene takes place prior to the Mission being Passed. Make sure to skip the Final Cutscene since that is what seems to make this H/AP Jetmax become obtainable. Skipping the Final Cutscene and passing the Mission aftwerwards seems to make the Jetmax appear in the Water behind Vic. So, it's very important that you skip that Final Cutscene or else the H/AP Jetmax won't be there. After you pass the Mission, just turn around and jump into the Water like shown in the Video and get in the H/AP Jetmax. Simply take the H/AP Jetmax to the Beaching Location like shown in the Video near the Clymenus Suite. You will see that the H/AP Jetmax is quite slow compared to normal Jetmaxes. When you get to the location, make sure to beach in on the Ground like in the Video and then push it to the Road using Vic's Body. When you've done that, push the H/AP Jetmax to the Clymenus Suite Garage using Vic's Body again. Using Random Vehicles from Traffic to push the Jetmax won't work, as the Jetmax is H and won't move, you can only move it using Vic's Body. Make sure not to get a Wanted Level as the Cops can be a pain during this Procedure. Once you've pushed it in the Clymenus Suire Garage, you will need to force close the Garage Door, just simply have two other Vehicles in the Garage and then use the Sanchez nearby to force the Door to close. Now, simply save your game and reload and check on the H/AP Jetmax in your Garage. Confirm its Properties just to be sure.

Video by Lethal Vaccine

6.3. H Jetmax
Mission: The Colonel's Coke (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Jetmax with a H Property and without the AP Properties, which makes it a pointless Vehicle to obtain, since the H/AP Jetmax from the same Mission exists. If you really want to obtain this H Jetmax, start The Colonel's Coke and drive to Gonzalez. Kill Gonzalez, the Mission will be failed, then take the H Jetmax parked there. Kill him from a Safe Distance away since his Guards are heavily armed and can easily kill you. Drive the H Jetmax to the Beaching Location near the Clymenus Suite and push it into the Garage and store it inside. Most of the time the Boat will catch Fire at the Beaching Location, but sometimes it won't. Plus, once you store it, you won't be able to get it out easily, since it'd always catch Fire very soon because it misses the DP Property. This H Jetmax requires a Failure, while the H/AP Jetmax can be obtained with Pass, so it's seriously unneeded to be obtained and very Inferior.

6.4. BP/FP/PP/EC Black Stretch
Mission: Kill Phil (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Stretch with BP/FP/PP Properties and has an EC Black Body Color. It's very Special to be obtained and very worthy, and very simple. Start the Mission Kill Phil and simply pass it. So, drive to the BP/FP/PP/EC Black Stretch with Barry and then pick up Phil Collins. Kill all the Forelli Henchmen and then take Barry and Phil to the Hotel using the BP/FP/PP/EC Black Stretch to pass the Mission. Once you have passed the Mission, drive the BP/FP/PP/EC Black Stretch in your Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards.

6.5. DP Armadillo
Mission: Say Cheese (Fail) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is an Armadillo with a DP Property, which does work in VCS. However, it's one of the hardest and most pointless Special Vehicles to obtain in VCS. It's only hard at storing the Armadillo, since The Clymenus Suite Garage is too short for it, but it can still be stored inside it. Temporarily obtaining it is easy, but storing it is the Hard Part. It's Inferior since you can use the AP Helicopters Conversion Trick to convert an AP Armadillo, which is much better than a DP Armadillo. The DP Armadillo requires a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) in order to obtain it. Now, OM0 will be activated, thus the Mission Markers will be available while you're doing the Rampage. .............................................................................

6.6. PP Pony
Mission: Purple Haze (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Pony with a PP Property applied to it, but it's very useless to obtain since there are two better PP Ponies in VCS, one being PP/EC Light Blue and the other PP/TD/EC Green. I don't recommend getting it since it's Inferior, but if you really want it, start Purple Haze, go to the PP Pony and get inside it. Now drive it to the Viceport Drunking Location at the Boatyard, drive the PP Pony inside so the Mission fails. Once the Mission has been failed, drive the PP Pony out before Vic gets Wasted, then drive it to a Garage and store it. ake sure the Pony is dunked in deep enough while the Mission is failing, or else the PP Property won't be preserved. Simple, but incredibly useless to get.

6.7. AP Helicopters Conversion Trick (All Helicopters except the Hunter and Little Willie)
Mission: Steal the Deal (Fail for every Helicopters converted) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is the recently discovered AP Conversion of VCS, but only Helicopters will be converted to AP using this Trick. Unfortunately, the Little Willie and the Hunter can't be converted to AP because they're One Seated Helicopters, plus the Hunter is not even available at this Stage of the Game yet anyways. So you can only get an AP Maverick, AP VCPD Maverick, AP Sparrow, AP Seasparrow, AP Armadillo, and AP Air Ambulance from this Conversion Trick. The AP Maverick is Inferior and not worth it since you can already obtain an AP/EC Light Grey and Pink Maverick, but you can also get an EC Light Grey and Pink Maverick and then convert it to AP/EC with this Conversion, eventhough it's redundant to do that. Make note that the Armadillo and Air Ambulance are too tall for The Clymenus Suite Garage, but they can still be stored in a Specific Way, but they will be stuck inside if you store them and can only be taken out using a Quad Dupe Trick. To know how to store an Armadillo or Air Ambulance in The Clymenus Suite Garage, and how to get them out, consult the DP Armadillo Entry of the Guide. Though I don't suggest making an AP Armadillo or AP Air Ambulance since they're huge and also slow, so the VCPD Maverick, Seasparrow, and Sparrow are the only decent onces. To get the Seasparrow, you need to pass Land, Sea and Air Ace to get it, as it's only available from that Side Mission and can't be found parked in Free Roam. Before starting the Conversion, I suggest that you have your Helicopter that you want in AP Form in your Clymenus Suite Garage, unless if it can easily be found in Free Roam like the Armadillo or VCPD Maverick. Store it in the Garage only if it's a Seasparrow or even the EC Maverick. The AP Helicopters Conversion Trick requires a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) in order to accomplish it. Then get a VCPD WinterGreen and head to a Rampage near The Clymenus Sute Garage. Once you get there, activate Vigilante on the Police Bike, get out and go to the exact Location where the Rampage is. Once you are there, cancel Vigilante and you will be doing the Rampage while the Mission Markers are active. Now, get onto the Police Bike and then start Vigilante again. Drive the VCPD WinterGreen to The Clymenus Suite, and at the back of it you will see two Padlocks there. Get out of your VCPD WinterGreen when the Rampage Timer says 0:25. Now wait for the Rampage Timer to deplete so that the Rampage fails. Once the Rampage is failed, pick up the Padlock Icon used to buy a Bovver '64 Hovercraft, not the Skimmer one, and immediately cancel Vigilante. Once you did everything correctly, you will be in the Padlock Mode, which means that the Padlock Menu is active while Vic can walk around. At this point, don't press X yet, simply walk or jump or car surf to Diaz' Mansion on Starfish Island to start the Mission Steal the Deal. Still don't press X and just watch the Cutscene fully, but once the second Cutscene outside the Mansion with Lance is starting, press and hold down X and don't release it. The Cutscene will be skipped and you will have X pressed down, now run with Lance to your The Clymenus Suite Garage, or to a Location where your desired Helicopter spawns in Free Roam. If it's inside the Garage, you need to push it out of the Garage using Vic's Body alone, while Lance is being a Nuisance, while X is still pressed down. Once you got the desired Helicopter, get in it with Lance, while X is still being held down, and then fly the Helicopter to the Pink Marker at The Pole Position Club. To not get too much Height in the Helicopter while X is pressed down, try to steady it at a Constant Height by pushing the Left Analog Stick all the way up while navigating the Helicopter toward and then into the Pink Marker. When you manage to get it into the Pink Marker, a Cutscene will play out, and when it plays you need to finally release your Finger off from X and then exit the Helicopter using Triangle. Soon enough the Mission will fail for losing Gonzalez' Goon, but your Helicopter nearby will be AP. Check if it's AP just in case, and then store it in the Garage by pushing it with a Random Traffic Vehicle. Once you stored it, save the Game and reload and check on your newly converted AP Helicopter. If you managed this congratulations, though it isn't so difficult to pull off.
Video by Lethal Vaccine

6.8. TD Cheetah
Mission: Steal the Deal (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Cheetah with a TD Property on it, but useless since you can get a FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Cheetah in VCS without any Problems. The TD Property itself is useless anyways, however if you really want to get this, start the Mission Steal the Deal. Drive to the Pole Position Club as instructed and then follow the Dealer in his TD Cheetah. Once the Dealer gets to the Pier near the Clymenus Suite, get inside the TD Cheetah that the Dealer was driving, quickly get it inside your Garage at the Clymenus Suite, and then go to the JetSki and pass the Mission like normally. Once the Mission has been passed, check your Garage to make sure your TD Cheetah is there, stored. You have to confirm it as Mission Scripted Vehicles are not recognized by the Garage while the Mission is still running. Also, make sure that the TD Property is still on it. Interestingly, there's also a TD Jetmax in this Mission, but unobtainable and still pointless.

6.9. PP/EC Navy Blue Flatbed
Mission: The Exchange (Fail)
How to Obtain: Despite being inferior to the H/EP/FP/PP/TD/EC Navy Blue Flatbed in the Guide, this PP/EC Navy Blue Flatbed doesn't require OM0, while the better one does, so I am including this PP/EC Flatbed in the Guide. If you're not into OM0, you can still obtain this PP/EC Flatbed as it's the best possible Flatbed without the use of OM0. Start the Mission The Exchange and get into the Rumpo as instructed and take the Drugs to the Meeting Point in Downtown. After the Cutscene, simply use the Laser Scoped Sniper Rifle to eliminate all of the enemies and then another Cutscene will take place. After that, get into the PP/EC Navy Blue Flatbed with the Blue Arrow on top of it. Now, instead of driving it back to Diaz' Mansion, just drive it to the Docks in Viceport. Be careful of the Enemies in the Admirals who will come after you. Simply dunk the Flatbed in the Water at the Boatyard and allow the Mission to fail. Once the Mission has been failed, exit the PP/EC Navy Blue Flatbed and use Vic's Body to rotate it to make it easier to get it out of the Water. Once you get it out of the Water, just drive it back to the Garage and store it. Confirm its PP Property afterwards. Also, you can use this PP/EC Navy Blue Flatbed to make it a PP/EC Black Flatbed using the EC Black Conversion Trick later on.

