Use the hospital north of the right island (the island you didn't have to unlock) so you'll have people on the beach to save, this is cool because no traffic. Also, before starting your mission, grab a chainsaw and "saw off" your back and passenger doors... This will save some time for people you are rescuing to get into the ambulance. not much, but it can add up pretty quick when you need to rescue 55 people. When a person grabs the ambulance, you don't have to wait until he's fully inside to go to your next stop. Be *oh so very* patient. NickTheGreat Posted February 8, 2003 Share Posted February 8, 2003 I thought it'd be really hard to finish level 12 paramedic missions, but I've recently picked up Vice again and am tying up loose ends - finshing missions I hadn't previously, doing the side missions, etc. - and today decided to do the paramedic missions. I did basically what it says here - started from the hospital in Vice Point (opposite the entrance to el swanko casa), went slow and planned my route, driving off as soon as doors opened and trying not to run people over. Duce Posted February 9, 2003 Share Posted February 9, 2003 I haven't gotten it yet, so you don't have to take my advice, but it seems to me that a good strategy would be to look on the map at the start of each level, to make sure you know exactly where everyone is.
