R* give us convertible Tampa!

Since the Tampa has a soft top, there should be a convertible version of it. I think it would look so much better than the Stallion.
I found some modded version from GTA IV and i would love to drive this around the streets of LS.

Edit: Now I see them, wow that is great. The Tampa is already my favorite genuine muscle car from a visual standpoint, a convertible variant would raise the bar.

I know you're correct and I'm not disputing that, but why does it have that ugly metal strip around it (like the Stallion)? It gives the impression that the roof is detachable. I don't mind it so much on the Stallion because I the convertible anyway.

 

In general, they really need to be get more consistent about the roof situation for all cars - i.e. why are random ones available as convertibles, and why are some changeable at LSC (or are all changeable now, where applicable?).

The strip is usually put there to hide the seam, so there isn't extra vinyl flapping about, or an unsightly edge.

Makes sense, but it should disappear if you paint the roof. That, and the curvy body lines kinda ruin the Tampa for me. The rear half of the car is way too similar to the Sabre, Dukes and Stallion when it's supposed to be more straight lined, like the Dodge Dart and original Mustang.
