[PSP] Problem with 1 empire building

Hi guys

 

Well... I want the last empire building of the bikers in my game, BUT the vehicle I have to destroy don't appear!!!!

I don't know why the f**** vehicle DON'T appear.....

 

Help me plz!!

If that's the one then you will have to play through the story missions - this empire site can be only taken over during a mission called "Hostile Takeover".
