Title should read: 'This is my friend throwing a snowball at me even though it isn't snowing' (I did mean to preview the post but I hit publish by accident!)

Apparently during the time between Christmas and New Year, the snow was coming and going a lot. I took this on December 31st when the snow had obviously gone away for me. However my friend (pictured) said that the snow had been coming and going for a few days. I thought we were only getting it for the usual couple of days around Christmas itself, but it returned for me just for a day on January 1st (along with the New Years announcement and Firework Launcher gift).

 

While we were in this lobby together, I could see any snow that my friend threw after it had hit the ground or a car etc. We could also see the difference in each other's driving when we took turns driving the same cars.

Weird.

 

We get snowballs on PC a lot without snow, but that's because of modders giving you all the in game weapons.

Same issue yesterday on PC. One of our friends still had snow while 3 of us were clear. He reloaded the game and it went away.

I was in a lobby with about 8 players having a snowball fight when 1 joined but there was no snow for him lol

If he was in the lobby while it was snowing and you joined in after, he can still see snow while you can't