7.0. H/EP/FP/PP/TD/EC Navy Blue Flatbed

Mission: Farewell to Arms (Fail, +2 Mission Attempts) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is yet another Special Vehicle that requires OM0 (On Mission = 0), which is a Special Glitch that allows Players to merge in and duplicate Missions. Before starting the Mission, you will need to do a OM0 Setup, which is very easy to do in VCS. Before getting this, make sure you have Vigilante passed, so you won't get an unnecessary Mission Attempt. First, get a Police Car, like a VCPD WinterGreen. Drive the Police Vehicle to a Rampage near the Diaz Mission Marker, preferably the Minigun Rampage at the Vice Point Island. Activate Vigilante, get out of your Police Vehicle and stand where the Rampage is exactly. Once there, deactivate Vigilante, and you will have OM0 activated. You will be on a Rampage but also the Mission Markers will be available. Before the Rampage Timer goes to zero, immediately drive to Diaz' Mansion and start the Mission Farewell to Arms when the Rampage Timer says 0:02. The Rampage will fail as soon as the Story Mission starts. Now, the Mission will be started twice and will be duplicated. Skip the Cutscene and shoot at Gonzalez' Flatbed which is on the Road and let the Flatbed blow up so the Mission fails. Once the Mission has failed, you will spawn back in front of Diaz' Mansion and the H/EP/FP/PP/TD/EC Navy Blue Flatbed will be just outside it, just standing there. It will have a Blue Arrow on top of it but that will disappear when you store it. Get in the H/EP/FP/PP/TD/EC Navy Blue Flatbed and drive it to a Garage and store it. Save the Game and reload. Confirm the Properties afterwards. Also, you can use this same Flatbed to make it a H/EP/FP/PP/EC/TD Black Flatbed by using the EC Black Conversion Trick later on, so basically two different Special Vehicles with the same Properties.

7.1. DP/EP/FP Mule
Mission: Farewell to Arms (Fail, 1 Suicide) (Padlock OM0)
How to Obtain: This is one of the most recent Discoveries in VCS. It's a Mule with DP/EP/FP Properties, but it unfortunately requires you to kill Vic to obtain it. The DP/EP/FP Mule requires a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) in order to obtain it. OM0 is a Trick where you fool the Game into thinking that you're not on a Mission, meanwhile you are. It's actually a whole new Category of OM0 Methods, as it uses the Padlock too, so I call these Methods Padlock OM0, since the actual Mission doesn't require OM0 but it requires a OM0 Setup to have the Padlock Menu. This DP/EP/FP Mule is very luck based, and the Defending part is quite difficult if you're slow, but in the end the Mule will be just standing there for you to take. Before attempting this, make sure you have Vigilante passed so you won't get unnecessary Mission Attempts from activating Vigilante. Also, make sure you have Grenades and a Laser Scoped Sniper Rifle before trying this. Get a VCPD WinterGreen and head to Sunshine Autos. For the DP/EP/FP Mule you will need to have the Padlock Menu and a Rampage Timer counting down. Once you have the Padlock Mode active, press and hold down X. Do not release X until you get to a specific Part, keep holding X. While holding X, get onto the VCPD WinterGreen and activate Vigilante again. Drive around and drive into the Walls to fall off from the VCPD WinterGreen while Vigilante is active. Then, go to where the Rampage is and deactivate Vigilante to get OM0 and the Rampage Timer again, all while holding down the X Button. Get onto the VCPD WinterGreen and drive to Diaz's Mansion while the Rampage Timer is ticking down, once there, drive into the Walls of the Stairs to fall off. While still holding X, wait near the Mission Marker and once the Rampage Timer says 0:06, start the Mission Farewell to Arms, while holding down X. The Rampage will fail during the Mission Cutscene, but if somehow the Mission starts twice, reload and retry again. Watch the Cutscene, and right after a Second after Diaz says the Word Enemy in the Cutscene, release X. Once X is released, you will see Vic on top of Diaz's Mansion, very quickly select a Grenade and kill Vic while the Camera is going back to the Flatbed during the Cutscene. This is the most Luck Based Part. Once you kill Vic, you should be teleported to the Hospital and have no HUD on, and you should see the "Defend Gonzalez' Truck" Message on the Bottom of the Screen. If that does not happen, and if you get teleported back to the Armadillo, restart and do everything explained again. Most of the time, you'd just get teleported back to the Armadillo. If by mere chance you finally get to the Hospital, you won't have any HUD on and you can't even Pause the Game. Get to the Padlock and buy the Weapons again, then get in the nearby Ambulance. Drive forward a bit, line it up and steer it a bit right and then get out. This is the Defending Part, which is the most difficult Part of this whole Task. Once you got the Ambulance like that, get your Sniper Rifle and aim North where the Gang Rancher should spawn and blow it up with the Sniper Rifle. After that, get quickly inside the Ambulance, drive north to the Police Station and park there. Use your Sniper Rifle to blow up the Gang Rancher at the Police Station to the right of you, once it's blown up, get back in your Ambulance. At this moment, you will see some Gang Ranchers attacking the Flatbed. Quickly drive to the Bridge and blow up the Gang Rancher at the Bridge. During this Moment, the Flatbed will stall and stop, and a few Gang Ranchers will be attacking the Flatbed. Quickly, very quickly, blow up all the Gang Rancher attacking the Flatbed, making sure that the Flatbed does not blow up. If it blows up, reload, retry. Once you've accomplished that finally, you will get a Message saying "Clear the Roadlock nearby." Run to the Roadblock and kill the three Sharks there. The DP/EP/FP Mule will be just standing there, just get inside it and park it inside your 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage. Once it's stored, go back to the Flatbed and blow it up to escape the Mission. Once the Mission has been failed, you will be teleported back to Diaz's Mansion. At this moment, you will most likely have a Two or Three Star Wanted Level. Quickly drive back to your Garage and confirm that the DP/EP/FP Mule is inside it. Make sure you open, close, open the Garage Door to make the Garage acknowledge that it's inside, since Garages don't recognize Mission Scripted Vehicles inside them when the Mission is still running. Also, confirm the Properties for all time's sake. If you've managed this, congratulations! Also, you can use this Mule to make it a DP/EP/FP/EC Black Mule by using the EC Black Conversion Trick later on.

7.2. EP/FP Benson
Mission: Farewell to Arms (Fail, +2 Mission Attempts) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is a Benson Truck with EP/FP Properties and it's one of the most Luck Based Special Vehicles to obtain in all of VCS. The EP/FP Benson requires a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) in order to obtain it. Go to Diaz' Mansion before the Rampage Timer expires. Don't enter the Pink Marker just yet, but instead wait for the Rampage Timer to decrease a bit. You will want to enter the Pink Marker when the Rampage Timer says 0:01, thus the Mission Farewll to Arms will be started, the Rampage will fail in the Short Cutscene showing the Mansion, thus resulting in the Mission Farewell to Arms to start again. The Mission will be duplicated and there will be two of everything while you're doing the Mission. Skip the Cutscenes, and now you will want to pass the Mission while the Mission is this Duplicated Stage. Now, simply defend Gonzalez' Flatbed until he's at the Airport, the good news is that some Gang Ranchers won't bother him as they will be tipped upside down due to them being duplicated. Though there will be some Gang Ranchers attacking him. You'll also need to blow up two Mules at the Roadblock, since the Mission is duplicated. Once Gonzalez enters the Airport Gate, you will see four Bensons there, two most likely in the Ground and two blocking the Gate. They're all EP/FP Bensons. Now, you will need to blow up all the Gang Ranchers outside attacking Gonzalez' Guys at the Gate. Make note that there are some Invisible Gang Ranchers on the left or right or on both Sides too. Here's the Thing, more than ever likely, the Game will softlock and will refuse to continue when you take care of all Gang Ranchers and Sharks outside of this Airport Gate. Only very, very rarely, the Mission will continue and the Armadillo will fly to the second Airport Gate, when you kill all the Sharks at the first Gate. This is why the EP/FP Benson is incredibly Luck Based to obtain, due to the Game Softlocking 99 Percent of the time. However, it's surely possible to obtain the EP/FP Benson on both PSP and PS2, so you'll need to reload and retry a lot of times. If the Game decides to continue, take care of the Sharks at the second Airport Gate, and then at the first again, then defend Gonzalez' Plane from the Gang Ranchers. The Mission will pass and Vic will be standing at the Helipad in the Airport. Right in front of you there will be two EP/FP Bensons, so run towards one of them and take it. It'll be in the Ground so you'll need to fiddle around with it so it falls into Blue Hell and respawns back onto the Road. If you managed this, drive it to a Garage and store it. Good luck as it's incredibly Luck Based to obtain this Special Vehicle. Eventhough the Mission was passed while it's Duped, the next Mission Burning Bridges will luckily not be skipped, though it's unknown if you'll be awarded with Double Percent. Also, you can use this EP/FP Benson to make it an EP/FP/EC Black Benson by using the EC Black Conversion Trick later on.

7.3. EP/FP PCJ-600
Mission: Burning Bridges (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a PCJ-600 with EP/FP Properties, though in the same Mission there is an AP PCJ-600, however the AP one requires OM0 and a Suicide, plus it's PSP only, while the EP/FP one does not and can be obtained on all Platforms. Start the Mission Burning Bridges, the Mission removes all of your Weapons that Vic had prior starting the Mission, but don't worry as you can pick them all up, just turn your Camera to the Right and you'll see them all. Once you've picked your Weapons back up, draw your Attention to the Maverick that Lance is shooting at. Simply shoot and kill Lance to fail the Mission. Now, run straight forward through the Fuel Depot and you will see the EP/FP PCJ-600 just sitting there. Get onto it and drive it back to a Garage to store it. Confirm the Properties aftwerwards. Also, you can make this a EP/FP/EC Black PCJ-600 using the EC Black Conversion Trick, so you can convert it in its Ultimate EP/FP/EC Form.

