So, Is it worth keeping a high end apartment just to host heists from it?

Keep a high end apartment for heists located in the city (I.E Fleeca), and a stilt apartment for heists located in the countryside (I.E Humane Labs).

All five of my apartments are high end, including my stilt house in Wild Oats Drive. Why would you want to live in a shack?

Really? What about environment, ambience, style and district? The driveway into Weazel Plaza is a pleasure in itself. Sure, it's psychological as the location etc doesn't serve any practical purpose, but who wants to spawn under a freeway in the industrial zone when they could spawn in front of the movie studio just for the sake of virtual bucks.

Nor is the yacht, nor the cars, clothes, guns, masks, etc... so why don't we all run around naked and slap each other to death and get to the beach in a shopping cart? None of it's real, but the virtual stuff that I own happens to be the best
