^ Molotovs come only from Ammo drops (3) or by stocking up in custom GTA races (go left immediately at the start). You can carry 8. They don't refill using 'Buy all ammo'.

you can carry 25. Collect as many as you can drop them go collect more go pick up the first ones dropped. Repeat till you hit 25. Edited by TreFacTor
