I will manage to get a graphic card Respect from Pakistan Dude i also have another good solution.. it worked out for me too good i have like less than 15 fps when i played gta iv i was so bugged. i got this thing: http://www.gtainside.com/en/gta4/mods/23475-gta-iv-in-low-end-pc-s/ and then the game ran smootly i have a very low end pc so like yeah.. i got 25+ fps after that no joke...
