Its been offline for some time. Also, can you do a VCS Phil for GTA III and VC, SA Maria for III, LCS Donald Love for III, SA Catalina for III, and III Leone for SA? P.S. You can also do a mod where the IV/EFLC characters in GTA V are replaced by their original counterparts, or you can do the opposite.
