The toro is slower but its sexy and if I'm using a boat anyway its for an impromptu seashark race with the randoms I let on board. Having 4 seasharks is way better for me than 2. The heli is a pain to land but it got easier after a while. Its fun landing in a field or roof during a sunrise or sunset for some snapmatic shots. Landing for an occasional drink of champagne is also fun.

If you are playing Piracy Prevention, then you will want that top deck blocked off between the two helipads. That's a major advantage for the Aquarius.

The interior on the Aquarius also doesn't match the exterior for some odd reason, ie the windows in the bar area and bridge do not match what is outside - unlike the Pisces. This is a pity, it would have been nice for Rockstar to tailor the interior specifically for the Aquarius.

 

I do like the sleek look of the Aquarius, but really it's not all that different to the Pisces.

 

The helicopter differences do come down to personal preference - but the fact is that the Swift is faster and more stable to fly/land than the SuperVolito. Considering you cannot go into passive mode in either aircraft, the faster it travels the better.

 

As for the watercraft differences...well I never use them. If someone destroys them (and my helicopter) I simply jump in the water and kill myself to spawn on land..

 

Everyone uses their yachts for different things. Some just relax with friends, some guard them with a passion from intruders, some place them strategically on the map to get quick access to certain locations, and some simply love sniping people from the deck to encourage them to attack.

 

Each to their own as always, but there are clear benefits to owning the Pisces.

True, although the SuperV is better IMO. It's actually easy to fly, although landing is slightly challenging, unless you're a horrible pilot.

 

They'll just respawn, no point in killing yourself. The Speeder is better, but the Toro is cool.

I bought the Pisces because of these reasons:

1-Interior not matching the exterior! F*cking OCD!

2-I like Swift way better than the SuperV but it's just a matter of preference!

3-The canopy on the roof of Pisces is a huge plus for PP !

4-Hate the canopies on the Aquarius again because of PP

For me the most expensive one os the best and the reason is simple really.

 

I already own the Swift and swift deluxe, and buying the most expensive gave me the supervolito carbon (which is worth over 3mill) and also the lampadati toro which i dont own (which is another 1.7mill i think)

 

So really that was a no brainer for me

Honestly, the aquarius is better suited for sniper battles. It is also easier to defend when people are on board. Those canopies prohibit almost all auto-aim fire from the lower decks. That is to say that when a pirate makes it on your aft deck they can't just auto-aim up at your people, who are usually positioned on the higher decks. A sticky ot two is usually enough to mitigate the disadvantages associated with the open top.

 

The Pisces is better suited to defend against aerial attacks. Mostly the helicopter kamikaze pilots. On the Pisces, itis clearly easier to navigate the superstructure and get in place to thwart would-be parachuters.

 

I guess this is jmo, but I'd bet I'm right.

 

Eta-i give a f*ck about the accompanying vehicles when assessing each vessels usefulness.

I think the layout of the Aquarius benefits the owner and works against invaders who dont know the layout. Everywhere is a trap for invaders. Its the perfect anti-grief ship. The canopy might look safe but a few proxies and stickies and they're stuck up there. They have to drop off in the back and make their way around or drop down one of the narrow hallway. If they drop down the hallway they're trapped between me and a dead end. Most of the time invaders find themselves at one of the dead ends for one reason or another. I just have to wait for them to stick their head out or lay some proxies/sticky bombs. Getting to the front and back is less convenient but once you learn the layout its a non issue. Also because of the layout its easy to clean up uninvited guests.

 

You have a point that the swift is faster but i'll be dam*ed if i own that massive monster of a helicopter. The sight of the thing hurts my eyes. I cant be the only one who finds it to be ugly as all hell.

Why do people repeat this about landing aircraft on it. You can fit more on the Aqarius if you haven't any skill at flying. Look at the first page of this thread.

 

The interior matches on both since the outside is the exact same. Just the Aqarius has an extra glass panel outside the other. If you look out on either ship the deck matches ship you are on.

 

Also how do people have any trouble landing a helicopter... I mean really...

 

I have both yachts. Right now I pretty much prefer the Pisces just to land the swift without the landing gear down. Tomorrow it could be the Aquarius all because of the helicopter. Other than that they are both almost identical.

#2 has faster boats/helicopter

#2 has a passage way to reach the front of the boat which #3 has blocked off making it 2 dead ends.

#2 you can jump on the roof rather easy

 

the only disadvantage is the #3 has more boats (but they are slower). So again, why would i want #3?

And yea...that lampadati boat looks great...but it is also slow as f*ck and the seasharks, though more manoevrable are not that great either.

I mean why get a Roosevelt at all? The Stirling GT smokes it easily if you just look at the speed. And while we're at that, everyone who owns a Stirling GT should get that ugly ass spare wheel because it makes the car faster. (for the record, I have a Roosevelt and I'm never going to put that abomination on my Stirling GT)

 

 

As for the Aquarius, it looks better. F*ck practicality, these things are a novelty.

Completely agree, the fact that you can access the front of the ship from 2 levels instead of 1 was a deal breaker, plus having the top section with a canopy over it means people can't parachute into the capture zone in that new yaught defense carry on.

The Swift deluxe is a better heli imo, plus it looks so much better with the ship colours than the new heli.

 

I'm happy, but I still wish there was more customisation if I'm honest.

Its a matter of opinion I already have 3 swift helis so I went with the 8 mill yacth. I like the extra watercraft and the top where the defense system is I like the style better. I also like having an open deck not blocked by canopies.
