Ask trolls here why they troll. Same answer.

What I hate is when they jam the windmill at Eclipse. I don't live there, but my heist leader does. Man, it's carnage once we step out of the exot cutscene.

This happened to me last night, a windmill out side at the start of the heist... and your post was 3 weeks ago.... still there... guess R* really doesn't give a $h!t.

Hackers have no life beyond ruining the game for other players. I get & respect modding, and other hacks, but hell man, go to a private lobby and invite your friends.

Its got so bad, I run into hacks every single time I play. Often it reaches to a point very quickly that the game is not playable at all anymore. Even when switching lobbys or joining a race or mission, the hackers mod stays with you.

Play it on ps4. No such problems.

Would love to play it on ps4. Got $350 to spare? I don't. Wish I had. Have a family and a life. Don't have the money. Still doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to play on my outdated old gen console. R* Can very well do something... if they cared. Already got me money long ago, not getting another cent from me thank you.

Exactly how I feel. What platform you play on shouldn't make one any more of a priority than the other.

hackers haven't been as prevelant on the PC of late. In 4th quarter 2015, they were so bad that I most times just played from invite only. Now, in 2016, I've been able to join public lobbies without the usual nonsense. It seems that they are still running godmode sometimes but aren't doing as much spawning all manner of retarded things and blowing up the lobby and so forth (at least on PC).

They enjoy ruining others fun for understandable reasons. When they go to the bathroom they can't see their junk, due to obesity or a lack of blessings in that department. Most likely both though :)

^^This. End of last year was a mess on PC in publics. Nowthedays its more quiet - they're operating more stealthy. Yesterday I went in my garage and saw moneybags raining on one of my cars (slot6). I think they 'leaked thru' from a modder who was in his own garage (same building) and was spawning them to others or himself. But they are present - in races, heists and missions.

But 70%+ I've met were frindly - once I have freetime and read "gimme money" in the chat I texted: "No money needed here - spawn me a blimp" and in most case I got one (sometimes I must explain them where to find a blimp in their menu - lmao). Best for relaxing after Heistsessions - fly a blimp in the night above LSC. Don't get me wrong - I never used a mod and I don't like that 'all-blow-up' kiddies, but 70%+ were nice n frindly,so...

Damn I would pay 10Mil for getting a blimp in my Pegasus list

Because theyre russians. They barely have anything so they like to use the little things they have to make those who have a lot angry.

Ever seen the poor kid in kindergarten? the one who aims to disrupt everyones fun all the time? same thing really.

they were conditioned to seek this (free) form of entertainment.

As much as I would love to agree with you, rockstar won't be making much from shark card sales on old gen, as there's no new content, while current gen has heaps of new content, so more people are buying shark cards. Rockstar are a business and are simply focusing on what improves their revenue.

That's why I only play multiplayer games on PS4 these days, Black OPS 2 was a favorite PS3 multiplayer game, these days when ever I play there's always some d##k using wallhack and aim bot.

For the life of me, I don't know why 'hacking' an online game isn't a criminal offence.

As I understand it there can be civil penalties for such an act but it's rarely, if ever, taken to court. The deciding factor seems to be whether information has been stolen or 'disrupted'.

If the penalties were harsher, people would definately think twice about it.

You are just acting all butthurt right there. Here, use this to wipe your tears.

You know when this game has become your next real life when you start talking about taking gaming matters to court.

why do hackers enjoy ruining everyone's fun in gtao?

Because they're sadistic, low-life little c*nts.

Like 99.9% of the GTA:O community. They just don't die and that pisses you off. Also people should stop making themselfs look like complete farts with calling them hackers.

You know what sucked for people? Modders that joined GTA IV's friendly fire off lobbies just to ruin and grief people. These lobbies were awesome back in the day because it had all people doing crazy stuff until the batches of Annihilator griefers arived. Which i then started griefing because i was king at flying the Annihilator. However to be honest, when modders arived on GTA IV's online, people themselfs were ruining it themselfs as much as the modders that arived. Which is sad because it was a hell of a blast stunting around and doing crazy stuff with strangers without getting some random fart to auto-aim shotty you in the face. And yes, with GTA IV's driving/vehicle damage, doing stunts was actually fun. In GTA V its just boring because everything feels as if its made out of hard plastic.

