Troubles finding other players

I'm on XBOX ONE. When I choose to enter a public lobby it's either empty or only 1 guy in there with me and when I try to join stuff like heists everyone else leaves almost immediately after I join (Can't be coincidence) My aim mode is assisted aim - partial and my NAT type is "keskitasoinen" That roughly translates into average or middle level. So help me. Why can't I find other players? Is it because I play on xbox one while everyone else is playing on the superior ps4?

What's your internet speed?

You should be getting good lobbies with your nat type. Xbox live has been encountering some issues (source: friend[i'm on ps4]) If your internet speed is above 5 down and 2 up then it may be microsoft's problem. Wait till 4-5 January,2016. It should be alright by then. You can also try to forget your internet connection (on Xbox) and join again or set your password to WPA settings.

My xbox is in finnish so these translations might not be completely accurate but

Verkon latausnopeus (download speed?) is 13.82 Mbps

Verkon lähetysnopeus (sending speed?) is 1.88 Mbps

Ok on January this problem was temporarily fixed but now It has come back... Still can't find sessions with other players
