Tikhung
It's pure madness. Sometimes I feel like my writing is unbeatable. Right now is a good case in point. Some other times I feel like the stuff I've written is the biggest piece of dog poo. Oh and, English just happens to not be my mother tongue, so, I guess that adds up. Carbonox
I find myself having to resort to a dictionary every once in a while to find more advanced words, and ask native speakers for phrases. I don't think it's a huge discomfort though, because of how little time it takes. Mokrie Dela
This really doesn't need its own topic; posting this in the writers' room would suffice. I would much rather keep discussions to one topic, which was the idea of the writers room. Adding to that, I don't even know what point you're trying to make. Im guessing it's writing in A language foreign to you. It is always difficult writing even a section in foreign languages, but there are tools that can help, from translation websites to dictionaries or friends who speak the language. Ultimately, there is also feedback, as with any aspect of writing; people will tell you if it's incorrect. Don't be afraid of that. Do what you can of course, but there's always something that slips through, and always people (usually nice people) to catch it.
