I doubt they'd refund a car, you can easily get your money back with some missions and heists.

Try submitting a ticket to rockstar. Include small sibling, brother, sister pressed button,etc.etc. They might give you a refund then. Don't ask for extra money and say how you were going to buy a shark card ($5) so that you could get a new car.. But then it all got spoilt so you won't buy now as it is no use.. Use shark cards to lure rockstar

Rockstar don't refund purchases just because you don't want them any more, only if you didn't receive it or if there was some other error.
