Suggestions for better gameplay

I was thinking of some suggestions that would help to improve the gameplay in online.

To begin I would like to have the option to give money, not share it.

Second the weather should go like the seasons. If it's summer time in the real world, the sun must shine in gtao, if it's winter, it must snow.

The last suggestion that would be nice is the deer in grand theft auto online. You can shoot and find them in offline modus, and I understand it is a huge task to put it in online modus, but it would be nice.

 

Of course I have some more suggestions, but I will keep them for later. The most priority suggestion is the 'pay' suggestion that you can give/receive huge amounts of money whenever you want.
