Every time somebody destroys my PV, I have to pay

Especially with the T20 and Osiris. This happened to me so many times today, I had to start driving cheap cars.

 

Is anybody else experiencing the same? Is there some kind of glitch going around?

 

Edit: I'm on Xbox One. Sometimes, I would be far away from my PV and somebody would destroy it, then I'd have to pay.

I know how to do this legit to other players, theres a way in the game to do so. But I dont know about it happening to you all the time unless its the same player that knows how and he singled you to pick on

There was a period of time where you could push another players car into the water with the insurgent and they'd foot the bill. I'm not a troll so I'm not sure if that was ever fixed.

 

There's was also a period of time where you could set a gasoline trail and ignite it with the exhaust of your car. It wouldn't register you as responsible for starting the fire or blowing up the car.

 

Again, I'm not a troll so I'm not hip to these bitch tactics, but sounds to me like there's ca new way this can be done.

There was another glitch which if the person paid some money the other would have to pay the rest, if got a 12k bill and paid 1k then 11k still goes to the car owner.

I don't think that's correct, i'm pretty sure it just gives the car to you for free anyway.

 

I can confirm this, atleast on last gen. A while back I accidently blew up my friends car and I didn't have enough money to pay so they got the car for free.

Happened to me again in a freemode event. I used my T20 because I needed speed and I had to pay for its destruction.

We used to go around and shoot T20s until they catch fire then leave. The owner pays then. It was just to try and get people to leave those rockstar money scamming machines on the racetrack where they belong. That probably still works, I believe it's the standard thing to do when you see a T20 parked somewhere.
