I bought two megladon cash cards and it added the second one once I spent about 6 mill from the first one

Man it amazes me how insane everyone is going over yachts. Its good for me, dont get me wrong...i can't tell you how eager people are to grind heists with me lately and make money to buy one.

 

Yeah, totally - this to me is the best part of the yacht update. Since then, so many of my old GTA friends who had gotten bored of the game are back in it and grinding heists again to save up for a yacht.

Sorry but I don't think I believe this. A low money limit before you can add money you've paid for? Were you officially notified of this limit? Calling BS I'm afraid. Perhaps try a power off reset of your system come back into GTA clean and see if that triggers the money. Can't see any company (well maybe a bank lol) withholding funds you've used to buy a product. Good luck, when you do find out what the issue is I hope you'll post back and let us know.

Just because you did not go over 10mil does not mean that's the rule (and it is not) Several people have confirmed going over that amount with shark cards.

They aren't gonna just deposit it for you. Even if they would it would be a waste of a ticket that you'd have to wait 2 or 3 days for a response. Simple spend some money and boom more money added so you can resume.

I tried going over $10M with 2 $8M cards and I couldn't use the second one until I used up some of the money. It said you reached the money limit. I speak from experience.

What happens when you try to buy the yacht?

 

Normally it would take you to the Shark Card page if you don't have enough cash to buy something. Maybe, it will add to your account since you've already purchased it?

 

Worst case, you can buy the 6 mil yacht which would leave you with close the $0, then you could upgrade it to any of the other yachts using the Shark card cash you should receive.

It's all good though, I've since been cheating the f*ck out of the game on that account and now have every thing in the game and no longer have to worry about it.

It was because i bought the gold helicopter , plane and yacht all one right after the other and got flagged. Just submit a ticket. I bought an $8M card during the sale, and had the same thing happen. I sent a ticket and they immedeatly corrected it.

 

I have since had it deposited 4 more times on its own for free, so i could not be happier about it. Some weird glitch happened since they manually gave me the funds.

 

they ain't correcting it now. I submitted a support ticket nearly two weeks ago, and they acknowledge that I bought the shark card and it that I have not gotten the money, but they refuse to do anything and continue to mark the ticket as solved, even after requesting that the support ticket gets upgraded to tier 2 support, they completely ignored the request and keep giving me this response -

 

 

they gave me that response after "investigating the issue" and then again after I requested the upgrade to tier 2 support, and both times marked the ticket as solved.

 

Definitely contact Rockstar Support.

they may be obligated to help, but as you can see here Rockstar Support seems to have stopped helping with this issue and is now completely ignoring even the simplest requests like upgrading the support tickets to tier 2 support.

nope, that does not work anymore. I have spent nearly 7 million in game since this issue first started for me, almost 3 weeks ago and I have not gotten the 8 million GTA$ I purchased. I started at a little over 12 million GTA$ and am now down to a little over 6 million GTA$...

I always run into this issue. The easiest fix is to simply buy 5 more megalodons and the withheld money will be immediately placed into your character's bank account. I hope this helps.

Call Rockstar support. Assuming you are American here is their support number that they really hate their customers to have ! lol

You can google that number to verify that it really is Rockstar's support before you call it. Anyway, harass the hell out of these incompetent f****'s until the fix the problem. And also the Support forums are totally 100% useless. There are roughly 3- 4 moderates there and they are all brain dead. Calling into support, you will get much better results.

That's why I spent old glitched money on a yacht and then bought my one and only shark card....

 

And then glitched my bank to approx 2x what it was BEFORE the update dropped.
