What's the best high rise apartment and stilt apartment to buy?

The best apartment to buy is the one you like. No one elses opinion matters because they will never see it and no on else cares because they have their own that makes them happy.

 

Stop asking us for opinions that dont matter and learn to make your own decissions. You know, like an adult should do.

I like the ones on 2044 Conker ave. and 2866 Hillcrest cause of the deck views and exterior looks. 2044 comes with a nice 2 tier deck. 2866 Hillcrest comes with a mini deck too and a useable gate. I bought these 2 for both my toons.

Is there any stilt house with an actual driveway? Also I'm very disappointed that you can't walk out on the balcony. They could make it a safe zone as well.

Hard to answer without knowing your gameplay style. Properties have advantages/disadvantages. What do you want in a property? Then you might get a bit better answer.
