Mission failed but still marked as passed?

So I got a brand new mission from Ron the other day which I failed but when I go to the Options-Jobs-Missions,

I see that mission is marked as passed, It's checked with green tick.

 

I wouldn't care too much but it's harder to keep a track of failed/passed missions.

 

Is that normal or is it some kind of a bug?

I don't think it matters if you fail or pass it. As long as you did it, it will tick.

I can confirm this.

I can also confirm that some missions will forget that you've done them and be marked as "New" even when you know you've done them with the active character.

Ok thanks, one more thing.

What about when you in vote screen vote new mission that you haven't done before and that's not in Options Menu.

I it normal that once you do it and pass it it's not in Options menu? Do I have to host it to appear there?

It may be trying to suggest missions that you have not attempted. Does it show up on the pause menu/ jobs?

Some jobs are ones that aren't in the pause/options menu because they are only available during certain times on the freeroam map.

Those can can appear in voting screens, though.

No I don't have the mission before I join it in the Options and I have the rank to unlock it btw.

 

So I join it via phone or on the vote screen(I do it) and it doesn't show in the Options after I pass it. Only if I'm the one hosting it.
