More unique npc variations lately?

I've noticed thoughout the past few days that I've been bumping into more variations of npc types lately. Not only in appearance, but behaviour as well. For instance, when in Sandy Shores and the surrounding areas, I'm seeing way more cyclist groups, hiking parties, people tending farms with shovels and whatnot. I know they've always been there, but I don't ever remember seeing it this often. It's realy adding more of that single player feel to the world that online has always kind of lacked. All we need now is animals and npc interactions . Anyone else noticed in increase in this lately though? Maybe slipped into one of the recent updates?

Interesting, I dont think Ive ever in over two years playing gtao seen a cycling group. This is a good sign

There were certainly a lot of NPC's at the beach last night, kept knocking me of my cycle bike, it does seem as though they have made

an increase in amount of pedestrians/variety.

 

Also thought I saw a couple of regular NPC's wearing new clothes as well but could be wrong on that.

Yes, I've noticed they are wearing new clothes, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

There was one I saw at the Bean Machine across from Eclipse Towers, she had "nerd" glasses, patterned leggings, and she was wearing a beanie AND a fedora.

Can't say I've paid particular attention to it before but I seem to have noticed slightly more varied clothing (particularly hipsters) on NPC's lately. This anecdotal experience probably isn't very useful, but there it is.

 

Never saw actual groups of cyclists before, though. #Foreveralone

Hadn't noticed the new clothes thing. But now that I think about it, I have seen some wearing update items. Oh and a I just saw another cycling group racing towards the bottom of a trail where there were 4 npc's with backpacks and cameras waiting, almost like a finishing line. I definitely haven't seen npc behavior like this in online before, even in invite only/solo sessions. I hope this is a good sign of things to come.

expect trucks pulling trailers ( i.e cluckin bell , Up-n-atom , pickups with trailers , lifeguard frogger , Luxor taxiing on LSIA )

though i've remember old glitch the truck's trailer is half sink and stuck on the road and eventually blow up

Loads of boats on trailers being pulled by trucks, seen 3 NPC hipster queers having a chat, things have definitely changed

I've seen cyclist groups for a while now, just not very commonly.

Maybe, they did add more densely packed NPC crowds.

Earlier, I finished a Gerald mission and I heard a man shouting from inside an apartment complex about something, and I just listened to ambient sounds, and it sounded like alive for a while p.

I'm sure I've noticed a lot more names being shouted in missions; it used to be "Mendoza's been f*cking hit" over and over.

I have been seeing more NPCs pop in places i havent seem them before and have really noticed some of the remarks they make are different, last night i had a car wreck close to tinsel towers, (minor fender bender) i got the normal "dumb cocksucker" remark form one NPC while another asked me if i was hurt or alright .........i thought hello....a nice NPC LOL

Traffic variation is better too. I often see Phantoms and Surfers passing by my house on Conker.

Women bash you sometimes when you take thier car as of this or the previous update. Historically only male npcs have done that.

I can definitely agree with this, seeing a lot more random NPC events, like a Duster flying through grapeseed and a unarmed buzzard flying along the Storm Drains.

If you do a traffic off race at cuttings corners now there are pedestrians everywhere. Pre update you MIGHT see one in one spot.

ive got a lovely photo of what looks like a pre-warthog bebop standing next to anderson cooper at the airport.

never seen those two in the game before.
