if you don't want the lips to be shiny you have to add brown matte lipstick and lower the opacity..like this..

 

 

 

 

 

How is that for you OP? good enough....obviously you can make changes where you see fit so hairstyle, facial hair, accessories, tattoos etc is down to you and how you wanna customize him...
