The Belle shirt sucks anyway. I do miss crate drops though.

 

The Asshole shirt was part of a scrapped award for taking 100% cut on a heist. They obviously thought better of it as you can now take no more than 70% (though players can get 0%, but no one person can have more than seventy). People that have it either modded it in, or complained to R* support and were given it before Rockstar cut off that spigot.

from what I read (and this coming from other people in one of the "ok what has *update name here* changed?" threads) people that are well known to Rockstar have been really the only ones getting the shirts, every time. Ill try and find that post that said it and link it to this thread.

Basically you have to be on every stream each time to be consider a r* favorite. Unfair some people work go to school or simply can't get on at 5pm est

but lets just say when R* patched the VIP outfits they forgot to remove one item by accident, now I have it on two of my outfits

I didn't know about the stream shirts either, and frankly, I couldn't care less about something you have to win through a random draw. Once those first beer hats they had in the crate drops completely glitched out, I kinda gave up going out of my for stuff like that. Up to that point I owned every piece of clothing in the game (there was also a t-shirt I never got even though I logged in on the day we were supposed to get it).
