Okay, saw a video on youtube where someone made a rather good point about

yachts

 

Apparently, if you buy the 2nd most expensive yacht, you get faster helicopters/boats, compared to the most expensive one. The only difference is you get a less few small boats. The other big thing is, Yacht #2 you can access the front of the boat on a walkway thats BLOCKED OFF on the most costly one.

 

Can someone confirm this, and see if there are any other advantages on yacht number 2 over 3?

 

If what I said is true, I plan to get the #2 yacht over the 3rd one. Idk about you guys, but having a faster boats and helicopter seems better then having more of a slower one. I also like how you can access the other side fo the boat on #2 without it being blocked on #3.

 

What do you think?

#2 you can jump on the roof rather easy

 

The only disadvantage is the #3 has more boats (but they are slower). So why would i want #3?

Well I hear the speed boat is a speeder, so its faster, as for the helicopter its a faster model.

You may find the access limitation (needing to go to middle deck to get up front) to be a disadvantage, but I do not. I find it quite helpful when doing piracy prevent.

 

I don't like the Swift, never have, and I very much like the SuperV and its similar rotor span to the buzzard I'm intimately familiar with.

 

I don't care about straight-line speed in a boat and both have arguably the best boat for actually getting around -- the dinghy.

 

Go ahead, buy the one you want, but there's simply no "objectively better" about it outside of very specific things like straight line speed in the speedboats.

isnt the roof access of #2 and the amount of room you can land 2 hydras on top +plus 2 helicopters worth something?

 

Also the ways being blocked, how is that good? you make a bottle neck at that point and cant aces the front of your ship if someone holds the bottleneck down, cant flank dem pirates arrggh

I haven't bought one yet, but when I do It'll probably be the Pisces. For one it isn't littered with canopies all over. Plus you get the Swift Deluxe in any of the color formats you choose, other than the standard gold one you would get on Elitas. I also wished they would've gave us options, as to which personal watercraft we could choose to add as part of the whole package.

I can access the roof just fine. I've had three Hydra on mine plus the stock chopper no problem and room for another buzzard or two w decent pilots. Bottleneck is a good thing for the defender, not so much for the attacker. If they want to hold it, they need to take it first.

 

I don't understand how people claim there's less room for aircraft when there's more.

Five, count em 1-2-3-4-5 places to put a Hydra, none overlapping and its still sitting in the most precarious position (on the awnings) and hasn't even started to smoke and I'm not hearing any rattling. Tell me again how a Hydra won't fit on the Aquarius.

The dodo is a returning player item, and I'm good w that, I agree about the spawn though for sure, and I should be able to dock it (and the kracken!)

The yachts are different, but I haven't heard an objective reason why either is superior yet. Get the one you like, but don't make up bullsh*t to justify your choice.