At least at GTA V's online you know everybody in the lobby is a complete A-hole. So i don't feel bad when they get owned hard by modders.

And don't forget, you only hear about the griefing modders, never about the good ones. I've met multiple modders on this forum before i started modding my own accounts nowdays. I can't thank them enough for all the awesome paint combo's and bodystyles i've received from them.

Besides, i've had a blast at GTA:O on PS4, ever since i tranfered accounts i modded from PS3 to PS4. So much more fun with near infinite funds.

I don't know where this butthurt thing keeps coming from. It's usually thrown around by idiots who have nothing to say to support their wrongdoing.

Also, why you guys keep on insisting that there is a fundamental difference between 'Hackers' and 'Modders' is beyond me. Here's a definition of the two things that I got off that internet thingy.

Modders: Use the exploits, mods that were created by hackers (and a lot of modders lack sufficient computer programming skills to create their very own mods and cheats)

Hackers: Create the programs that modders heavily rely on to use mods, and other types of homebrew

Trying to seperate hackers and modders into two distinct camps is laughable. It's like knowingly buying a stolen car and claiming you're not a car thief. You may not have committed the deed but you're still a car thief.

I like to use the more derogatory term "script kiddies" when describing "modders".

i've seen that at eclipse towers as well and my female character will never live there  , i've joined heists where the host lived there and as soon as we leave the cutscene there's the windmill with my car near or under it.

right now she live's at richard's majestic.

Trying to reason with those script kiddies doesn't work. They do not have comprehension of right and wrong, and they just want a quick laugh out of someone. They do not realize that it's wrong, it will piss people off, and they will loose their interest in the game way faster. They get everything without a sweat - just like probably IRL. It wears off fast as hell, if it really would be better that you can just pick stuff you want ingame, without earning money, all the games would be made that way. But devs and publishers want that their customers play their games for a long long time, so they make somesort of basic monetary system into them, so that you always have something to play for. These things without a doubt have been studied a lot. And why they want folks to play those games, even after purchase? It's a surefire way to sell next title. I know that every new GTA, forza or GT will be good, and all those titles have gotten huge playtimes from me.

I didn't even know that those spawned objects could follow you into missions and heists. That is infuriating, even to hear about it. I am glad I'm on CG, but if I have ever been truly disapointed with R*, it has to be their half-arsed script fixes and punishments on OG and PC.

Arrows to Athens

It's a superiority complex, of course. They have this petty mindset that because they can mod and others cannot, means they can can use these mods to their advantage as a way to sabotage other players in the game.

It's that ''You can't kill me, but I can kill you! Haha...'' mentality.

Because they're on the internet. Even without the hacks, they think they should be assholes for that reason. Which don't make it right.

Boredom, sadism and inferiority complexes, mainly. Also those who just can't stand to lose at anything. If so many weren't so terrible at video games (which I find terribly ironic that people would continue with something they are no good at for entertainment purposes. You are obviously not having fun being a sucky loser, right? Why not move along? Why resort to cheating to get a false sense of achievement for your entertainment? Does that not register as kind of focked up in your simple minds?) there wouldn't be such a high demand for cheats.

It's like me with chinese checkers. I'm playing for entertainment purposes, as are "games" intended for. However, I'm not good at it. So, I rarely, if ever, play. I don't go and play with my own rules against others who have to follow the original rules, just to get sum entertainment from it. That's just sick, and weak. I move on to something else to play and get entertainment from that. That's how common sense and logic work. You cheaters should think about that.

You guys always run into the douchebag modders, there are the nice guys out there that are into having fun, flying around with the entire lobby on a bus, dropping hundreds of million$ in cash bags, gifting vehicles and painting your cars, making ramps for motorcycle stunts... Not all in the modding community are into being pricks.

Complete and Utter bullsh*t

What you guys do in Single Player is your business. Don't bring that crap online.

If you want to show off your 'mods' ,go round to each others houses or have a convention.

Bringing that crap into online gameplay just demonstrates what a bunch of selfish dumbasses you actually are.

Keep it in Single Player.

Because without using mods/scripts, they can't even kill a legitimate rank 50. They suck so they revert to cheating to boost their ego, since no one respects them and they suck at video games.
