Sonnу
Hey guys, please help me get rid of this ugly, broken lines, I just want them to be smooth and solid! I have i5 3.20 GHz quad core, 8 GB RAM and GeForce GTX 660 2 GB with the latest driver (dec 2015) I tried EVERY graphic option! Changing any of them doesn't help. On this screens I have FXAA on, 4x MSAA and etc. Please help! I love this game so much and these dotted lines make me sick.
RedDagger
Go to the nvidia control panel, 3D settings>manage 3D settings, make sure you're on the program tab and choose GTA V then use AA via those settings (i.e. not set to "use global setting") at preferably highest AA settings, hopefully this improves the AA. Tthanks, but it didn't help, I've tried it just now. So , isn't it normal? Anyone else has the same?
forestlaw
I got the same recently. Must be the latest GTA 5 patch or Windows 10 threshold 2 update. My edges are also f*cked up no matter how much AA. Different nvidia drivers doesn't matter. GTX 960 user here.

Sonnу
Please someone Maybe I have to buy a better videocard, GTX960 for example? And yes, I play with 1366x768 resolution, it's maximum what my monitor can do, maybe it's the problem? Do i have to buy a monitor that supports 1920x1020 mode and better? Those "broken lines" you refer to are often referred to in PC gaming as "Jaggies." If you haven't already heard this term, it generally refers to jagged edges along the surface of objects and/or shadows. Low resolutions and low anti-aliasing are generally the cause. You have fewer pixels than most players and are thus seeing a more pixelated image. A 1920x1080 monitor is what you're looking for. They're generally not too expensive and are a must for typical high end gaming. If you REALLY want a clear image, look into 4K gaming. What's interesting is the rest of your game looks relatively smooth in terms of edges. It almost looks like a draw distance issue you're having. But that resolution you are playing at is very low. I'm sure a higher resolution would look much better, even if it didn't fix this particular issue. I'll definitely buy a new monitor and GTX 960 in January, looks like that video card is much better for this game than my 660: What's interesting is the rest of your game looks relatively smooth in terms of edges. I set it to 0, it is really bad influence on my FPS (almost always 60 now, sometimes drop to 55-57)
