Oh my bad! I didn't actually read the newswire! Actually I only saw part of it when someone quoted it in another forum but in that post he mentioned only PC, Xbox One and PS4... As someone who was a foodstamp recipient as a kid, you definitely don't pay for them. If you are a food stamp recipient you're probably on section 8 housing too (which i was aswell) but this isn't about that. This is about people being worried about not receiving snow, when if money is that big of an issue, they should be worried about more important things.
