Yes, I'd love the option to buy a 10-car garage, of course, just as I'd like the option to buy large properties in Sandy Shores, Grapeseed or anywhere else around the map, but I wouldn't actually buy one because I like all my properties cluttered together in the city so that I can easily transfer cars between garages.

I think the appeal of PB is the peace and tranquility which in turn, is largely down to the relatively small numbers who choose to live there, and of those that do. The reasons they chose to live there.

 

Mess with that, be it swanky apartments, 10 car garages, even an airport. And Paleto is likely to sink

 

Incidentally, I got 10 cars at my PB house, just fill a cheap 10 car garage with cars you intend to keep and then trade it in for a 6 car PB house. Problem solved

I don't think things would change that much when a 10-car garage/stilt house would be added to Paleto Bay, the kids still want to spawn close to the mayhem of LS anyway... Maybe they buy it because it's new, we'll have a sh*tstorm for a week, but than they'll get bored and either move back to LS or never use their PB property again.

 

I think it has more to do with a person's mindset when they choose to buy a house (or moor their yacht) in Paleto Bay. Usually the people I meet 'round here are genuine people, or people that like to drive their motorbikes/off-roaders in peace. The tranquility is real around here and I don't see a couple of 10-car garages/stilt houses change that.

Exactly, the tranquillity is the main reason why my PB house has become my main one. Anything that would make more people coming to my neighbourhood would totally ruin its purpose. Keep all the shiny 10 car garages and fancy houses/appartments in LS. PB is not for the average GTAO player ( ie trigger happy psychopath ).

Much cooler than buying a 10-car garage in Paleto Bay, would be ability to dock your yacht there and unload a couple of cars down a ramp. A transportable two-car garage that you can move anywhere around the map.

Having a property in Paleto Bay AND various properties in Los Santos is a whole lot different to living in Paleto Bay full stop as a redneck. Or would you want to live in North Yankton, full stop? Or Grapeseed, where there are no residential properties whatsoever? No, you like having an alternative house out in the sticks so that you can get away from it once in a while, just like you can in your yacht, but that doesn't mean you'd want to live out there permanently and miss out on all the shiny cars, psychopathic people, FIB, gangs - ballas, vagos, grove st., airport, docks, industrial areas, bridges, mod shops, Ponsonbys, metro and underground network, etc, etc... otherwise why would you be playing GTA online in the first place?

As a few have also mentioned. . There are at least 2 houses that could easily be stilt homes and I would instantly move into one.

As awesome as Paleto is, I believe a 10-car garage would lead to more popularity and violence in our little town. I would defo buy one if they were released, but I fear the day..

I have to side with the Hjortis and Quadro. We need that buffer from the unciviliced masses in Los Santos. It will turn our peaceful town into more of a warzone than it already is. No to 10 car garages in Paleto!

I just filled slots 6-10 of a 10 car garage with my uglier utility vehicles like the armoured cars, then bought a Paleto property to replace the garage. That way my garage at 4401 Procopio Drive is a nice 6 car classics garage, and my hideous cars are hidden.

 

Best of both worlds.

I suspect the whole reason the stilt houses were given 10 car garages is because so many people were complaining that the only actual houses in game had such limited car storage.

No. Reading the forum I always got the impression, from players who have property there, that not having a 10 garage was part of the "charm" of the place. Now a few stilt house in the city have them you all changing your minds. Sellouts.

 

Edit. Don't get me wrong. New stilt houses yes for sure, but not the 10 car thing.

I just do exactly what another member here mentioned... I have the yacht just floating around outside mount Gordo with the lighthouse in the background.

 

 

I've owned both of the six car apartments out that way but they are both kinda trashy. One of them had neighbors that we're constantly building and being loud, the other just had a crappy yard... Neither one had views from inside the house as the windows were covered over.
