GInput high sensitivity

Hello everyone, i recently buy the GTA Collection on Steam and i've put some mods on the 3D GTA's (III, VC, SA) incluse the GInput that makes the PC version support controller from PS and Xbox and i've tried with the Xbox 360 controller, but the right stick sensitivity it's ridiculous high (something like 100%) i've changed this on the .ini but still fast, also i tried to lock the frame-rate to 30 and nothing changed, this happens on all three games, GTA III, VC, SA. So, anyone know how to get this to work, because the mod is fantastic, i tried to play with the GTA IV layout and works perfectly except the sensitivity.