7.4. AP PCJ-600 (PSP only)
Mission: Burning Bridges (Fail, 1 Suicide, +2 Mission Attempts) (OM0)
How to Obtain: This is a PCJ-600 with AP Properties and it can only be obtained on the PSP Version of VCS. You can't obtain it on the PS2 Version since it would always disappear at Sunshine Autos. It also unfortunately requires a Suicide to be obtained. The AP PCJ-600 requires a Special Glitch called OM0 (On Mission = 0) in order to obtain it. OM0 is a Trick where you fool the Game into thinking that you're not on a Mission, meanwhile you are. Before obtaining it, complete all 15 Levels of Vigilante and Paramedic, so you won't get extra unneeded Mission Attempts in the Stats. You can complete all Rampage if you want, as they're replayable in VCS. Before starting the actual Mission, first get some Grenades and a Weapon like the SMG or Micro SMG. Once the Rampage is failed, press and hold down X and don't release it and then pick up the Padlock Icon, then immediately cancel Vigilante. Once you did everything correctly, you will be in the Padlock Mode, which means that the Padlock Menu is active while Vic can run around. You need to have X pressed down before picking up the Padlock Icon and you need to keep holding it for now. While holding X, get into your VCPD WinterGreen and drive to the Downtown Biker Rampage on the Stairs. Use the Handbrake to slow down. Activate Vigilante while you're still on the Bike. Once there, use a Wall to crash into it so Vic falls off from the Bike, as you can exit Vehicles normally while X is held down. Run up the Stairs and let Vic stand where the Rampage is exactly, once there, cancel Vigilante. The Rampage will be activated while the Mission Markers are available, this is the same OM0 Setup as in the beginning, but this time you're doing it while X is held down. Once the OM0 Rampage is activated, get back into your VCPD WinterGreen and rush to the Mendez Mansion on Prawn Island before the Rampage Timer says 1:00. Once there, crash into a Wall and then come near the Pink Marker, but not exactly onto it. Now, you'll still be holding X, you will need to press and hold Triangle, move away from the Bike if you see Vic walk towards it, while holding Triangle you need to release X and enter the Pink Marker to start Burning Bridges while Triangle is held down. Once you see the Cutscene with the Mendez Brothers playing Chess, press X while still holding Triangle, hold down X as soon as you pressed it, and then release Triangle. This will skip the Cutscene. While X is held down, do not release it whatever you do. Another Cutscene will be playing while you're holding X, but don't worry as this Cutscene is short and will end before the Rampage Timer expires. Once the Cutscene has ended, look back and you'll see your Weapons there, wait for the Rampage Timer to expire and then pick up your Weapons, including your Grenades which are needed for the AP PCJ-600. While still having X held down, run around the Area as the Game instructs you, kill the Mendez Goons and shoot the Valves. Once you're where you need to shoot the Final Valve, make sure that you have low enough Health so that one Grenade kills you. Some Mendez Gang Members might have depleted your Health a bit, but before entering the PCJ-600, make sure you've got it low enough. You can deplete it with a Grenade now if it's not low enough. Shoot the Final Valve, scroll through the Weapons to have your Grenades held in your Inventory now, and then enter the PCJ-600, but very, very importantly, don't let Lance enter your PCJ-600 at all costs. If he enters it too, reload and retry. While on the PCJ-600, let Lance follow you until you're out of the Area, but don't drive too far away from him or else you'll fail obtaining it. As you'll be still holding X, you can use the Handbrake to slow down a bit. Near the Pink Marker, while still holding X, while Lance is following you and before the Pressure Meter gets full, enter the Marker, and a Cutscene will play where Lance is following you while Vic is on the PCJ-600. In this Cutscene, the PCJ-600 is AP. During the Cutscene, release X now, you'll be teleported to Sunshine Autos, slow down and exit the PCJ-600 and then use a Grenade to kill Vic blindly, as the Cutscene will be fixated at the Area where the Mission takes place. If you managed this, a White Screen will occur and Vic will spawn at the Hospital without his Weapons and without the Radar or HUD. Buy your Weapons back at the Padlock and then get in the Ambulance. Drive to Sunshine Autos as that's where the AP PCJ-600 will still be. On the PS2 Version, it won't be there, thus making the AP PCJ-600 unobtainable on PS2. Once there, activate and deactivate Paramedic to get back your Head-Up Display. Get in your AP PCJ-600 and drive it to a Garage and store it. The Procedure is still not done yet, once you store the Bike, go back to the Mendez Mansion to start Burning Bridges a second time. Starting the Mission now will instapass it, skip the Cutscenes and Vic will be teleported to the Area in Viceport again after the Mission has passed itself magically. Now, drive back to the Garage where you stored the AP PCJ-600. Open, close, open, and close the Garage Door to make sure that the AP PCJ-600 hasn't vanished. Now you can save your Game and reload. If you managed this, congratulations. Also, you can make this an AP/EC Black PCJ-600 using the EC Black Conversion Trick, so you can convert it in its Ultimate AP/EC Form.

7.5. BP Maverick
Mission: Burning Bridges (Fail) (OM0)
How to Obtain:

7.6. AP/EC Tan White and Blue Sentinel XS
Mission: So Long Schlong (Fail)
How to Obtain: This Mission has two different AP/EC Sentinel XS's which can be both obtained at the same time with one Mission Failure. One has a Tan White Body Color and Blue Louver Bars on the Back. The other has the Colors switched, having a Blue Body Color and Tan White Louver Bars. To get both of these AP/EC Sentinel XS's with one Mission Failure, start the Mission So Long Schlong. Now, don't allow Mendez' Bodyguards to infiltrate the Film Studio. Just do this part like normal. Eventually, after killing a whole ton of Bodyguards, Reni will send Vic a Pager Message stating to come help near the Malibu Club. All you have to do is drive there near the entrance, but DON'T exit your Vehicle as exiting the Vehicle will remove the AP Property on these Sentinel XS's. Just stay in your Vehicle and keep an eye on the shootout so the AP/EC Sentinel XSs won't get removed. Now, wait for Reni's Health to drop down to Zero so the Mission fails. Once the Mission fails, get in the Compound and jack the AP/EC Sentinel XS's which are located there. The one in front of the Comet is the AP/EC Tan White and Blue Sentinel XS, and the one on the right is the AP/EC Blue and Tan White Sentinel XS. Now, double drive them to the Garage. To double drive them, you will need to drive one AP/EC Sentinel XS and then stop nearby, then get out of it and run to the second AP/EC Sentinel XS, drive the second one a bit in front of the first one, then get out of it and get in the first one again. Repeat this process until you come to The Clymenus Suite Garage. Now store both AP/EC Sentinel XS's in the Garage and confirm their AP Properties. Also, you can use any of those two Sentinel XS's and make them an AP/EC Black Sentinel XS using the EC Black Conversion Trick.

7.7. AP/EC Blue and Tan White Sentinel XS
Mission: So Long Schlong (Fail)
How to Obtain: Check 7.6. to know how to obtain the AP/EC Tan White and Blue Sentinel XS and the AP/EC Blue and Tan White Sentinel XS at the same time with failing the Mission only once. This Mission has two different AP/EC Sentinel XS's which can be both obtained at the same time with one Mission Failure. One has a Tan White Body Color and Blue Louver Bars on the Back. The other has the Colors switched, having a Blue Body Color and Tan White Louver Bars. They are for sure Special, because the Louver Bars are always Black on Traffic Sentinel XS's.

7.8. EC Bright Red and Yellow Comet
Mission: So Long Schlong (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Comet with a Bright Red Body Color which is not EC on its own, but it also has a Yellow Comet Roof Back which is for sure EC. Its Color Combination is EC, thus why it's an EC Bright Red and Yellow Comet. Start the Mission So Long Schlong and don't let Mendez' Bodyguards infiltrate the Film Studio. Basically do this Part like normally, eventually you'll get a Pager Message from Reni stating to come help near the Malibu Club. Get in the nearby Deluxo and drive to Reni before his/her/its Health goes down to zero. Kill the Mendez Goons in the Compound who are attacking Reni. After killing them, a Cutscene will play and Vic and Reni will be placed in a Sentinel XS and instructed to drive Reni to the Hospital. Instead of doing this, exit the Sentinel XS and go to where the EC Bright Red and Yellow Comet was sitting inside the Compound. Just get in the EC Comet and take it to drive Reni to the Hospital. Be careful of Mendez' Goons who will be attacking you as they can give lots of damage to the EC Bright Red and Yellow Comet. After taking Reni to the Hospital, the Mission will be passed and all you have to do is drive the EC Bright Red and Yellow Comet to the Safehouse Garage and store it. The Video shows a Fail method, but that's not necessary as you can pass to get it. Also, you can get this EC Comet and both AP/EC Sentinel XS's with one Fail. Do the same like in the 7.5. Section of the Guide, but instead of double driving, you need to triple drive the two AP/EC Sentinel XS's and this EC Comet to the Garage.

7.9. EC Tan White and Blue Sentinel XS
Mission: So Long Schlong (Pass)
How to Obtain:

8.0. EC Blue and Tan White Sentinel XS
Mission: So Long Schlong (Pass)
How to Obtain:

8.1. H/EC Black and White Boxville
Mission: Domo Arigato Domestoboto (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Boxville with the H Property and has an EC Black and White Body Color Combination. Start the Mission Domo Arigato Domestoboto and drive to the Downtown Fire Station to get a Fire Truck. Get in the Fire Truck and drive to Ammu-Nation which is also in Downtown. Simple enter Ammu-Nation and exit it. For some reason, going into this Interior and back out again will make the H/EC Black and White Boxville much lighter easier to push, if you don't go in this Interior, it apparently won't be able to be oved off the Ground where it's sitting in front of the Mendez Mansion on Prawn Island. After entering and exiting Ammu-Nation, drive your Fire Truck to Prawn Island and park it in a Safe Location to the left of the Bridge on the Sidewalk. Now, run on foot to the H/EC Black and White Boxville and start pushing it to where your Fire Truck is waiting near the Bridge. This should take about 15 to 25 Minutes and it's really not that bad. Whatever you do, do not get in the H/EC Boxville, as the next Part of the Mission will happen and you won't be able to get the H/EC Boxville afterwards. Keep pushing the H/EC Boxville to the Fire Truck Location near the Bridge. Once the Boxville is where it needs to be, use your nearby Fire Truck you brought with you to push the H/EC Boxville into the Water which will result in the Mission failing. Give it a good Push and after pushing it into the Water and after the Mission has failed, the situation should look like in in the Video. Notice the Passenger Side Door is sticking out of the Water. All you have to do at this point is enter the H/EC Black and White Boxville through the Passenger Side Door and very, very carefully drive it out of the Water. The Hardest Part about obtaining this is actually pushing it into the Water and driving it out of the Water. You don't want to push it in too little or else the Mission won't fail and even if it does, the Boxville may have lost the Heavy Property in the Process. If you push it in too far, then you won't be able to drive it out of the Water after the Mission fails. Driving it out of the Water can also be quite tricky since there is an annoying lip at the top of the hill that the Boxville can easily get stuck on. Furthermore, from pushing the Boxville into the Water with your Fire Truck, the Fire Truck will have done some Damage to the H/EC Boxville and only after colliding with a couple more Objects, the Boxville will already be on Fire and about to blow up, which would mean you'd have to restart. Carefully get it out of the Water and then drive it back to a Garage making sure that it doesn't blow up in the Process. Once you get to the Garage, store it! Save your Game in another Slot and then reload to check if the H Property is still there. If it is, then you've obtained the H/EC Black and White Boxville. If the H Property is not there, reload from the other Save Slot and try it again. If you've managed to obtain it, congratulations! This is surely one of the harder Special Vehicles in VCS, but still not too bad. Also, you can use this H/EC Black and White Boxville to make it fully Black using the EC Black Conversion, so it will be a H/EC Black Boxville, which is also quite unique and a different Special Vehicle.

