As one of the Houser brothers stated in history.. They don't want to make a GTA movie. However GTA would be suited on the small screen as a series.

 

If you look at it. Making it a series would be a perfect match toward something that has multitude of links to a conclusion of a story. Like the campaign, GTA would be better suited as 3 missions per 3 episodes a week including every new season treated as a Story DLC...

i could only imagine the dialog in the trailer would start as "one hero stands againts a world filled with violence" and show ranom scenes of violence and carnage and squeakers doing their thing.
