lets hear about the worst time the r* servers disconnected on you

we all know there is never a good time for the r* servers to disconnect on you, but what was the worst time they disconnected on you?

today i joined a random heist the pacific standard job, we just cleaned out the bank and made our way to the bikes and fled, on the first try one of our heist crew died after we fled, so we restarted after we grabbed the bikes i grabbed a cop car and made my way to the great ocean highway at top speed when all of a sudden i got the annoying "unknown network connection" error.

It didn't disconnect, but the PS3 froze, thats about the same if not worse...

 

I've been in a sniper battle, and this guy has been hiding on top of the construction site near the heliport. I've been waiting minutes to lure him out, and moved without losing aim on his 'there he may be spot' and right when i had his head in my crosshairs, the PS3 froze. Wish i had taken a picture, but i was so mad.

My buddies and were doing a Criminal Mastermind challenge, it was PAC Standard, and we all just jumped off the mountain and making our way down to the boat in my armored kumura, and bam, disconnected.

 

I broke my controller that night haha

Not so much a comnection issue, but my PS4 froze. When I had won $60000 in bets in a Parachuting activity, my console froze on the like/dislike screen. FML! I went ape sh*t

Since the last update the servers have had a really bad habit of disconnecting me when I am the leader during various free mode events. It's starting to become really irritating, and has cost me about $250k worth of much needed winnings so far!

While trying to get on the boat in THE PACIFIC STANDARD heist. The other players swore up and down that I did it on purpose.

 

Nope. The R* must have known.

Honestly, the only times that the game DCed me was after a job or heist was done. Happened like 2-3 times. Not terrible, but inconvenient.

two more times tonight i got the "unknown network connection" error along with a message about the rockstar servers not saving.

one right after i completed a gang attack near the beach

the money i collected there most likely gone.

when i reconnected to gtao i start to bring up my phone and i get a whole kill feed of players leaving then i get another "unknown network connection" error.

It's done it a couple times while attempting heists. I just gave up completely.

Over two years?

 

That's hard to pick just one because it happened so many times.

 

Do I bring up the failed Pacific Standard Heist where we had all just reached the boat?

 

All those missions that I spent all that time on only to be disco'd?

 

Probably the most damning was early on when my old crew were trying to get together and have fun, 16 of us in one lobby, but we kept getting disconnected which drove many members to turn their back on this game.

 

For a specific example, yeah, Pac Standard, swimming to the boat after lord knows how many retries with randoms and... disconnected. Ultimate f*ck you.

I didn't read the OP, and why the hell should I? You clearly don't read every single f*cking time someone explains that this game is not played on dedicated servers, but via a peer-to-peer network created between the players in the session.

Ive had servers sh*t on my friend during CM, his progress was reset and got nothing.

Also another guy on his last elite challenge needed for tshirt. We passed challenge and he got disconnected and had to do challenge again.

Not much worse than that lol