Video by Lethal Vaccine

8.2. EC Black and White Boxville
Mission: Domo Arigato Domestoboto (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is the same Boxville as above, just without the H Property, which makes it an Inferior Special Vehicle and pointless to obtain. Though you can obtain this EC-only one with a Mission Pass, while the H/EC one requires a Failure and much more Work and Patience. To obtain the EC Boxville, start Domo Arigato Domestoboto and enter the EC Boxville, do the Domestobot Robot Part as normal and destroy Mendez' Money. The Mission will be passed and you will be sitting inside the EC Black and White Boxville. Just drive it to a Garage and store it.

8.3. EC Black Conversion Trick
Mission: In the Air Tonight (Pass) /// REWRITE
How to Obtain: This is an awesome Conversion Trick that paints any desired Vehicle into Black Color in VCS and it doesn't involve any OM0 techiniques! You can use this technique to make other Special Vehicles with Properties into EC Black as this Conversion won't delete any Properties. You can fail the Mission after making each Vehicle into EC Black, but it's better to make every Vehicle you want to be made EC Black and then pass the Mission so there won't be added Attempts in your Save, but that's a bit more challenging to accomplish. To do this, you will need to have your desired Special Vehicle already in your Garage. Don't drive to the Reni Mission Location at the Hospital with your desired Vehicle as it will always disappear after activating the Mission. Start the Mission In the Air Tonight and get into the nearby Washington or Ambulance parked at the Hospital and drive Reni and yourself back to one of the three Garages to fetch a Special Vehicle in which you want to convert to EC Black. Be careful when getting your Vehicle out of the Garage since if you or any other Vehicle bumps into Reni, he/she will more than likely die and the Mission will be failed. This is one of many reasons why converting a bunch of Vehicles all at once can be very tricky. A lot can go wrong and it's usually Reni doing dumb things which will cause the Mission to fail. Once you have the Vehicle in which you want to convert to EC Black, drive Reni and yourself to Downtown to the grassy location as shown in the Video. You can use any secured and safe location you want for this, just as long as it's not near a Road. If you want to convert all Vehicles which are in the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage and The Compound Garage, then you can easily do that as both Garages are in very secure areas. The Clymenus Suite Garage is not ideal as it's very near a Road and Reni can easily die during the process. Also, when you have entered Vice Mainland, Mendez' Goons will follow you in EC Black Sentinel XSs. They are very, very important for this task. Drive to the grassy area in Downtown or any secure location you want and you want to try and get a Black Sentinel XS filled with enemies to follow you to your secured location. Make sure to damage their Sentinel XS while you're in your desired Special Vehicle so that they will run out, then run away and have Mendez' Goons get inside your Special Vehicle. When they touch and get inside your Vehicle, it will turn into EC Black! The only downfall is that the Vehicle will be scripted to be smoking heavily as soon as the Goons enter it. The moment you see the Special Vehicle turn into EC Black, just run back to it and jack it from the Goons and kill them. You can shoot and kill Reni to fail the Mission and carefully drive your converted EC Black Vehicle in your Garage and store it, if you don't care about Stats. However, like already mentioned, you can use the Goons in the secured areas of the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage and The Compound Garage to convert 4 Vehicles per Garage easily just by tricking them to get inside your Special Vehicle. Get them to touch your Special Vehicle in these secured areas, then kill them and quickly get your newly converted EC Black Vehicle to the Garage nearby, then get your second Special Vehicle and repeat the process with other Goons which will come soon after you've killed the first ones. Just make sure Reni won't die. When you've converted all your Special Vehicles you want to EC Black and when they're all secured in the Garages, get in a random Vehicle with Reni and drive him/her to the Airport. Now, just drive to the Stadium and do the Phil Collins Part like normally to pass the Mission. Also, you can use your last Special Vehicle converted to EC Black to get Reni to the Airport and you can even use the grassy area near the Airport to make the Goons make your final Special Vehicle into EC Black, if they make it EC Black near the Airport, just take Reni quickly to the Airport Pink Marker nearby. After you've taken him/her to the Airport, no more Mendez Goons will be after you and you will easily need to get your newly made EC Black Vehicle into a Garage, and then drive to the Stadium to pass the Mission. Also, be very very careful as the Vehicles will be scripted to have Black Smoke and sometimes the Mendez Goons will blow it up and you'll need to restart the whole process if that happens. The grassy area near the Airport for the final converted Vehicle is best used for Heavy Vehicles as they can easily blow up because of the Black Smoke and Heavy Physics. Now, very importantly, when you've made a lot of Special Vehicles into EC Black, before saving, check all your Garages! Otherwise, they will despawn as they are Vehicles used in Missions, so when you pass the Mission, be sure to open, close and open the Garage Door to make sure the Converted EC Black Vehicles are safe and sound! There are some Vehicles which can't be made EC Black, like the Biker Angel, VCPD Cruiser, VCPD Enforcer, VCPD WinterGreen, Fire Truck, Ambulance, any Helicopter, Polaris V8, Forklift, Bulldozer, Splitz-6 ATV, Bovver '64, Gang Rancher, any Boats and more. Some Vehicles won't be EC when you convert them to Black, like the WinterGreen, which can be found Black in Traffic. All this might sound complicated, but the process is very easy, just make sure that idiot Reni doesn't die in the process and that you use secure areas so the Mendez Goons get inside your desired Vehicle. Happy converting!

8.4. EC Black Sentinel XS (1 of 2)
Mission: In the Air Tonight (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is the Sentinel XS used by the Mendez Goons in the Mission. These Mendez Goons are responsible for making any Vehicle EC Black as described in the EC Black Conversion Trick Entry, but they orginially always drive a normal EC Black Sentinel XS. To obtain it, start the Mission In the Air Tonight and take Reni to Vice Mainland, preferably near a Garage. You will see some Mendez Goons driving around the EC Black Sentinel XS, just kill the Mendezes and take the EC Sentinel XS and store it in your Garage nearby. Once that is done, just pass the Mission and return to the Garage to confirm it. It's an Inferior Special Vehicle, since you can obtain one of the AP/EC Sentinel XS's and make them an AP/EC Black Sentinel XS, which is far better then just a normal EC one.

8.5. H/UH/AP/PP/WP 2.0 Biker Angel
Mission: Light My Pyre (Fail) (OM0) /// REWRITE
How to Obtain: This is the final Special Vehicle that requires OM0 (On Mission = 0), which is a special Glitch that allows players to merge in and duplicate Missions. Before starting the Mission, you will need to do a OM0 Setup. Also, you will need to make the Empire Site just right north of Malibu Club a Protection Racket Empire Site. To do the OM0 Setup, get a Police Vehicle like a VCPD Cruiser or VCPD WinterGreen. When you get it, drive to a Rampage, you will need to pick up a Rampage on foot, any Rampage not too far of Lance's Mission Marker, for example the Minigun one in Washington Beach like shown in the Video. After picking it up, get into the VCPD Vehicle and drive to the M4 Rampage in Ocean Beach like shown in the Video before the Rampage Timer goes to zero. Again, you can use any Rampage for it, but not Rampages too far from Lance's Mission Marker. Get the VCPD Vehicle next to the exact location for the second Rampage and get out of it, make sure the Police Vehicle Door/entering is right where the second Rampage should be located, all before the Rampage Timer goes to zero. When you're in position, wait for the Rampage Timer to go to zero and as soon as it goes to zero and the Rampage fails, quickly get in the VCPD Vehicle and make sure Vic touched the second Rampage when you pressed the Enter Vehicle Button. When you get in the Police Vehicle, immediately activate Vigilante. Now you will have OM0 activated, Vigilante and the Rampage will be activated at the same time. Now deactivate Vigilante to have Mission Markers available with the Rampage playing. Before the second Rampage Timer goes to zero, immediately drive to Lance's Mansion and start the Mission Light My Pyre when the second Rampage Timer says 0:21 or around so. Skip the Cutscene when it says exactly 0:09, then the Rampage will fail during the second Cutscene. It's very important that the Rampage fails when the second Cutscene plays. When the Rampage fails, skip the Cutscene and walk straight forward to get in the PCJ-600. During this part, Lance will be driving this H/UH/AP/PP/WP Biker Angel. Shoot down the first attacking Mendez' Goons until they blow up. When they blew up, drive straight north to the Protection Racket Empire Site just north of Malibu Club. Get inside that Empire Site and when you see Lance and the Mendez' Goons coming near on the Radar, activate the Protection Racket Extortion Empire Side Mission just like shown in the Video. Now, get out of the Empire Site and you will see Lance just sitting there on the Road on his H/UH/AP/PP/WP Biker Angel. Now, get your Fists out and punch Lance until he gets out of the Biker Angel. Once he gets out, hop on the H/UH/AP/PP/WP Biker Angel. Now, drive it to a Garage and store it. Be sure to save the Game and reload so you will remove all Side Effects from OM0, like Lance's Health Bar on the Screen. When you reloaded your Game, confirm the Properties of the H/UH/AP/PP/WP Biker Angel. This Bike is actually Everything-Proof as it has all possible Properties that a Biker Angel can have, which is insane!

8.6. PP PCJ-600
Mission: Light My Pyre (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a PCJ-600 with PP Tires and it's a useless Inferior Special Vehicle, since you can get the UH/FP/PP/TD/EC PCJ-600s from the Turismo Races. If you really want to get this, start Light My Pyre and then immediately run to your right where the PP PCJ-600 is. Get onto it and defend Lance on his Biker Angel from the Sentinel XS's. Once Lance arrives to the Mansion, store the PP PCJ-600 in a Garage, go back to the Mendez Mansion and finish the Mission. Once the Mission has been passed, check on your PP PCJ-600, open and close the Garage Door to make the Garage fully recognize the Vehicle. Easy, but useless.

