Do you think that the Valetine DLC with all the items from the years prior + new items will make a return in 2016? Items that you can buy and own forever. It was not released in 2015.

They should bring it back, people say they didn't bring back the Valentines Massacre Update in 2015 because there was a bug with the masks...

 

On the subject of adding onto it: They didn't add anything to the Independence Day Update, when they brought that back. So don't expect huge changes.

I think it would be cool if they added small things, for example: They could add a new drink to the snacks interaction menu called 'Love Juice'. The color of the drink could be white...

Everyone's complaining about wanting a Roosevelt but really they should of got/kept it when it was out.

 

With all the modded accounts about it'll ruin the rarity of the Roosevelt. I have one and it's great seeing people react because it's so rare, so why ruin that?

The Roosevelt should be back. People who only started playing on CG/PC didn't have a single chance to buy one.

I do believe that they'll be bringing it back this year. Taking into consideration the way they brought back the Independence Day content and now previous Festive content with even more to it I would guess that this Valentines they re-release the Tommy gun, the Roosevelt, all of the masks and clothing and if we're lucky perhaps a new addition.

 

There has been plenty of talk about it since the first debut, and there was plenty of attention brought to it especially since it never dropped last year due to game bugs. I certainly hope they bring it back though.

I hope something comes to shut the f*cking whiners up already. I hope it also doesn't include the Roosevelt so it can definitively put and end to you people whining about how you deserve a car and you can to get on and enjoy the other 280 cars available.

 

Sorry. Sucks for you that you weren't there to buy it. Or that you bought it and sold it. Thankfully, we're talking about a fake car in a video game and not life-giving medicine or something actually important.

I absolutely expect it to return. Early this year (or was it late 2014? I don't remember exactly when), when they added tunables for the Independence Day content, they also added tunables for the Valentine's Day Massacre content. It most likely wasn't activated this year because at the time, the Valentine's masks were bugged and rendered the interaction menu unusable. That glitch is fixed now, and you have to ask yourself, why would they add turntables if they didn't plan on using them? I've seen people theorize that they did it with the intent of releasing new content for a future Valentine's Day update, but if that were the case, why would they add turntables for the old content?

 

Honestly, I suspect that the majority of people who claim not to expect it to return are the same people that don't want it to return. Like Cameron pointed out, they're more concerned with being special snowflakes than sharing content with fellow players.

I have a Flash FM shirt that I will never take off, and I haven't seen anyone else since I first got it wearing it. It's a rare shirt that I spent literally 72 hours non-stop grinding over and over battling the other 360 users to get. If it ever came out again it would lose all value. Only a couple of thousand or less will have it out of the ~60million people who have GTA V.

 

These are limited items for a reason. I bought GTA V 3 times, and you people just want whatever you want? It's my fault I didn't get the Roosevelt, and no one else. Whenever I see someone driving it I think; "good on them, they deserve it". I have returning player content too, you want that just because you're a whiney child? Not gunna happen, sorry.

Eh, just release it so people can get the stuff, be happy, and then watch as they get rid of the roosevelt because of it not being "rare" anymore and never actually cared about the vehicle or its look. Note: I actually like the roosevelt because I like Really Old cars for some reason. My thoughts though.
