Who's Sold Their Stilthouse?

I bought the one on North Conker, changed my mind and bought one on Hillcrest Avenue.

 

Well it's been a week and I've realised I won't ever use it to spawn, and it's an inconvenient/pointless place to store any of my 14 vehicles.

 

So I sold it. Waste of money who cares. I now own Suite 1 and Suite 3 of Eclipse and keep all my rides there

I kept my place at Conker. Although I agree about the place not being at all convenient

Thinking about keeping my 'I really want them but will rarely drive them' vehicles there

I have the Pac Std garage with a Karuma and the other two are just the cheapest 2 car garages you can buy

Traded it in for one of the Penthouses at Eclipse Towers. It wasn't very convenient for me, and the fact that I can't go into the garage from within the apartment annoyed me.

I'm still tempted about a Hillcrest house, but the garage entry is troublesome, and part f me think its money better spent on the Verlierer and a new Zentorno.

I've always been curious on how having two apartments in the same building works, how do you access your garage? Does it ask at the buzzer which one you want to access?

I'm not crazy about the location, but I do like the interior and how it has 3 floors so I'm keeping it.

Suite 3 looks south. Great view. For my money best in game. 1 and 2 face north. Less good i.m.o.

What's the difference between suite 1 & 3? What floor they are on?

Tbh I'm not sure, I'll check when I'm in free roam but I think the only difference is the view which is at a different angle.

I tried some of the stilt houses and also the new penthouse apartment, but I moved back to 4 Hangman Ave. It's still my fave.

Never bought them. IMO none of the houses were nice, they were very average homes.

Yeah I was curious about this too. When you enter the garage a prompt pops up asking you which garage/apartment you want. It's quick and smooth much to my delight so I'm a big fan of the two apartments in the same block system now.

I'm keeping my house on conker. I agree that house will probably be underused but I now store my bikes and small cars there. Easier to navigate the narrow streets if I'm driving a bike, panto or bifta.

That's what I'm in the process of doing: moving my Sports Classic collection there. For that character, I don't use any of them in freeroam, and I still have access for races or the Mechanic if I really need one.

I'd trade all my apartments for a bigger garage. That is what "apartments" are for me, a way to organize the cars.

I purchased a stilthouse when it came out (I can't remember which it was, but it was the 800k one), but only kept it for a couple days. I traded it in for an Eclipse Towers penthouse for various reasons. I loved my stilthouse interior (the waterfall and everything) but I hated the location. I hate the turns of Vinewood Hills as it is... I would always crash every turn and it was too far from LSC.

 

I previously had an apartment in Eclipse Towers prior to getting the stilthouse, so having a penthouse in the same location is great because I'm used to it. As much as I loved my stilthouse, I hated how the garage wasn't connected to the house and I hated the location.

I liked my place, but I decided to move back into Eclipse for a custom apartment.

 

I don't regret my desicion TBH.

The cheapest stilt-house has the easiest (at least most-direct) route to the city, but it doesn't have the waterfall in the stairwell or bathroom (and the view sucks)

I wish that they offered this stilthouse:

Of course, balcony-access would have been a demand

Still use my Stilthouse as an extra storage space for the modded Sentinels that spawn by Eclipse at night.

I just bought a second stilt house today.

 

Now i have my main residence in Paleto Bay, 2stilthouses, a garage and a yacht...

 

Im happy with my choices.

I didn't even bought them , waited a few , saw some videos and visited some friends houses..then bought a garage ^^ but i already had my yacht floating around

the ones over on Conker are pretty easy to get to, especially if you come from the east of them.

I got the 3 close together at Hillcrest, no regrets. They have all my top cars in and I then I have 2 weasel plaza apartments for everything else and sentinels. The views you get are so worth the location, the interiors are really nice too.

The curvy roads makes it hard to get anywhere and there's no helipad anywhere near by
