Well if you figure the cost of the Turreted Limo being $1.65 Mil which if you calculate in terms of real life money, It would be about $20.62 USD. I'm calculating that by 8,000,000GTA$ = $100 USD

If you don't know what I'm talking about, A 8,000,000 GTA$ shark card is about $100 USD

Thought I had made a poll topic about this vehicle a couple days ago? lol

http://gtaforums.com/topic/833413-turreted-limo-op-fun-in-missions/

Anyway, similar to how the new armored cars are the middle man between the Insurgent & Kuruma.....

This one acts the same between the Insurgent Pickup & Kuruma.

- The mini-gun is the same weapon from the Valkyrie's side mounts.

- The vehicle itself has good handling & speed.

- It's armor can withstand a direct explosive attack.

- Windows are bullet resistant.

It offers more far more protection than the Technical, yet boosts far greater firepower than the Insurgent Pickup.

*** The reason it's more expensive than either is because it doesn't require any heist completion to unlock.

I often use it in TLSC, parking it by the laptop & then in front of the hangar, easily mowing down NPCs. These days air support seems to be getting stupid, for I generally see Savage & Hydra pilots smoking before the laptop is even hacked. Alot of the time I end up driving the Turreted Limo to the hangar, finishing the mission while others scramble for a new aircraft. So essentially it's the most damaging ground vehicle, short of the Rhino Tank. It offers good overall protection from the bullet resistant & explosive resistant worlds. Sure many people just use the Insurgent Pickup instead, however it falls in third when it comes to turret damage & range, the Technical coming in second, & the Limo in first. Sort of like when Heists came out some people said "Who cares about the Savage, I've got a Buzzard." Well same principle as that, this new vehicle dishes out more punishment.

I find it even more effective in Contact Missions than the Insurgent Pickup, given primarily NPCs don't use explosives. The mini-gun will rip gang cars & helicopters to shreds, yet the vehicle windows can save you in situations where the Insurgent's will not. PLUS I've noticed in some missions where you interact with ally NPCs, not only will they take the turret spot, but they will use the mini-gun effectively. The TL is more durable than the Savage....funny.

I bought one because I had no idea I could just call for one at the price of $25K.

Had I known that, i wouldn't have dropped $1.6M on it.

I forgot You cant use it in missions or Heists, and im no Free Mode killer....so its pretty useless for me at $1.6M.

But i own it and whenever my crew gets on, we will put it to use for the VIP missions and stuff, i guess.

See what happens when you don't have patience and don't give YouTubers a chance at posting DLC details.

Same thing with the new apartments, I want to buy and trade for both my characters but Im going to wait and see if we get some kind of discount on stuff for XMas.

So while Im not hurting for cash, im also not hurting for a new property and I can wait, just in case the new apartments are slashed 50% off or something.

But yeah, save the million on the Turreted Limo. Especially if you dont own the yacht yet.

If the VIP own the limo, the VIP and all the bodyguards can spawn it for free. Useful if you love VIP work and all your friend are broke

I forgot You cant use it in missions

Ummm yes you can, actually buying it places it as a Pegasus vehicle.

Did you miss the fact that people have been mentioning that before?

LT. Ronald C. Spiers

It's bullsh*t to think people can get away spawning this at $20,000. If you spawn it the first time with the VIP abilities at the start of a session, smash it up then try to spawn it again via the VIP menu, say a mile away, the vehicle will still be in the same condition.

I don't know if the damage stays session specific, or VIP 12-hour specific. Citation needed on this.

That is the major difference between owning it and spawning it for $20k. In my honest opinion, owning this beast is worth it, and I do. It slices through a five star wanted level like a hot knife through butter. Just my two pence.

First thing I bought and I have no regrets. It's the best of the 3 turrented vehicles in my opinion and well worth the 1.6 million dollar price tag if you like VIP work and just general carnage.

Correct.

Like any Pegasus vehicle, you can't use it in Heists.

Otherwise people would be spamming Savages in finales.

No it's vehicle specific, for if you were to blow it up & call in another, the new one would be in new condition.

Same goes with the Buzzard that you can call in, if it's smoking, calling it in again elsewhere it will retain the damage.

However if destroyed, you'll get a brand new one.

Or Series A Funding, would make the mandatory Technical useless.

There are some Pegasus helicopters (like Froggers) that spawn at helipads during Finales & setups.

However really all they offer is an easier way of transport, no combat advantage.

Though I don't own it yet as I'm saving up for one, I'm gonna say it's worth it

Very good vehicle if you've got friends to play with

And you can spawn 2 during VIP missions

One from Pegasus and one in the VIP menu

Some of you may not know, but the gunner can hit right on the dpad and shut the hatch and sit in the limo. Helpful in certain situations, and possibly life saving.
