XB1 help getting cop outfit wanted

Can anyone help me with getting the cop outfit if it's still available? I believe it's some kind of glitch with one of the prison heist setup missions. I don't mind helping with unlocks or something in return for any help. GT: Ratbike Maniac

Still looking for help with this If anyone wants to lend a hand? I've been told about an easier method that just requires somebody to wait in a race lobby for me while I obtain the outfit, shouldn't take too long but a mic would help speed things up. Again I can offer to help with anything in return... unlocks, glitches, mission grinding or even a cheap heist crew member (i.e. I help you with a heist and take a lower % cut than I normally would.)
