A new apartment interior with a 10-car garage would be great. Paleto Bay's also lacking a usable snack shop.

I'd love to see a new house with 10 car garage but it's quite unlikely, there are no big houses in the area from what I've seen. R* would have to add a new building and, you know, they don't usually change the map

They could finish that abandoned construction site that was supposed to be home to some condos.

 

I'm sure they'd be nice, not like the penthouse but still nice enough and come with a ten car garage. They could revitalize some of the area because you can see that it was effected by some sort of economic downturn.

 

And some of the homes they could do as a stilt house. That ocean view would be lovely

I'd settle for a warehouse / garage / barn - something more in context for the area and less 'polished' than the 10-car garages we have now.

 

A house would be nice, but if I had to choose i'd opt for the garage space.

In all honesty - I don't really want a 10 car garage up our way. It's the only barrier keeping the hipsters away at the moment.

Let's be realistic here, there's not a single house in Paleto Bay with a garage big enough for 10 cars. Well, not that I have seen.

Maybe just a 10 car garage could be possible, but just the garage.

If there was an actual house with a big enough garage, they'd have very likely added it when they first added properties in Paleto Bay.

 

But if there was a 10 car garage with a house there, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

One of the two car garages in Paleto bay is right next to a gas station with a full interior but the door just doesn't open. They could easily just throw a clerk in there. If they add new stores I hope they give them new clerks with new voices...
