Toni's weight could be explained as his mother owns a popular restaurant in town and was pressuring him to gain weight during the events of LCS. It's all a stretch but eh...my question is how did this happen? 1998: 2001: Look at his face! The guy is supposed to be thirty three in 2001. That's some major stress! Anway, great job Kalvin! Oh w8 he is dead anyway. Johnny doesn't need to be ported though. He has a cutscene model in TBOGT that you can use in IV and someone fixed him up a while ago. Rockstar won't allow because that they can sue them, because they have a contract with the Vic's VA... Another way would be modifying his voice to sound like VCS Vic or similar with audacity or something...
