Expert Helicopter Pilot, I am a bit rusty since I'm just getting back on GTA, but with a little training it won't take much to get back at the level I was before leaving. Just to give a little information about my background I've been a Major in a military clan, and a high ranking officer in two other protection agencies which used military ranks, and training implemented by me. I've come up with a training course, and have trained several players to kill more efficiently. I'm basically someone who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Also since I have money I already have all of the military vehicles, and will be more than happy to lend them to the crew.
