Not necessarily, i started in the last 3 hours before the deadline, did about 50-60 laps (5x10 and 1x5), was busy and almost didn't manage to.

 

@lann3fors In the end i ran the exact lap like you and the line, i released the gas for a half a sec at the 22 sec mark at the hill climb part though and went through the sidewalk so the car wouldn't fly up, that part annoyed me all the time, it's probably where the 0.312 came up.

 

Hope it's a bit better turnout next round, we usually have 20-25, everyone were busy at the end of summer it seems.

to be fair the top few are just much better drivers, I could do 1000 laps and not be as good. me chubb and mafia are the Stoke, Everton and Southampton of the time trials, battling it out for top of the middle order Edited September 4, 2016 by catmandoza

Yup, what the top dogs manage in 3 hours we would struggle to match in 3 days or even weeks.

 

I am more than happy to be part of the Mafia, Catman and Chubb love triangle though. Having achievable goals (beating those twonks ) keeps the TT's fun for me.

Really bummed I've not sent in any times this round. Came home from work on Friday, really knackered and I knew I wouldnt be able to put a decent lap together. Still wanted to try, but pretty much spent the evening browsing the internet half asleep.

On top of that, I've left my camera with a photo of 1:20.something from when I was trying out the track (couple of weeks ago) at work, so couldnt' even send that.

 

Last round i was beaten by Frenchmen with a 0:00.001, and then this time by a Aussie with a 0:00.002. Who is going for a 0:00.003 next round?

I'll try my best!

It'll probably be more like 0:03.000, but you can't blame me for trying.

Yikes, looks like fun track, but a bitch with Muscles Blade. Should be a challenge.

Only just seen the results. Pretty satisfied with it, just wish that i would have had the time to do more that 20 laps. Really enjoyed the last track

New track is very weird... On SC it looks pretty generic but its quite technical. Its a bit like the nordschleife, you do most corners by feel rather then track knowledge due to the amount of turns.

A bit tricky this one. I ran alot of laps the other day and the times on laps that seemed similar still had big variations, several seconds.

Alot of blood and scratches on my otherwise fine ride.

The track has some really great parts and i enjoy it!

It's not an easy track.

 

A basic layout but lots of little things to catch you out and the area through Dashound and the Hospital entrance is really easy to trip up on.

 

I would hope that the faster sections also mean it's less of a Blade fest because the acceleration factor isn't quite as important as The Slides of March was.

I think you are right, I am a second slower in the Dukes, but haven't done nearly as many laps in it.

Dashound section is way harder then the hospital, at least in terms of how often I crash there.

Of course, not even going to mention doing 125 laps the first day trying the track out. It suck there is little correlation between effort and improvement for me.

All you need to do is distract Fido and you stand a chance of at least being top 2 for the season.

Lol Fido will do two laps and still beat me. I know he has alot irl and i am working on tricking him deadline is next friday. But then again there are at least another handful of very competitive XDBX racers doing laps. Not to mention all the rest of you guys.. People seems to enjoy this track.
