Yes your able to upload the chapters first, but there's no need for many missions, you can at lease make two chapters. It only says MP with 8 or more missions. So IMO you can upload just one chapter. You can make it in Storyline or MP your choice By the way I liked the way you make a Topic for your Mission hope everyone can also make a topic for their Storyline or Mission pack which includes skins and sounds nice work. All Missions that will have Skins and Mods will still have to be playable even without them, you can't add mods that might take to long to install or might be difficult, so it's your choice to play with or without them, You can use SAMI to install them no problem, This goes for everybody, before you start your Mp with skins make a back-up game just so if things go bad. You can include mods in MP as long as they don't interfere the MP itself (skin mods, guns cars, custom script, etc.) but if the mod makes a huge change (ex: SA state prison, total conversations etc.) and MP can't be played without it, then it's not allowed.
