I somehow lost my gta online character on my Xbox one after transferring it. It will not let me retransfer my character. Is there someone I can retransfer my character?

I had the same problem, they couldn't do a rollback for me for some reason but they will probably be able to do one for you, call up rockstar.

So just emailing them or calling the should fix my problems?

I would suggest calling them so that it's easier to explain your situation, they couldn't do a rollback for me because I lost my character close to a year after I transferred but since yours was so soon they will most likely be able to.
