Hue lights: Police sirens flashing

Would any of you modders be up for making a mod based on the Philips Hue Color lighting system that basically detects any wanted level, and then makes all the lights flash quickly between red and blue to simulate police sirens?

And I have plenty of HUE lights in my home so I would love to test if you're up for the challenge but don't have any lights of your own.

 

This would be insanely cool. Imagine your entire living room flashing red and blue whenever cops are chasing you. Kind of like what they did with some LED keyboards, only in your entire room instead!
