(POSSIBLE!) GTA Episodic Series

So I made a trailer(?) today for an idea I'm hoping I can run with for a mini-episodic series for GTA Online.

I made this without any friend participation (I have people who are willing to participate), and I think it's pretty decent for a solo effort. I think it'd be fun to have a group of people who are down to help and create something different.

 

I don't think I'll do any vocal work because that's a whole other hassle, but I would like to have people who help write episodes and things like that. So subtitles are most likely the direction I'm going.

 

All I have now is a basic idea. If you watch shows like Blacklist, The Following, Sons of Anarchy, 24, The Shield, etc., I want to make a mini-series that have elements of those shows.

 

My character (who might be a secondary main character) is an FIB agent. So I'm looking for someone to be the main protagonist (male character) who's also an FIB agent. Together with the bureau they find and neutralize gang threats, serial killers, etc., but eventually they get into situations where the people they chase are more dangerous and elusive than expected.

 

It seems cheesy, or maybe I'm just not wording it right but I don't think it's the WORST idea ever. I'll take suggestions and feature people (for example: a killer that kills prostitutes), but keep in mind some work may even be just small participation or stand-in work. People with cop outfits, low-level gang members, other agents of the FIB and things like that.

 

Also, being a part of something like this isn't really easy. I've tried to put together videos in the past and time-zone differences, people not changing from weird looks/outfits, and a plethora of other issues are a common problem. I'm looking for people who can follow directions or who can be trusted to cooperate without getting annoyed easily.