8.7. EC Black Sentinel XS (2 of 2)
Mission: Light My Pyre (Fail)
How to Obtain:

8.8. FP/EC Light Brown Walton (2 of 2)
Mission: Over the Top (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is an Inferior Vehicle, which means you can find a better Version of this Special Vehicle somewhere else. It's a Walton with the FP Property and the EC Light Brown Body Color, though the EC Light Brown Walton always appears. Interestingly, you can find this same Inferior Walton in Boomshine Blowout too. You can obtain a better Version from Marked Men and just obtain the H/EP/FP/PP/EC Light Brown Walton instead as it's that much better. To obtain it, start Over the Top, drive to Phil's Place and then drive it to the Viceport Boatyard Location nearby, just dunk it into the Water until the Mission fails, after that drive the FP/EC Light Brown Walton out of the Water and store it in the Garage. Just make sure that it's dunked in deep enough while the Mission is failing, to preserve its Properties. As already said, this is Inferior and pointless to get, just get the H/EP/FP/PP/EC Walton instead.

8.9. EP/FP/TP Admiral
Mission: Firefighter (Fail)
How to Obtain: Now we come to the Side Mission Special Vehicles. During Firefighter, you can obtain five different EP/FP/TP Vehicles. First of all, it doesn't matter if you've passed Level 15 before attempting Firefighter, it will always give a +1 Mission Attempt in the Stats every time you activate Firefighter. However, you can obtain these EP/FP/TP Vehicles on your first go while passing the Side Mission, but that won't be possible if you've completed a VCS Starter Save with Firefighter passed. To obtain these EP/FP/TP Vehicles, get in a Fire Truck and activate Firefighter and simply drive to the Burning Vehicle. All the Burning Vehicles found in this Side Mission are EP/FP/TP. All you have to do is put out the Flames on the Vehicle, allow the Next Level to start and then simply cancel Firefighter. Now, get out of your Fire Truck and get in your EP/FP/TP Vehicle of Choice, drive it to a Garage and store it. Simple as that. You can obtain two or even three EP/FP/TP Vehicles at the same time with only one Mission Failure, as shown in the Video, by simply using one EP/FP/TP Vehicle to push the other EP/FP/TP Vehicles. Also, you can make these EP/FP/TP Vehicles truly Special and One Time Only by making them EP/FP/TP/EC Black using the EC Black Conversion Trick. Thus you can have an EP/FP/TP/EC Black Admiral which is truly Special.

9.0. EP/FP/TP Glendale
Mission: Firefighter (Fail)
How to Obtain: Check 8.9. to know how to obtain the EP/FP/TP Vehicles from Firefighter. It doesn't matter if you've passed Level 15 before attempting Firefighter, it will always give a +1 Mission Attempt in the Stats every time you activate Firefighter. However, you can obtain these EP/FP/TP Vehicles on your first go while passing the Side Mission, but that won't be possible if you've completed a VCS Starter Save with Firefighter passed. Thus you can have an EP/FP/TP/EC Black Glendale which is truly Special.

9.1. EP/FP/TP Perennial
Thus you can have an EP/FP/TP/EC Black Perennial which is truly Special.

9.4. FP Washington
Mission: Robbery (Fail)
How to Obtain: During the Robbery Empire Side Missions, you can obtain ten different FP Vehicles, two of them being Inferior Vehicles. The Inferior FP Vehicles are the FP Sentinel XS and FP Landstalker, because you can obtain the AP/EC Sentinel XS which is far better, and because you can obtain the EP/FP/TP Landstalker. It's recommended to do these Robbery FP Vehicles after 100% Completion, after doing all six Robbery Empire Side Missions, since you can re-do them and you won't get any added Mission Attempts in your Stats. I suggest obtaining the FP Washington, FP Greenwood, FP Moonbeam, FP Oceanic, FP Sentinel, FP Securicar, FP Squallo, and FP Speeder, since these are worthy to be obtained. Except for the two FP Boats, you can convert these FP Vehicles into EC Black to have FP/EC Black Vehicles, which will be Truly Special and One Time Only. To obtain the FP Washington, start a Robbery Empire Side Mission. Go to the Location as instructed and then cancel the Robbery Mission. Some FP Vehicles will be around the Area. Simply use a Sniper Rifle and aim at the Driver's Head and then take the FP Vehicle. Get inside it, store it in a Garage and confirm the FP Property. For some FP Vehicles, you will have to ram a FP Vehicle during the Side Mission and then more FP Vehicles will come as Backup. You can make this a FP/EC Black Washington with the EC Black Conversion Trick.

10.4. UH/FP/PP/TD/EC Black 1.3 PCJ-600
Mission: Turismo - Bikes Races - Port Sports, Cuban Wheels, High Stakes Highway (Fail)
How to Obtain: Before obtaining these Bikes, make sure you first completed the Turismo Races so it won't add any added Mission Attempts when reactivating the Turismo Races to obtain them. Make sure you also have a Sniper Rifle or any Good Weapon. During the Turismo Races Port Sports, Cuban Wheels, and High Stakes Highway, you will find three PCJ-600s in FP/PP/TD Properties with an UH 1.3 Property. Two of those PCJ-600s will be EC, the Black and White ones are EC, while the Sky Blue one is not EC. Avoid the Sky Blue one at all costs. During Escobar Run-Way you will find these same Bikes with the UH 1.25 Property, and during Asphalt Assault with the UH 1.1 Property. I suggest just obtaining the UH/FP/PP/TP/TD/EC Black 1.3 PCJ-600 and the UH/FP/PP/TP/TD/EC White 1.3 PCJ-600 as they're really the only ones you will need. Start the mentioned Turismo Race and drive to the Race Location where you will find the three PCJ-600s. Once you get there, don't enter the Pink Marker as that will start the Race. Pick the one PCJ-600 that you want to obtain and then walk up to the Side of one of them. Use the Sniper Rifle, aim it at the Driver's Head and kill the Driver, now once he dies quickly get on the PCJ-600 and accelerate forward before the Screen turns Black. Accelerating forward is a very important Step so don't forget to do that, because if you don't do that the PCJ-600 will disappear. When the Screen turns Black and the Mission fails, you will be sitting on a UH/FP/PP/TD/EC PCJ-600. Just drive it to a Safehouse Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards.

If you pushed it away and then got inside it, then Beach patrol won't be activated, thus no added Mission Attempt in the Stats. When you're inside it, just drive it to a Garage and store it. Simple as that. Of course, you can pass or fail Beach Patrol and then drive the EC Orange BF Injection to the Garage, but not having to activate the Side Mission is just the best Option.

How to Obtain: This is a H/WP Sanchez. Before obtaining this H/WP Sanchez, make sure that you've passed Beach Patrol Level 15, so when you activate the Side Mission again, it won't add any unneeded added Mission Attempts in the Stats. Simply activate Beach Patrol, but you need to make sure you got the Biker Gang Scenario when you activate Beach Patrol. If you got the Ambulance or Coast Guard Scenarios, just deactivate and then reactivate the Side Mission until you get the Biker Gang Scenario. When you get that, drive to one of the H/WP Sanchezes, stop the EC BF Injection so you aren't too close to the Sanchez and use a Sniper Rifle or M249 from a Distance to kill the Biker on the H/WP Sanchez. If you are too close to the Biker, the H Property will be deleted. After that, just cancel Beach Patrol and then get on the H/WP Sanchez. It's always best to check if the H/WP Sanchez still has its H/WP Property, to check it, just drive into the Ocean and if it falls through Blue Hell, then you've just obtained the H/WP Sanchez. When you respawn back on the Road, drive it to a Garage and store it. You can make this a H/WP/EC Black Sanchez using the EC Black Conversion to have it in its Ultimate Special form, plus making it EC Black will make it a One-Time Only and Truly Special Vehicle.

12.4. H/TD Coach
Mission: Crash! (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Coach with H/TD Properties applied to it. Make sure you've completed Crash! before getting this H/TD Coach so you won't get any added Mission Attempts in the Stats when reactivating the Mission to obtain this. Simply go to the InterGlobal Film Studios on Prawn Island and get in the Coach to start the Side Mission Crash! When the Side Mission is activated, simply cancel it and you'll be sitting in a H/TD Coach. You can obtain this H/TD Coach at any time after Accidents Will Happen. To make this a One-Time Only and truly Special Vehicle, you can make it a H/TD/EC Black Coach using the EC Black Conversion Trick. It looks awesome in Black Color.

12.5. H/TD Linerunner (PS2 Only)
Mission: Rush! (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Linerunner with H/TD Properties applied to it and it can only be obtained on the PS2 Version of VCS, as the Side Mission Rush! is not available on the PSP Version. Before obtaining this H/TD Linerunner, make sure you've completed the Side Mission Rush! so you won't get any added Mission Attempts in the Stats when reactivating the Mission to obtain this. Simply get to Viceport and activate the Side Mission Rush! by getting into the parked Linerunner. After that, simply cancel the Side Mission and you'll be sitting in this H/TD Linerunner. You can obtain this at any time of the Game. To make this a One-Time Only and truly Special Vehicle, you can make ti a H/TD/EC Black Linerunner using the EC Black Conversion Trick. It's probably the best Heavy Vehicle in the Game as it doesn't catch Fire quickly and it looks awesome in Black Color.

12.6. Unique Barracks OL Ammo-Truck
Mission: Skywolf (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Barracks OL with Ammo-Boxes on its Back, it's a completely different Vehicle compared to the Normal Barracks OLs we have seen in VCS. On the PSP Version, the Normal Barracks OLs are Black in Body Color, while the PS2 ones are Green, but on the PSP Version this Unique Barracks OL Ammo-Truck looks a bit like the Green Barracks OLs from the PS2 Version. Eventhough it can always be obtained after 100% Completion, it's considered Unique as you were normally not meant to obtain nor drive it, as the Vehicle is Locked during the Side Mission. Before obtaining this Special Vehicle, make sure you've passed Skywolf first so you won't get any added Mission Attempts in the Stats when reactivating the Mission to obtain this. Start the Side Mission Skywolf by getting in the Hunter in Escobar International Airport. Do the Side Mission like normal up until you have to use the Hunter to blow up the Targets. Instead of blowing them up, just cancel the Side Mission and land the Hunter near the Barracks OLs with Ammo Boxes. Now, use Vic's Body alone to push the Barracks OL Ammo-Trucks to The Compound Garage around the Wall. Have it stored in the Garage and use a Vehicle from the Garage to Force Close the Garage Door when the Barracks OL is inside. When you've pushed it inside the Garage and got it stored inside, you've just obtained the Unique Barracks OL Ammo-Truck.

