Dirty Cars!

I play TBoGT 1.1.2.0. I have a car that works perfect except its dirty 85% of the time it is spawned. There is no dirt texture attached to car and the parameter in vehicles.ide are set to 0.0 that means that the car can go from clean to dirty when spawned by game, but the car is dirty 85% of the time. HELP....
