Skin selector not working at all (Cant change, cant open menu)

I dont get it, the other time it was working fine, i cant even change skins with TAB + Q or E and even open the skin selector

 

I tried re-installing CLEO Library but that didint fixed anithing

I tried using another skin selector but no fix yet

 

I might started this on the wrong place, i had to do it on the help & support section, sorry