12.7. FP/PP Ambulance
Mission: Paramedic (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is an Ambulance with FP/PP Properties and can always be obtained after 100% Completion. Before getting it, absolutely finish Paramedic Level 15 to avoid any unneeded Mission Attempts. To obtain it, simply get to the Little Havana Hospital, and get in an Ambulance and start Paramedic. Go and pick up a Patient. Once the Patient is inside the Ambulance, go to the Viceport Docks Dunking Location at the Boatyard and put the Ambulance in the Water. When it's in the Water, the Mission will fail, stay in the Water until the Mission fully fails and then drive out ouf the Water before Vic dies. Now, just drive it to a Garage and store it. Also, you can use this FP/PP Ambulance and make it a EP/PP Ambulance using the EP Conversion in Got Protection?, but you'll need to obtain this FP/PP Ambulance first and then convert it to EP, the FP Property will be lost when you convert it to EP. It's just another pretty easy Special Vehicle to get in VCS.

Video by Lethal Vaccine

12.8. PP Ambulance
Mission: Paramedic (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is an Ambulance with the PP Property and it's Inferior to the FP/PP Ambulance explained in the above Entry. I suggest just getting the FP/PP Variant since it's better, but if you really want to obtain the PP Ambulance, get to the Little Haiti Hospital and get inside the Ambulance. Start Paramedic and immediately dunk it into the Water until the Mission fully fails. Once the Mission has been failed, drive out of the Water. Your Ambulance will be PP only and not FP because it only gets the FP Property if you pick a Patient up. You can use this PP Ambulance and make it an EP/PP Ambulance using the EP Conversion Trick.

12.9. BP/PP Admiral
Mission: Owning 30/30 Empire Sites - Loan Shark
How to Obtain: While you own all 30/30 Empire Sites in Vice City, the Vehicles outside of the Empires will be BP/PP. You can find an BP/PP Admiral in front of a Loan Shark Empire Site. Just grab it and take it to a Safehouse Garage and store it. You can make it a BP/PP/EC Black Admiral using the EC Black Conversion Trick so it will be a Truly Special and One-Time Only Special Vehicle.

13.1. BP/PP Polaris V8
Mission: Owning 30/30 Empire Sites - Prostitution
How to Obtain: While you own all 30/30 Empire Sites in Vice City, the Vehicles outside of the Empires will be BP/PP. You can find an BP/PP Polaris V8 in front of a Prostitution Empire Site. Just grab it and take it to a Safehouse Garage and store it. If you try and make it EC Black using the EC Conversion Trick, its Visible Paintjob won't change at all, but if you do that then the Damage Particles will be EC Black, indicating that the Polaris V8 is EC Black. It visually won't change, but you can legally have a BP/PP/EC Black Polaris V8, in the sense of its Damage Particles being Black, so it will be a Truly Special and One-Time Only Special Vehicle.

13.2. BP/PP Stallion
Mission: Owning 30/30 Empire Sites - Drugs
How to Obtain: While you own all 30/30 Empire Sites in Vice City, the Vehicles outside of the Empires will be BP/PP. You can find an BP/PP Stallion in front of a Drugs Empire Site. How to Obtain: While you own all 30/30 Empire Sites in Vice City, the Vehicles outside of the Empires will be BP/PP. You can find an BP/PP Landstalker in front of a Robbery Empire Site. Just grab it and take it to a Safehouse Garage and store it. You can make it a BP/PP/EC Black Landstalker using the EC Black Conversion Trick so it will be a Truly Special and One-Time Only Special Vehicle.

13.5. BP/PP BF Injection
Mission: Free Roam - After Passing Beach Patrol
How to Obtain: This can be obtained on both PSP and PS2. It's a BF Injection with BP/PP Properties applied to it. Pass Level 15 of Beach Patrol and there'll be a Padlock at Sunshine Autos on Vice Mainland. Go to Sunshine Autos and buy the BF Injection there for $5000. This BF Injection is BP/PP. Now, simply drive the BP/PP BF Injection to a Garage and store it. You can make this a Truly Special Vehicle by making it a BP/PP/EC Black BF Injection using the EC Black Conversion Trick.

13.6. BP/PP Stretch
Mission: Free Roam - After Passing Kill Phil
How to Obtain: This can be obtained on both PSP and PS2. It's a Stretch with BP/PP Properties applied to it, but it's a completely Inferior and useless Special Vehicle to obtain since we already have the BP/FP/PP/EC Black Stretch from Kill Phil. If you really want it, pass Kill Phil and there'll be a Padlock at Sunshine Autos on Vice Mainland. Go to Sunshine Autos and buy the BP/PP Stretch there. Now, simply drive the BP/PP BF Injection to a Garage and store it. Simple, but useless. It can be made into a BP/PP/EC Black Stretch, but it'd still be Inferior.
Video by Lethal Vaccine

13.7. BP/PP Sanchez (PS2 Only)
Mission: After Passing Conduct Unbecoming
How to Obtain: This can only be obtained on the PS2 Version as the Padlock doesn't appear on the PSP Version. It's a Sanchez with BP/PP Properties applied to it. Pass the Mission Conduct Unbecoming. Now go to your 101 Bayshore Avenue Safehouse and walk into the Padlock there. Buy the Sanchez for $4000. This Sanchez is BP/PP. Now, simply drive the BP/PP Sanchez to a Garage and store it. You can make this a truly Special Vehicle by making it a BP/PP/EC Black Sanchez using the EC Black Conversion Trick

13.8. BP/PP Ventoso (PS2 Only)
Mission: Free Roam - After Passing To Victor, the Spoils
How to Obtain: This can only be obtained on the PS2 Version as the Padlock doesn't appear on the PSP Version. It's a Ventoso with BP/PP Properties applied to it. Pass the Mission To Victor, the Spoils. Now go to King Knuts at Downtown and walk into the Padlock there. Buy the Ventoso for $2500. This Ventoso is BP/PP. Now, simply drive the BP/PP Ventoso to a Garage and store it. You can make this a truly Special Vehicle by making it a BP/PP/EC Black Ventoso using the EC Black Conversion Trick.

13.9. TD Sentinel
Mission: Loan Shark Empire Site Mission (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Sentinel with TD Properties applied to it, and honestly it's not worth getting it as the TD Property alone is not worth it. If you really want it, start the Loan Sharking Empire Site Side Mission at any Loan Shark Empire Site. Retrieve a PCJ-600 or a Benson as instructed. Wait a Moment and use the look back Camera and eventually you'll see someone coming after you in a PCJ-600 or a Sentinel. If you see someone coming in a Sentinel, simply deactivate the Loan Shark Side Mission and jack the Sentinel from the Driver. Drive this TD Sentinel in a Garage and store it. This Sentinel has the Triple Damage Property. You can make this a One-Time Only Special Vehicle by making it a TD/EC Black Sentinel with the EC Black Conversion Trick.

Video by Vanhela

14.0. TD PCJ-600
Mission: Loan Shark Empire Site Mission (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a PCJ-600 with TD Properties applied to it, and honestly it's not worth getting it as the TD Property alone is not worth it. If you see someone coming in a PCJ-600, simply deactivate the Loan Shark Side Mission and jack the PCJ-600 from the Driver. Drive this TD PCJ-600 in a Garage and store it. This Sentinel has the Triple Damage Property. You can make this a One-Time Only Special Vehicle by making it a TD/EC Black Sentinel with the EC Black Conversion Trick.

14.1. TD Speeder
Mission: Smuggling Empire Site Mission (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a Speeder with TD Properties applied to it, and honestly it's not worth getting it as the TD Property alone is not worth it. If you really want it, start the Smuggling Empire Site Side Mission at any Smuggling Empire Site. Go to the TD Speeder and get inside it. Now, just deactivate the Smuggling Side Mission and drive it to the Beaching Location near the Clymenus Suite Safehouse. Beach it, then use VIc's Body or a Random Traffic Vehicle to push it to the Garage and store it inside. Easy, but not worth it since there are far more important Special Speeders to obtain in VCS.

14.2. EC Green and White Mesa Grande
Mission: Free Roam
How to Obtain: This is a Mesa Grande with an EC Green Body Color and a White Roof. Its Color Combination is EC, but it's available at any time even after 100% Completion. It's always found at the Fort Baxter Army Base, just take the EC Green and White Mesa Grande and drive it to your Garage and store it. Note that the Mesa Grande can sometimes spawn with or without the White Roof, I sugget getting the one with the White Roof.

14.3. EC Light Brown Walton
Mission: Free Roam
How to Obtain: This is a Walton with an EC Light Brown Body Color. It's EC, but it's available at any time even after 100% Completion. It's always found at Phil's Place at Viceport, just take the EC Light Brown Walton and drive it to your Garage and store it. Note that this EC Walton is Inferior to the H/EP/FP/PP/EC Light Brown Walton found in Marked Men, so this EC Walton is not worth getting at all.

14.4. EC Light Orange and White Bobcat
Mission: Free Roam
How to Obtain: This is a Bobcat with an EC Light Orange Body Color and a White Stripe. Its Color Combination is EC, but it's available at any time even after 100% Completion. It's always found at Marty's Trailer on Vice Mainland, just take the EC Light Orange and White Bobcat and drive it to your Garage and store it. Note that this EC Bobcat is Inferior to the FP/EC Light Orange and White Bobcat found in Shakedown, so this EC Bobcat is not worth getting at all.

14.5. EC White Infernus
Mission: Free Roam
How to Obtain: This is an Inferior with an EC White Body Color. It's EC, but it's available at any time even after 100% Completion. It's always found at Lance's Mansion in Ocean Beach, just take the EC White Infernus and drive it to your Garage and store it. Note that this EC Infernus is Inferior to the FP/PP/TP/TD/EC White Infernus found in the Turismo Races, so this EC Infernus is not worth getting at all.

