I hope they do honestly, they need to re-release the Roosevelt so everyone can feel special for 5 minutes and then let the thing sit in their garages for all eternity. It's not that great of a car at all, the babies just want one because it's rare but afterwards it will no longer be rare and lose 90% of it's value along with Roosevelt arguments on GTAF. Yay!

If Rockstar add any clothes, masks or other rare collectibles that I may have missed during the first event, I would say yes.

Seriously,why are some guys such hipsters and want to prevent others from getting something just so they would have something rare?Who gives a damn is a vehicle rare or not?What should matter is do you like how it looks and performs,not how many people have it.For example I have a Sovereign which is also limited time item,but I have it because I like the bike itself and I would actually like if more people could get it at any time (then at least there would be a bit more variety in chopper bike meets because from what I´ve seen,out of around 20 bikes around 10 are Hexers,maybe around 5 Innovations,the rest are Baggers and Daemons and only sometimes there´s a Sovereign).Any extra content is welcome in my opinion.

It certainly had all the vehicles, and the Roosevelt is a vehicle, so if they've done it once before I don't see why they couldn't do it again.

 

Edit: forgot about the ground launcher. I'd say it's much less valid of a comparison than the Liberator or Sovereign, though, but you go ahead and cling to any hope you can muster that you aren't going to lose your special snowflake status.

The Valentine's masks were bugged in February of this year and rendered the interaction menu unusable. That glitch has since been fixed and they've introduced tunables since then to re-enable the Valentine's Day Massacre content. Unless you can convince me that they added those tunables with no intention of ever using them, I'm going to say it's more likely than not that we will see the content made available again, just like Independence Day.

Note: I actually like the roosevelt because I like Really Old cars for some reason. My thoughts though.

I missed the first Valentine's, wasn't playing much then. But there's been about 20 different chances to get the Roosevelt through a glitch. I got one on each character a long time ago, took 5 minutes lol Where were you guys? I personally love it, rare or not, but guaranteed 80% of the people screaming to get a chance to buy it will sell it a month later once everyone has one. I hope they put out a new car instead : )

What you're not understanding is the entire point of it's appeal is that you simply don't have it. It's not really all that exciting of a car other than it's unique (and extremely awesome) horn.

 

If suddenly people all had it, no one will care. It will become the Asea. A car people whined and whined about not getting until they could and after 5 minutes it was dead and gone.

 

The sole appeal of this vehicle to 99.9% of the people is because they can't have it.

 

I have one. I only take it out for the victory cruise to the Pacific Standard Bank. For everything else it's basically outclassed by everything. So y'know what, yes, I do deserve "special snowflake" status for it. Why? Because I played when it was released. Because I grinded (ground?) hard to buy it. Because I bought it instead of VD clothes and masks. Because I kept it through 8+ months of a single 10 car garage. I had the foresight to keep it around when others' didn't. I'm sorry you weren't playing when it was available, and it sucks that you missed out on GTAO's early days but that doesn't make you entitlted to have something.

 

Sometimes it pays to be an early adopter, or have some foresight.

What you're not understanding is that you don't speak for everyone and your opinion is not fact. I was around for the Valentine's Day Massacre, I own a Roosevelt on my first character, and I didn't buy it or keep it because it's rare; I did so because I think it's a really cool car, and I want more people to have an opportunity to own one because I think really cool things should be shared. Hell, if I had my way, I would rerelease the VDM content next February and make it permanently available, so that only people that actually like the car would own it instead of people that think they're super-king-big-dick because they own a virtual exclusive item.

 

I just want you to remember that you are not a spokesperson for all Roosevelt owners, and acting like you are just makes you look like a jackass.
