I use www.getdotted.com to register domains. They cost money, but from there your webspace is free. Anyway, www.gtavice.com was good pre-release. Unfortunately it hasn't been updated since November 5th... very disappointing . I haven't found a single decent Vice City website anywhere, so I just use the (this) forum... which is great. I recently ran http://gta3.gamehorizons.net which had plenty of GREAT mods but the design blew. I learned more about html and now my new site design rocks I think.