Mission: Free Roam
How to Obtain:

------------------------------

5.9. FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Stinger (Black, Sky Blue)
Mission: Turismo (West) - Rum & Salsa Sting (Fail)
How to Obtain: Before obtaining these FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Stingers, make sure you first completed the Turismo Races so it won't add any added Mission Attempts when reactivating the Turismo Races to obtain them. Make sure you have a Sniper Rifle or any good Weapon before getting this Special Vehicle. Start the Turismo West Race Rum & Salsa Sting. Drive to the Race Location and don't enter the Pink Marker whatever you do. Make note that the White Stinger is not EC and is only FP/PP/TP/TD, while the Black and Sky Blue ones are FP/PP/TP/EC/TD, so pick either the Black or Sky Blue ones. When you arrive there, stand in front of the desired Stinger's Driver Side Door. Get your Sniper Rifle, aim at the Driver's Head and shoot to kill him. When he dies, quickly get inside the Stinger and accelerate forward. Accelerating forward is very important for this step, as when you don't do it, the Stinger will vanish. When you're inside the Stinger and you accelerated forward, the Screen will turn black. After that, the Mission will fail and you've just obtained a FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Stinger. Just drive it to a Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards.

6.0. FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Cheetah (Black, Sky Blue)
Mission: Turismo (East) - Fools Rush (Fail)
How to Obtain: Before obtaining these FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Cheetahs, make sure you first completed the Turismo Races and the Side Mission Crash! so it won't add any added Mission Attempts when reactivating the Turismo Races or Crash! to obtain them. The Video shows a PSP Method, but I will explain an easier Method for the FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Cheetah which works on both PSP and PS2. The reason why the PSP Method doesn't work, which is shown in the Video, is because the Race Vehicles won't be tipped upside down when you leave the Island and come back. Make note that the Method for the Race Stinger or Race PCJ-600 don't work on the Cheetahs and Infernuses. If you try to shoot the Driver off and get in, Vic won't have enough time to enter the Vehicle and accelerate, so that Method won't work. To obtain the FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Cheetah, start the Side Mission Crash! and immediately cancel it. The reason why you want to do that is because you'll need the H/TD Coach to obtain these Race Cheetahs. Start the Turismo East Race called Fools Rush and drive to the Starting Race Location with the Coach. Don't enter the Pink Marker. Line up the Coach so it's blocking the Cheetah's path and then jack any random Vehicle from the Street and ram one of the Cheetahs to start the Race. What will happen is the Cheetahs will become stuck and if they remain stuck for about 5 to 10 seconds, they won't continue the Race anymore. At this point, carefully using the Coach, push the Cheetah of your choice to the Vice City Beach into the Ocean and submerge it in the Water. Make note that only the Black and Sky Blue ones are EC, the White Cheetah is not EC, so pick either the Black or Sky Blue ones. When you pushed the Cheetah into the Water at the Beach, equip your Sniper Rifle, aim for the Driver's Head and kill him. This will fail the Race. After that, the Cheetah should still be in the Water. Push it out and get inside the Cheetah. Make note that the Cheetah is actually locked, so if you get out of it, don't let Vic close the Door fully or else you won't be able to get back in it. Now when you're driving the FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Cheetah, just drive it back to a Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards. If it doesn't have its Properties then you haven't fully submerged it in the Ocean and you'll need to try again.

6.1. FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Infernus (Black, Sky Blue, White)
Mission: Turismo (East) - Supercharged Circuit (Fail)
How to Obtain: Before obtaining these FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Infernuses, make sure you first completed the Turismo Races and the Side Mission Crash! so it won't add any added Mission Attempts when reactivating the Turismo Races or Crash! to obtain them. The Video shows a PSP Method, but I will explain an easier Method for the FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Infernus which works on both PSP and PS2. To obtain the FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Infernus, start the Side Mission Crash! and immediately cancel it. The reason why you want to do that is because you'll need the H/TD Coach to obtain these Race Infernuses. Start the Turismo East Race called Supercharged Circuit and drive to the Starting Race Location with the Coach. Don't enter the Pink Marker. Line up the Coach so it's blocking the Infernus' path and then jack any random Vehicle from the Street and ram one of the Infernuses to start the Race. What will happen is the Infernuses will become stuck and if they remain stuck for about 5 to 10 seconds, they won't continue the Race anymore. At this point, carefully using the Coach, push the Infernus of your choice south to the Water near Lance's Condo into the Ocean and submerge it in the Water. Make note that all three of the Infernuses are EC, so you can pick the Black, Sky Blue or White Infernus, whichever you want. When you pushed the Infernus into the Water, equip your Sniper Rifle, aim for the Driver's Head and kill him. This will fail the Race. After that, the Infernus should still be in the Water. Push it out and get inside the Infernus. Make note that the Infernus is actually locked, so if you get out of it, don't let Vic close the Door fully or else you won't be able to get back in it. Now when you're driving the FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Infernus, just drive it back to a Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards. If it doesn't have its Properties then you haven't fully submerged it in the Ocean and you'll need to try again. Also, a White colored Infernus can be found at Lance's Condo, but it's still EC because you can't get that White Color from Traffic or Pay and Spray, and also you can't put the FP/PP/TP/TD Properties onto any Random White Infernus, thus the Color with the Properties is Special. By the way, you will find these same Infernuses from the Turismo West Race called Downtown Showdown, but it's much easier to obtain them from the Supercharged Circuit Turismo Race.

Great guide, but it's a real shame that there's no Unique vehicles in this game

True. There is no Unique Vehicles in VCS, like there is in III, VC, SA, and LCS, but I am not bothered by it.

The selection of Special Vehicles in VCS is very boring to me and a lot of them are too easy to obtain, as well. But all in all, it's still a fun GTA and some nice Special Vehicles to be found within.

There is actually quite a few UNOBTAINABLE Special Vehicles in VCS like an EP Seasparrow, H/AP/PP/WP/UH Biker Angel, AP/EC Maverick, and more. I wish one day these will be obtainable! :)

Yes, duping works on VCS as well, here is how to do it:

Works on PS2.

Hell yeah! Holy sh*t...I seriously hope we can obtain some Special Vehicles in VCS that are unobtainable. Like in From Zero to Hero? The Barracks OL that Lance is driving is H/AP, I think. If something like that could be obtained, I'd easily do a 4th Save File for VCS and get some of the stuff...

He tested duping stuff, like skipping missions what are not for us, we need to start mission then start it again obtaing vehicle then die, this will cause both missions to fail, we don't want to complete missions since they will skip other missions.

Yeah, that's true. All of the Special Vehicles thus far that used these techniques in SA required a Suicide. I'd imagine it would be the case in LCS and VCS, too.

I know that, just pointing out what happens when you do dupe them.

Anyone got any ideas for the H/AP/PP/WP/UH Biker Angel or the AP/EC Maverick? If these could be obtained, I'd do a 4th Save File for VCS and get them, plus some others I didn't get yet, like the FP/PP/EC Pink Perennial and such...

I may be wrong, but I believe the punk Perennial from "Truck Stop" is also EP, and it retains its EP and FP properties after passing the mission. I would need to confirm that, as I do not remember for sure, yet I remember having it stored in my garage with a unique property after passing a mission.

Yeah, as you can see, EVERY Video besides the H/EC Black/White Boxville is from jam8tone, so I only can say what he has said. However, some of his Methods involved failing, even though you can pass, like for Reni's Yellow/Red Comet in So Long Schlong. His Video shows failing, but I can assure you, you can pass for it. Every time I KNEW it can be passed, I stated in the written description, but most Vehicles do require a Failure. That's why I am lenient with failing IF AND ONLY IF it's for a Special Vehicle. Special Vehicle > Stat, in my case, but I try to just do it all. Meaning get all the Special Vehicles, even if they require a Failure, but pass for everything else in the game. Lowest Mission Attempts in VCS is 113, like LCS. I have like 121 Attempts and things like that, only failing for the Vehicle in question and if I could, I got multiple at once, like the H/PP/TP/EC Sentinel XS and H/PP/TP/EC Bobcat in From Zero to Hero. Did all that for ONE LESS Mission Attempt in the Stats. I see no reason to NOT do it, cuz if you get ONE of them and not BOTH, it still takes a good 45 minutes to an hour or so to push it across the Ocean to the Docks. Pushing the Bobcat alone is a lot worse since barely any surface area, like the Sentinel XS has to push. That one was LeonTheKiller's Method. He told me about it a long time ago in another Topic and did it when I did my VCS Saves.

If the Perennial is also EP, let me know! Very interesting. However, I doubt it, cuz jam8tone always tests the properties after obtaining it in his Videos and Molotovs explode a Vehicle, similar to Grenades in VCS, so he didn't throw any too close to the Perennial when showing the properties. It MIGHT be EP, but I doubt it. When you confirm report back please! :)

All right, I will. Might take several weeks before I have time to get down to VCS, but when I do, I'll tell.

Also, this one I know for sure, Sentinel XS cars driven by Mendez's goons in "Light My Pyre" are black. To fetch one, you have to force crash one of their cars into a wall and then stop near them and exit your vehicle. They will also exit their vehicle and begin shooting you. Alternatively, you can take one of the cars blocking the mansion entrance. Just do not forget to check the garage after the mission is over.

Although it is inferior to the black Sentinel XS from "So Long Schlong", as it has no proofings, I guess it is worth mentioning too.

Yes, this is true. I didn't include it in the Guide since there is an EC Black Conversion with "In the Air Tonight." Also, In the Air Tonight has EC Black Sentinel XS's chasing after you and Reni, as well, just like "Light My Pyre."

Also the So Long Schlong Sentinel XS is only AP. I just converted it to EC Black in my Save with "In the Air Tonight" EC Black Conversion :D:p AP/EC Black > AP

Sorry for my last message sounding messed up a bit. What I meant was exactly an AP Sentinel XS with black color conversion.

No worries. Also it's no rush. When you get to checking the Perennial, just let me know. You can finish VC first :D:p

What I'll need to check out as well is Phil's limo from "Kill Phil". During my playthrough, it retained the BP property after I passed the mission (didn't check FP or PP).

I guess the reason is jam8tone playing a PSP version of VCS and me playing a PS2 version, which can have some more subtle changes in-between apart from those we already know of, special vehicles included.

After Kill Phil it's only BP/EC (maybe BP/PP/EC), but DEFINITELY NOT FP. You can also buy a Stretch at Sunshine Autos and that is BP/PP. Also Kill Phil Stretch is EC Black. I am not sure if the one you can buy is also EC Black...

I talked to jam8tone in PM here on the Forum last February 2015, but unfortunately he hasn't been on since and also hasn't had any updates to his Guides on Youtube in the past year, either :/ He told me he PURPOSELY fails the Mission. His goal is obtaining it, easiest method involved. So he is CHOOSING to fail when it can even be passed. For instance, he fails "When Funday Comes" for the EC Quad YOU ARE DRIVING. Why? Just pass the Race and you're still sitting on it. Idk why he does some Methods like that...

Now, with the Race Vehicles, this is exclusive to PSP as what you see in his Videos. If you go to the West Island and return to the East Island with the Sandking, as shown in his Videos, the Race Vehicles are NOT upside down, which adds complications to obtaining them on PS2. It takes a LONG TIME for the FP/PP/TP/EC Cheetahs. It took me 2 hours to get that one and I got it twice now. The Infernus isn't too bad, but still takes a lot longer than the PSP Method. At the starting line of the Races, on PSP the Vehicles are upside down and slide like butter when pushing them, and you don't have to be as gentle. With these on PS2? It's a nightmare. You gotta be super gentle. One "big" bump, Race starts, and you must reload and try again. Since they are not upside down, either, they are semi "stuck" on the ground since the parking brake is on. It takes a long time to get that Cheetah, but I wanted all the worthy Special Vehicles in VCS, so I had to do it. For me, I got the best 36 in VCS. I could do another Save, but only if more is discovered. There is a lot of EC and FP Vehicles I don't have yet, but comparing these EC and FP Vehicles to what I have currently, I feel I got all the good and challenging ones in the game already.

Yes, those seem like a nightmare. I didn't bother with the racing vehicles, although I wonder what happens if you manage to "catch" one of those vehicles after the race is over, as in, do they retain their properties.

Regardless, next time I play VCS, I will check out FP ability on Phil's Stretch after I pass the mission.

jam8tone states verbally in his Race Vehicle Videos that after ONE Lap, they lose their properties. So unlike the Race Vehicles in LCS, which you just wait at the finish line and then push them to a ditching location to push them into the water, this can't be done in VCS :/

Yeah, I feel like there is a still a lot of mystery still left in the Stories games, so anything will be helpful, really...

Also, this might interest you since I know you also like the Starter Saves. 49.20% can be achieved in VCS right after Soldier before any other Story Missions:

I would like some advice on which vehicles to get during my next VCS playthrough. I'm not doing 3 different files, so I want to pick those which are of most use, while at the same time trying to avoid those that require mission failure (although I might consider getting an AP Sentinel XS). I prefer bikes to cars, yet at the same time, I doubt cunching up space with, shall we say, 5 heavy bikes from "The Bum Deal" will be necessary.

Here is a draft of what I am going to get.

Bayshore Avenue:

  • Martinez' Streetfighter
  • Quad bike from "When Funday Comes"
  • Phil's Perennial from "Truck Stop"
  • ? (Open to suggestion)

The Compound:

  • Some motorbikes from "The Bum Deal" (quantity not ascertained yet)
  • White Comet from "Leap And Bound"
  • ? (Open to suggestion)

The Clymenus Suite:

  • Phil's Stretch
  • Reni's Comet
  • AP Sentinel XS (?)
  • Boxville from Domo Arigato Domestoboto.

Will be grateful for any feedback, advice and suggestions. Thanks.

Don't forget (since you play PS2) that you can buy a BP/PP Sanchez and BP/PP Ventoso. To make them more special, convert them to EC Black like I did in my 3rd Save File. I personally wouldn't of cared for these, unless they were EC Black and that's why I converted them.

Converting many Vehicles to EC Black all in the SAME Attempt of starting In the Air Tonight IS possible, but not probable. Sometimes they kill Reni or Reni will do something stupid and get bumped by a Vehicle and die, etc, etc. So making many Black Vehicles at once and then passing the Mission can be tricky. Plus, every time the Hitmen jack your Vehicle, which makes it Black, it will emit black smoke and a few bumps back to the Garage can set it ablaze. I personally pass on the FINAL Black Vehicle I am converting, but when converting multiple, I just fail the Mission over and over.

Also, some of the ones you named require a Failure, I believe...Or maybe I am reading it wrong. That Boxville, I suppose you mean just EC form and not H/EC form which is much harder to get and worth it in the end, in my case.

Also there is no Heavy Bikes in VCS, but the H/WP Sanchez from Beach Patrol. You can pass Beach Patrol Level 15, and then save and come back and do it again and fail the Mission (Won't add into the Stats) and obtain this if you want. The Bum Deal Bikes are UH and not Heavy...

You can obtain a FP/PP/EC Black or whatever color you want PCJ-600 from a Race, as well. Pass Race, THEN fail it (Won't add to Attempts). These are simple, like the FP/PP/TP/EC Stingers since you can snipe the driver, get on quickly, and drive forward. After the screen flips black, you will be sitting in/on said Vehicle still and it's yours. Only the Cheetah and Infernus from the Races is a bitch to obtain and more so the Cheetah...

Btw, just so you know, 113 Mission Attempts is the lowest you can get in VCS.

Trivia Time:

73 in III

88 in VC

162 in SA

113 in LCS

113 in VCS

About the mission attempts - that I know, I've played each of these games a dozen times over. Only so, for reason unknown, I have 89 Mission Attemps in VC by the end of the day - no mission failures whatsoever...

Didn't know those bikes from "The Bum Deal" aren't heavy... They act like heavy though... Smashing other vehicles out of the way...

About the Boxville: I meant the simple EC version, requiring no mission failure... Unless there is a more valuable substitute.

I would also prefer to refrain from vehicles that can be gotten more than once (racing vehicles, Firefighter vehilces, Sanchez from Beach Patrol, purchasable vehicles) up until the very end of the game (provided I have any space left), since they are not "one-times" like the Storyline mission ones.

That happened to another guy I talked to. He is also OCD about the Stats and also had 89 Attempts in the end, but then later re-did the game, and got 88. Despite the game saying "Mission Passed!" after doing the Shooting Range, you did NOT pass it unless you gain the fast reload ability. That could be where you went wrong, too. It doesn't matter if it says Mission Passed! and gives you the money. It's NOT passed unless the fast reload ability is achieved with scoring more than 45 points on the FIRST GO. I have 91 Attempts in VC on both PS2 and iOS and I can account for my failures: EC Black Washington, BP/EP/FP Squalo, and BP/EP/FP Sabre Turbo. I didn't have to fail for the Washington, though. If I passed, I would have 90, but since I failed, I have 91...So I am 10000000000000000% sure 88 is the lowest possible...

When I drive those UH Bikes around and run into a Vehicle, I go flying off the Bike. I don't think they are Heavy, but if they are, that is very interesting and I need to load up my Save and try them out to see if they are Heavy since I have all 3.

Yeah, I am the same way. I like going for as much as I possibly can from the Story Missions, which aren't replayable unless you start a new game and then save the Side Mission Special Vehicles for the end. ALL 12 of the Black Vehicles in my 3rd Save File are Side Mission Special Vehicles. 11 of the 12 were converted to Black and that PCJ-600 was Black already from the Race. Most of them came from Firefighter, since there exists EP/FP/TP Vehicles and the Empire Site Jobs, which exist FP Vehicles. I made these EP/FP/TP/EC Black and FP/EC Black in the end. That's why I saved these sorts of Vehicles for my THIRD Save, since they are all from Side Missions. Btw, the 3rd Save is a "continuation" of my 2nd Save File. All I did was got up to In the Air Tonight (Around 97.?? - 98.??%) and then saved the game in Slot 4 (Slot 1 is Starter Save and Slots 2 through 4 are 3 100% Saves with 12 Special Vehicles in each) and simply emptied the Garages of what I got in the 2nd Save File and then obtained all these Side Mission Vehicles and then used In the Air Tonight to make them EC Black and then passed In the Air Tonight, Last Stand, and Skywolf and I was yet again 100% without having to do the entire game over. So technically, I only did 2 Saves from 49.20% using the Starter Save and the 3rd Save I started with 97-98% or so lol...

I did the same thing in LCS. I'd work my way up to The Shoreside Redemption and then save in a new Slot, then obtain Side Mission Vehicles and convert them all to PP and then pass TSR as well as The Sicilian Gambit and I was yet again 100% with 12 Special Vehicles in the Save and didn't need to do the entire thing over again. 5 of my 7 LCS Saves were from 48%, but 1 of the 7 was at 98% when I got the 12 Vehicles for the Save. There was another Save where I didn't care to convert any to PP and just got Side Mission Special Vehicles on an ALREADY 100% Save. If you play it smart, it can save you time in the end doing it like that, instead of starting over at the beginning, or from the Starter Save.

But yeah, there is only so many Bikes/Quads in VCS that can be obtained, and especially with passing, so you will have a very slim selection since you don't want to fail any Missions...In general, as you can see, most Vehicles in all GTA's require a Failure to obtain them. Only a small selection can be passed and usually if you want to pass and get it, it involves a much harder method to getting it. That's why I don't mind failing for them when I have to. I KNOW that most require a Failure and since I like Special Vehicles more than perfect Stats, I get them. But it's not like I fail a Mission and then try the Mission again. I reload. I literally ONLY fail for a Special Vehicle. Not failing a Mission WITHOUT getting something out of it, and then saving over the failure. I don't do that. Only for the Special Vehicle I will fail and save over it...

I guess it can be the Shooting Range in VC that gives me an extra Mission Attempt. Will check it out the next time I play VC.

I also like to keep failures to minimum - and apart from that, in all games I have 0 busted, 0 wasted, no cheats, minimum Pay'N'Spray usage (save for III, since it doesn't register anyway), $0 spent on weapons in all games (save for III, again), high Days Passed In Game/Safehouse visits ratio (save for III, once more), relatively fast times to achieve 100%, relatively high Criminal Rating etc. I also go for some singular records like Dirtring time in VC, 61 Kickstart best score (didn't achieve it yet), all Gold medals in schools in SA, 40 points in Scrapyard Challenge, but little else. I don't really care for record times that much.

Yeah, I am pretty much the same way in all the GTA's about the Stats. The only difference is I am 100% WILLING to fail for a Special Vehicle, whereas you rather only obtain the non-failure Special Vehicles and in regards to SA, I am also 100% WILLING to fail + suicide for some of them that require it, in which there is quite a few, especially with a lot of these new discoveries as of late, in which require a suicide to get them as there is no other way to fail the Mission besides Wasted/Busted. I keep it universal. I won't get wasted and then get busted for another. I will just keep the Busted to 0 and increase the Deaths, instead, or vice versa.

SA is the only GTA in the ENTIRE Series that is like that. Every other GTA can fail the Mission without a Suicide...

Anyways, back to VCS Special Vehicles. If you need to know anything else, let me know.
